Food was terrible - like it came from the economy isle of a supermarket. Pizza tasted like cardboard. The service was even worse, they refused to let me order dessert because the chef was busy. Absolutely awful place to order food and the staff didn’t even care. I’ve never eaten such bad food in my life.

Service slow. Drink expensive. Bar staff have no interest in serving people. Girl doing tables in the club area so so rude. The club area totally empty yet some basic tells me to move from an empty step im standing on at side of dance floor. Note she let all the guys stand there and said nothing... I wasn't sitting in someones private booking area or anything. Just standin at the edge of the dance floor disgusting attitude. Totally unprofessional place. Avoid.

Horrendous door staff, power hungry and bullies. The Bollywood club night was practically empty as the door staff were treating the Bollywood club members with hostility and aggression. When door staff were questioned about why they were refusing so many people to enter they told them ‘you’re definitely not coming in now’ . Horrible experience and to be charged £25 entry and leave after half an hour as most of the guest for our party were not getting entry was such a waste of money.

Clearly a RACIST establishment. Called a few days prior to attending asking if we could attend past 1am to join our friend who had booked out a section for her birthday - and paid a lot for this (no information given re names or race). Arrived at 1am on the night and turned away by one bouncer in particular, despite our party being inside. Consulted manager, who dealt with it rather calmly to be fair, but still limited understanding, particularly with regards to the bouncer. The bouncer interrupted during the conversation and pointed to my friend exclaiming he's not getting in like that. No confrontation on our part. Turns out the same bouncer let people in of no colour in later while we were still stood there. It could only lead us to one conclusion. Appalling establishment and absolutely no intention of returning back there ever again. Even the friend who booked there for her birthday regretted booking there due to their behaviour. Their loss.

Very nice venue. Food was good, but buffet went cold and should probably be served on hot or warmed plates. When I mentioned the poor state of the toilets to reception they didn't care at all and nothing was done, really poor. Decor and atmosphere nice, but need to do better. Shame.

I have visited this venue several times with friends and work collegues and you always have a great night! The staff are professional and friendly and pretty chilled out. The security staff are SAFE! And not to mention fantastic vibe and great music - recommend!!!

A disappointing evening. 1 star purely for the superb food. Staff - unfriendly, not bothered. Quite a shame actually. They seemed to want us to leave ASAP. Hygiene - went to the toilets, a staff member was there. Came out without washing the hands. That staff member was serving people! Time - way too long to get food. Food - really good - that was amazing! Overall - not a great experience

My group of friends were requested to leave for no reason at all as we were on the dance floor: Three of the security guys including the security girl on the floor came and stood in the face of my friend for no reason . When I asked what’s the reason she’s been asked to leave they said they were intoxicated. One of the staff also said I said so that’s why these guys have to leave.It was only half an hour to close on the 27th December. Stupid staff. Staff like them should be trained well . The whole room of the sway bar was intoxicated but they only spotted a few of us. Everyone who were asked to leave were Indians as we walked out. Felt very discriminated. Sway bar staff felt like a few groups of people should leave and not stay. I have recorded footage of the room and management should check cctv cameras to see if the group was intoxicated. If you are brown and Hindu avoid this club/restaurant as they discriminate people for their religion as far as I noticed. The groups who were outside were all Hindus as I came out of course. I was not asked because I challenged them but felt very furious with their unreasonable treatment with a couple of my friend Very tempted to tweet this incident tonight.

Best part is the happy hour where you get every drink half the price. Enjoy while you can. I came in an event here and enjoyed it. Typical London price. Service was fine. There is a club downstairs to the Bar as well. I didn't go there but hoping it would be amusing.

I was treated to a burlesque show here for birthday and I had the best time! The atmosphere was so welcoming and fun and it instantly put us all at ease for the evening. The performers are a delight and seem to really enjoy what they do. The performance was unexpectedly cheeky, we were all laughing and cheering the whole way through. I had so much fun interacting with the performers, they really made the birthday celebration special. Great night out and we can’t wait to come back!

Had the best night here at the Burlesque show! It was so refreshing to see women with real bodies being confident and sensual!! I keep asking people if they'll come with me so I can go back again! Is there a way to give 10 stars?😂❤

Not the best Burlesque show we've ever seen, but there was something honest, open and genuine about it. Genuine performers of mixed abilities, body shapes, personalities, sexual orientation, race and every single one of them gave it their all to entertain the crowd and they did bloody well in our opinion. Bar staff weren't the friendliest bunch, bar one black guy who made up for the rest, the drinks were average but early on in the night they were half price for happy hour and at the price were good value (at full price a bit expensive for the quality). The lady at the door and other staff excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for a visit, plus after the show they move the tables out for a club night and dancing until early hours. Will be back.

Good sized rooms and dance floors and seating. Went for a birthday. Lovely to get a Cake , Donoughts nd Bottle sparkler for the Birthday Queen. Good music and side room with bit live performance added nice touch. Bring extra cash for cloak room ( definitely not cheap)

Fantastic afternoon at the bottomless west end musical brunch. Very entertaining, great atmosphere. Everyone was singing and dancing. The Bottomless was an hour and the bottles of Prosecco just kept coming. The downsides were the cocktails were disappointing (watery) and the food was pretty awful. At 4pm we were asked to leave the room and go to the next door bar and it but at 5pm without any notice the bar shut and the music was turned off. The barman was so moody and rude. Such a shame to end a great afternoon in such a way. It would have made a big difference if they’d told us this when moving us to the other bar. The bar staff in the main room had been lovely.

