browsed about 5 jewellery stores in the area and visited Erbiller a couple of times while deciding where to buy an engagement ring for my boyfriend. Every time I visited, I received very pleasant customer service. I was worried to be pushed into buying something that wasn't exactly what I wanted or that the staff would try to talk me into buying the more expensive options, but these turned out to be unnecessary worries. I would like to say how much appreciated that approach was. I was served by Merve on 2 of my visits, and even though these were weeks apart, she remembered me and the rings we talked about from the previous visit. Merve is a lovely lady with a nice attitude and great customer service skills. She is a real treasure of this gold and diamonds selling store. Thank you for the help with such an important decision.

Very nice store but unfortunately they have some wrong policy and they change the store man/store girls like sock's.

Lovely jewellery selections available here, lovely sweet staff are happy to help and make you feel welcomed and respectful. The diamond collection you cannot go wrong with. Learnt a few things whilst looking for the right item. The jewellery sets are super cute and great price ranges that are amazing

I went in and found something I wanted to buy, but the customer service was appalling. The customer service person decided to go serve the person who came after me, so I decided to leave without purchasing anything. I want to believe it wasn't due to racism but the lady that was served before me did happen to be a white lady and I am a person of colour. I am not happy with this service and will not be coming back to warren James in Wood Green.

Warren James in Wood Green is amazing. I ordered a ring online and it was a size too small. Mr Muqaddas Miah took it upon himself to exchange it for me within 48hrs with the correct size.
