    Terrible customer service at the till from the Assistant Manager - Nurul. I had items to return which I had purchased at the Boots in Bond Street. Had bought them as gifts for Xmas but ended up not gifting some of them. He refused to refund them firstly by saying that he could not read the receipts when they had slightly faded away at the back that says “Earn Boots points” nothing to do with the order details. Then when I asked a worker close to him “can you read this” he could read it but responded “ sorry that’s my manager” - scared to speak up! What a working environment!! Anyways, after asking him to give me a real reason to why he can’t refund my items, he said “he needs to check with the Bond Street store to see what’s going on” and I asked what he meant by that as it doesn’t make sense to me and then he continues to say “sorry I can’t refund, and can’t give you a reason” just go to Bond Street. I had only bought them 2-3 weeks ago, which certainly is within the 35 days return policy. And by the way boots return policy says that you can return items at ANY store! But I guess because it was 21:00 and they close at 22:00 he wanted to go home. Ridiculous!! I will take this further until this guy learns how to respond, helps people around (basically do his job) and learns some English as he could barely speak properly (broken language). Never visiting this boots again!!!!

    Why would a business be doing their restocking in the middle of a Sunday afternoon?! Big blue boxes everywhere blocking the aisles, staff sitting on the floor sorting stuff, staff all heads down busy and not proactively helping customers. Crazy. Do this stuff on Monday morning or after hours…would be faster too as staff not continually interrupted or with customer in their way. Sort it out.

    Today I was in the eyeglasses department. For a dishonorable situation with one of the employees, who was very rude and nervous... He wanted to sell me an expensive product. When I asked for the cheapest, he taught me in a way other than that... I will not go back to them I recommend not to buy from this place

    lovely floor staff and very tidy considering the foot traffic they get but the girl who served me on the till was so miserable, her customer service was just poor, as a teenage girl who also works in a busy retail shop we don’t continue a bad previous customer on to another. i wasn’t offered a bag, i was rudely told no when i asked if i could use my boots points (i get why now since i didn’t realised i didn’t have enough) but there was no reason too speak to any customer like that! her name was IQRA

    Great store, my go to place for all essential toiletries and make up! Reason doe the 3* is because they have some Dior beauty and Huda Beauty items listed as available in store and they are not actually available! Two wasted trips. They need to update their online stock levels.

    If your looking for the perfect foundation match, then head over to NYX The counter manager for the company is absolutely amazing and I have brought many foundation brands before and never came across someone as good as her. Her customer service skills are On the point. NYX polish manager is the best at matching the foundation. Thanking you X

    Waited so long in the queue for over the counter medication to buy. 8 months pregnant with serious back & leg problems. I sat on the floor waiting. There were 2 women behind the till yet she was taking her sweet time with everything. When another member of staff asked me if I was ok because I was on the floor & I told her I'd been waiting about 10-15 minutes the woman behind the counter just rolled her eyes. No apology or anything. The woman behind me commented on how she had previously walked out due to how long the wait of the queue is at the back. The way this woman dealt with the situation was disgusting.

    A big thank you to one of the security guards here who spotted my bag, left when I'd sat down for a few moments. Being tired meant I absentmindedly left this bag behind. When I later realised I no longer had it, panic followed! I retraced my steps, checking shops I'd been to see if I'd left it there. And then I returned to Boots. My bag had been rescued by this security guard and kept safely elsewhere. A relief I got my bag back and all down to this vigilant security guard! And the shop is great too!

    Can the staff get any ruder ?.... It's not hard to direct me to an isle or ask one of your employees. Literally asked for "where is your travel size products" answer was "I don't know" For that one particular person why the hell are you working there for? (No7 employee)

    Its a big store I found everything I was looking for. There is a promotion too on beauty products if younspend 20 pounds you get 5 off. Good for Christmas gifts!!

    Staff members in the fragrance section were really rude and misbehaved with us. They have asked for return samples 1.2ml perfume as well when we returned one perfume out of four worth £92 each. He just started shouting and asking for the small black bag as well they have provided while purchasing. It was really a bad experience. No one wants to be treated like that 👎👎👎👎

    Poor customer service, low stock and availability of both beauty products and staff. All beauty counters are inadequately equipped and the staff that are there are rude, abrupt and unhelpful so you are left feeling very awkward shopping here. Will go elsewhere if I can, even if it takes more time to get to.

    Rude Staff!!! I will never come to this shop again...😡 I bought a product from Oral B which was not that cheap... All good till I had to pay and obviously because the product was I believe expensive, the box was siled by a security device. One of the Boots Staff came and started with a strange device to take out..” destroy” the box as her magnet or whatever strange tool was were damaged. I ask her after, as you can see now you damaged the box and I wanted to give it to someone as a gift. Her reply was “ it is not my problem that this tool does not work “. And I asked her again..” would you give this box now as the way it looks to someone. And her reaction was again rude as she told me that if I am not happy to look after someone else. I asked her what's her name because I would like to speak with a manager. Of course, she didn't want to do that. After I insisted she called someone, obviously not the manager 😄. I had the seal removed finally and again I felt offended because the order person asked me if I paid for that product, which of course logically they would not remove the seal if was not paid. Please 🙏 train your staff to be more polite with the customers. Also, I would never recommend asking for anything this person called Sumaia.

