Dirty ,poor service the poorest Starbucks I’ve ever visited .stoped in past at 6 pm not busy but rubbish on all the tables most of which were clear of customers.when ordering the man shouted at us was very rude .won’t be visiting again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I was in such a good mood until I came here and was served by the rudest girl I’ve ever met, she was constantly rolling eyes at every single customer she served and giving everyone the most repulsive stare along with giving attitude when she couldn’t hear them say their name. Wish I got her name, she needs to be fired, I’ve never seen such awful customer service. It’s especially not a good look when this is a tourist area, gives people a bad impression on London.

Not the best starbucks to visit, mot many place to sit down and chill, and so crowded They have table outside, but in winter, inside will be better, since the wind is quite strong in UK Table are not clean like what is shown on the picture (still so many more) In terms of drink, i tried praline cookie hot chocolate, better to ask less sugar since it is too sweet and for taste itself, not really deep into chocolate Toilet was broken when i was there :)

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. My order is never correct. The staff act like they are doing you a favor. For a £4 latte it is definitely not worth the price. I used to work at a Starbucks and I know that the position is not that difficult.

Lovely cafe, great location. However, asked for medium coffee, was given and charged for large, also asked for cream on top and was ignored. All the name cards for the confectionery were mixed up and the staff member seemed very flustered, ordering a cookie and muffin was a struggle and took way longer than it should, I just gave up on the end and was happy with what ever he gave me. Possibly just an off day for the staff member?

Very nice staff and we could access the toilets even before ordering. The place is quite small but warm and clean, at least, as much as a Starbucks can be! We had a nice time warming up with a cup of tea and hot chocolate!

I have had a really bad experience. I was really excited about trying the new drink strawberry acai. I ordered 2 grande refreshas and there is only 3 pices of strawberry and lots of ice in my drink. It tastes just like ice water and other drink is not even full. It seems like i paid for grande and i got a tall drink. I’m so disappointed.

Giving one star because I need to for review. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years. Never have I ever come across such a patronising and low mannered barista. Denise was absolutely disgusting he was shouting the orders in a very unprofessional way. When asked if there’s any chocolate powder he said “ if it’s not out there then we don’t” my sister was surprised and said that’s not great customer service and he started mimicking and saying how wow already got a complainer - Starbucks I’m shocked how you have someone like that serving or representing your brand this is absolutely unacceptable he needs feedback or training how to speak to people and be taught basic mannerism. This is the nearest starbuks from London Eye. If you saw Big ben and crossed the river, toward london eye, you must be tired or cold by the wind of Themes. So you are finding a shelter from a fatigue of voyage, you can drop by here and take a rest with a cup of sweet coffee. This shop gives narrow seats, almost specialized in take out. No view, few seats ... But it's a excellent place you can recharge your energy for shopping or traveling. In South korea thrre are so many Starbucks in our neighborhood. So Starbucks gives us a mindful peace. But you consider taste and prices of coffee, you'd better keep finding other local cafe Bon Voyage ~ ♡

I asked for two cappuccino and they handed me with two latte. Confused people at serving desk. Not worth

Expect typical Starbucks, so all good if that’s your thing. If you want to sit, when I was there only a few tables were set up inside as they hadn’t got to setting up fully, hadn’t been open long so appreciated getting my coffee before they got to work on remaining tables.

In my experience, the food and drink is up to the standard of most Starbucks but they're lacking a lot of important requirements. The staff were rude and spoke to many customers like they were stupid, tables and seating areas seemed unsanitary and there was only one toilet and when the staff were told that it was clogged and nearly overflowing they did nothing about it. It's convenient since it is close to the London eye and Merlin attractions however they need to prepare more for customer traffic.

I had the pleasure of being served by Shahed during my visit to this Starbucks, and I must say, their service was exceptional! From the warm welcome to their attention to detail in preparing my order, Shahed truly made my experience memorable. The coffee was fantastic, and Shahed went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. I highly recommend this Starbucks, thanks in large part to Shahed's outstanding service. I'll definitely be returning for more great coffee and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Extremely slow service, staff were quite road amd very apathetic. The drinks were then awful! Tasted on absolutely nothing and definitely not worth it.

We were buying our drinks and my daughter had to go to the bathroom and it was 6:30 pm and they didn’t let her use it because they close at 7???? They are not professional and rude.