Went here for a west end musical themed brunch and my God my socks were blown off. Service is incredible, and they never let my glass stay empty. Would I go back 100% yes.

Went for a social event. Great place to be at. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. 50% off price between certain hours. Can't go wrong in the current economy. Besides, there is music and a dance floor so, all boxes ticked. Love it.

I came here for an event and was really impressed with the venue. Amazing deals on drinks during happy hour. 12.50 for a bottle of wine which is a good deal for a bar in central London. Security staff were very courteous and professional as were the bar staff. Will definitely be returning to this place

I hosted a birthday party in Studio 66 for my best friend and we had the most amazing time! Sway has lots of different rooms available to choose from for private functions, but Studio 66 was best suited to what my friends wanted. Sway also has these cocktail trees which we enjoyed after our visit to view the space. Thanks for having us - We’ll be back for the next person’s celebrations!

Visited the Sway Bar for an event, the event was amazing, but my experience with the bar staff was disappointing. The bartender clearly did not know how to make their happy our cocktails. He may have just been new, but he was just guessing ingredients, and the drinks ended up wildly different.

One of the best nights out the atmosphere was friendly welcoming and fun all night the staff are very friendly and professional and all very helpful in any way nothing was to much A big thank you to all can't wait to come back and visit again

A friend and I popped in for post-work drinks and it was 50% off in the happy hour, can’t say no to a bargain like that! We also ordered some food, which was good and they had a variety. The staff were all friendly and attentive, even though it was still fairly early.

Food was very good. I am a vegetarian, although they have less vegetarian options, but all the vegetarian dishes, which I had was good. One complain...their brucetta was not a bruschetta but a bread...that was a big disappointment! Staff was good...though we had to wait half an hour for our drinks.

Had the most amazing evening here. All the staff were very friendly and we saw the most beautiful show. Everyone here made our evening very special, thank you. We would recommend everyone to go.

The location of bar is so good, it is 2 minutes far from Piccadilly. Music is so cool and the staff are kind and helpful. I spent nice time in Bar with my friends. It has a club in downstairs and I think everybody enjoyed very much. It is nice place to gather and have fun.

It was my friend's birthday. And we were given the best customer service from the manager. I had to walk my female friend to the station, the bouncer said I wouldn't be able to come back once I left. Then the manager spoke to the bouncer and explained that it was for the lady's safety at night. So I was allowed to go back to the bar after walking my lady to the train station. Love this place, will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

We went here for a hens night - had a cocktail making class and then dinner. We had such a fabulous time! The staff was great and the South African barman that did the cocktail class was amazing! We loved it, the drinks were flowing and would so recommend! The place is nicely decorated and classy, and the food was great!

We recently celebrated my friends 21st birthday here. The bar is so nice and very big, we used one of the private rooms and it was an amazing evening with lovely staff. Will definitely go back :) x

Pleasantly surprised, how lovely it looks, since last there, in 2017. Updated, open plan, upstairs, with night club, downstairs. New bar manager, Pamela, was extremely lovely; professional, and conscientious attending to our table personally, after a small mix up, at the bar. Overall a nice place for groups or individuals. Security tight but polite.

This place is amazing! We have been served by a great professional and friendly, Gordon, always very attentive, nice and polite. A place where there is a good atmosphere, delicious food and cocktails, and above all good music where you can dance and have a good time with your friends! Amazing evening at Sway London today. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Our waitress was Nel and was super smiley and nice. She checked every time whether we were fine and gave us necessary attention. We are definitely coming back. Great place for a quick dinner and drinks there is a happy hour till 8pm. Highly recommended!

Nice enough place, great range of cocktails, friendly waitress. Food is passable, but nothing remarkable, drinks overpriced and bar staff (this evening) pretty surly. The cocktail bar is overly lit, giving it a canteen feel, which shows off how much maintenance the place needs. Toilets more befitting a club than the upmarket cocktail bar it is trying to be. Try the Gin Bar instead.

My favourite place to be on a Saturday night! Been going for years and never disappoints - music, DJs & service are all top notch. The staff, security & management have always been welcoming, a breath of fresh air compared to some other clubs in central London. Highly recommended!

A big thank you to James, Kevin and all the staff at the Sway Bar- welcoming us back into the venue after a long break from partying in London. We've run a couple of events here so far since Freedom day and the staff have been amazing, really laid back, fun and very helpful as well. Great music DJ and dancing starts early... Great location, great vibe. The security staff are amazing really safe and friendly too. So if you haven't done so already get yourself down here for a great night out in Covent Garden only 4 minutes walk from either Covent Garden or Holborn Underground station. 5 STAR RECOMMEND!

Good vibe. The couple of rooms I've seen had nice differing music to suit most tastes. Very popular with birthdays and hen parties with a nice amount of space.