    Thank you Clara - Today I visited the MAC store in boots White City Westfields and was looking to learn more about makeup so I could buy some products. I asked Clara for some help and she spent so much time telling me about makeup and what products she thinks will work great for my skin tone. I bought all of the products she suggested as she made me feel very happy and confident, so thank you so much Clara. You are a real credit to Mac! x

    A very busy weekend, the self checkout zone looks like nobody cares about the receipt Pilling up everywhere on the floor. I needed staff assistance and despite nearly screaming at the staff member who was standing right next to me he didn't seem to care. After he finally moved he only scanned his card on the till and didn't approve my age and proceeded to look at his phone and was very surprised after his friend pointed out that he forgot to approve my age... some focus and customer service skills would be appreciated next time

    A very big yet very crowded branch. You can find anything you need in there but you got to wait in a long queue for cashiers or self checkouts.

    Great range of products, at their competitive prices when it comes to cosmetics or other toiletries, the variety of hair styles products and hair styling electronic, the men's grooming wide choose to pick from. I would avoid the in-store shopping before closing, due to a large amount of boxes and cases with new products spread out between the shelves waiting to being dispatched and placed on the assignment place. If you are using the Boots Opticians for a Eye test, check your hours of the appointment being scheduled for and for how long they are, as when I have two appointments one for Eye test, another for contact lenses following up, the lady make more of the time talking and I would say at least 70% of the time if not more was associated with the product to choose from their Boots offer, and sell whatever you required for your eyes, just not kind of a good explanation of the test results itself, maybe because it was on NHS eligible check ups.

    What makes a huge Boots located in a mall get five stars? I had a major reaction to the sheets in my Leeds hotel and got here Friday to london. Went in and met with the pharmacist. They don’t do topical steroids here for face so they gave me a box of pills. It is clearing up finally after two days where I looked pretty badly. They had tons of beauty gifts and Christmas things. Store is jammed with options. I was helped quickly and kindly and it has helped my face a lot!

    I recently visited a Boots store intending to buy lipstick, but ended up updating my entire makeup collection. I was assisted by a member of boots staff Yumna she was professional, polite, and refreshingly genuine. Her natural and honest approach made the shopping experience enjoyable. While there were some mixed experiences with other staff members, overall, the customer service at the store was great. I highly recommend visiting this Boots store for a positive and satisfying shopping experience.

    MANAGER OF THE CHANEL: This brand is a luxury brand pls have some staff who have had training. I was served by a miserable blonde lady just now . She did not speak a word!! These brands need someone with proper social and people skills I am shocked I asked her a few questions she did not even reply . Pls don’t ruin these brands with ppl like this!

    Has everything you need, plus great pharmacy and beauty hall. Needs to stock up daily in the make up section, always looking empty and can never find what I need.

    Mixed feelings about this place.. However I must mention the great assistance provided by Nicola at the fragrance section and Indira at the makeup section. Also the Returns staff is really helpful. Apart from these few the rest of the staff can be really unhelpful. One stop shop for almost all your needs.

    I was searching for a good perfume today, a lovely lady named Nicola helped me out with lots of expertise and wonderful recommendations. I ended up buying a perfume I loved. Was so happy with the service, would definitely come again!

    Very big but there was not much stock out. Most of the sections were small and empty. I went in for medical stuff and came away empty handed. You were all right for hair and skin care though. Disappointed for the size of the store.

    On the 18th of August My wife wanted to buy a Chanel product The girl who works in Chanel products is not polite and treats customers inappropriately at all. I think she is of Arab origin with long black hair. She's so rude and doesn't do her job well sorry 😏 You are really stupid

    The shop is more than wonderful, but I noticed the help that works exactly in the Chanel salons. She is very uneducated and very rude. She deals inappropriately with customers. I think she needs to be brought up again. I think she has Syrian origins. It is a shame and a shame for you. I will not go back to the store again.

    Boots have great products but unfortunately, generally have a below average service (always slow). This branch in particular is poor. Not only is the service slow but the customer service here is awful. Multiple items mispriced on the shelves the last time i visited - when I tried to purchase these items (not knowing they were priced incorrectly), I was basically told tough luck, there's nothing that they can do about it. Very unhelpful and didn't bother apologising. It was very much a take it or leave it attitude.

    I went for my Boots optician eye test and was also offered an eye scan. I was first seen by Jigna, who greeted me and checked a few details and eye pressure, she really is the sweetest person. I was then seen by Dharshan who carried out my test, he is thorough and answered all my questions and went through the eye scan with me. Very patient. Actually all the staff present that day were very welcoming.