Cashier was quite rude with everybody ordering (no exceptions) it almost felt that it was done on purpose. After 15 minutes waiting for my drink, I asked them why it was taking so long, and turns out they forgot about it. When I finally received my drink, it was watery weak tasting. Tasted like ice with sugar. Would not recommend.

Love starbucks, hate this one. Avoid at all costs. Staff are so far up their own arses they haven't the time to serve you properly. So arrogant for coffee shop employees. Avoid at all cost. Starbucks remove this franchise ASAP.

They only let us get small cups because they had no large lids they wouldn’t let us buy a reusable large cup because they said it wouldn’t work on the till then people after us were getting large cups. :( small coffee. And toilets out of order.

Why is this place always closed? I've been there twice this week. Once at 20:40 and today at 20:15. The closing time shows 21:30 and during summer they were closing at 21:00. I just want a nice coffee after work this is very disappointing. There are other customers looking through the window also wondering why they are closed.

Just a standard Starbucks with good friendly staff and at least when you ask for extra hot from this place they make it extra hot

Didn’t get my coffee as ordered had to chase for it where it had to be made as hadn’t been done (or allowed to be taken by someone else), when I eventually went to enjoy said coffee is was sub par to usual standards (regular Starbucks customer at other branches). Shame really.

This store is putting Starbucks to shame. To begin with the staff are rude, impatient and always claim not to have ingredients. Specially yesterday the lady serving was itching her private area, sneezing and didn’t have the Decency to ask a colleague to cover while she went to wash our hands, instead she proceeded to take my order still itching. I felt uncomfortable and decided not to order and left. This behaviour has happened many times. Something must be done at a time like this hygiene is the most important and in no way is this store doing anything to reassure customers that it is safe to order.

Don't order their Frappuccino until they fix the blender. After long wait, Staff made it twice but the ice had all been melted before being served. They argued they were made exactly according to the recipe, but the manager gave me a full refund. In the meantime, the staff made a third attempt and asked me to try it for free. My feedback was, although It looked more like the normal Frappuccino, the ice was gritty and the flavour was diluted. What I discovered a few minutes later (after leaving) was that it melted incredibly quickly compared to my normal Frappuccino. My guess is that either the motor or ventilation (or both) of the blender is faulty, and when blending the ice the machine heats up its content: a common problem with a powerful blender. Hope it will get fixed quickly!

Absolutely carnage!! Long waits for drinks to be made. No system. 3 of us ordered separately, 1 came, 5 minutes later mine arrived, and my friend had finished her drink ! How does that happen when ordered together?? People behind me where getting their drinks ahead of others. I spoke to a member of staff, and was told, "its central london, what do u expect!". I expect some level of service for the £5.05 I spent on a drink!!!!! They think thay have a captive audience being in a tourist area, think again, there are PLENTY of coffee places. Dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement.

Came here to read my book after work cos it claims to be one of the few late-opening cafes in London. Don’t waste your time. 10 mins after sitting down staff members comes out and tells everyone outdoors is closing (it was 6:45pm and the store closes at 9:30pm allegedly). I then go indoors and staff member tells me I can’t sit in the half of the coffee shop I’m sat in cos they’re cleaning it. This leaves about three tables to occupy all which have people sitting on them by now. I’m forced to leave. The manager wouldn’t even let a woman waiting for the toilet use it - telling her the spray they use is dangerous when he hasn’t even sprayed the flipping toilet yet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS also the coffee was disgusting like it’s Starbucks what do u expect but still.

Slow service for drinks, and extremely slow for food. Three people waiting for more than 10 minutes because the ovens weren't on

The only Starbucks I ever tried and to be honest, I was far from impressed. The place is small and compact but outdoor seating makes ample space for customers. The service was a bit slower than expected but it was actually the taste for me. I’ve had fair share of coffees from local and international brands where Starbucks counts as top of the list but it tasted horrible. Costa, Coffee Planet and even Second Cup taste better than their bland mixture of some ground coffee in milk and water. Still it was a hot cup in chilly rainy day so 3 stars it gets.

Popped in at lunchtime for a toastie and hot chocolate. No waiting time and everything prepared really quickly. For a small branch, there’s plenty of seating inside as well as outside. All the tables were clean and there was a nice atmosphere to the place.
