If you're American don't eat this because you'll hate it. They literally gave me ketchup and Mayo as sauce for the tacos. you can get fire sauce but they'll only give you 2 packets so ask for more the meat is dry and they barely put any on their lettuce tacos (see photos.) The cheese sauce that I paid extra for was pretty much empty

I didn't know there were any Taco Bell's in the UK. Why's it taken so long to get here!!! I was so pleased to come across this store!!! Mexican style food in a McDonald's style fast food environment. Probably not healthy but very tasty!!!! Small portion sizes. Ideal for a quick bite or for kids. Not much seating inside so best for a grad and go. Entrance is on street level so no steps and has automatic doors for entry. Cheap and cheerful. (All though the staff weren't that cheerful). I hope more taco Bell's will be on more high streets soon.

Finally got a chance to visit Taco Bell in London for the 1st time, as I am a great fan of Mexican food. Enjoyed the crispy and delicious Veggie Chulapa along with Quesadillas. 😋 The Staff was extremely supportive and service was extremely good. Look forward to visit Taco Bell again soon!

I'm an American so my point of reference is coming from Taco Bell in the US. Their crunchy tacos are surprisingly very good, and actually I think it's a little better than the US version. I would have loved to see the Mexican pizza at Taco Bell in the UK, that would be a game changer for the Brits.

My first taco bell experience. Look at how sad it is. Practically no filling, and the little there is has fallen out. Can my American friends please let me know if Taco Bell is supposed to be this sad?

Overall this taco bell wasn't half bad. The food was amazingly hot and fresh. The only downside I'd say is the fountain soda had zero carbonation, even after the employee looked at it. Also the restrooms are an absolute disaster with no soap in any of them. Hopefully they wash their hands somewhere.

Have heard so much about Taco Bell in America so I was skeptical about going to one here in London but I could not have been more wrong. The food was amazing! The 7 layer burrito, crunchy wrap, chips and even the dips was delicious. I have put Taco Bell in my top 3 best places for chips, and I’ve tried many fast food places.

First time. Star off for serving less than warm food but replaced it, and only 3 veggie options Lots of variety. Incredibly inexpensive! This venue is tiny. Has 2 dine in areas with high chairs and tables. Touchscreen ordering easy enough but not everything has a description to tell you what it is (especially for a first timer!) The veggie Burrito was good. £1.26!? Exceptional value. Seasoned fries with cheese, were not warm when handed to me so had to replace. If you want a quick bite by Bloomsbury. Recommend it.

The dirtiest Taco Bell you’ll ever step your foot into. Neither of the order displays work, the surfaces are filthy and they’re out of napkins and condiments. Simply nasty.

Horrible food, slow and horrible service. Luckily you can look directly into the kitchen and so you have full view of the kitchen staff not following any hygiene protocol or making food with due care. The workspace they have is practically non- existent so cross contamination is evidently going on, staff are rude to customers, to delivery drivers, and to the reputation of Taco Bell. Avoid at all costs. The bag they put it in tasted better than the tacos. Fries weren't terrible because half the weight of them is chilli powder.

This taco bell is very close to Holborn. The staff is nice and helpful. The service was quite quick. The place doesn't have a lot of seating, so dining in can be a bit tricky.

Kiosk menu for self ordering. So can take take a while as only two available. Seating area is limited and compact Best to take combo offers it has refillable drink option. Jalepeno chweze fries were served super hot and it was tastier due to melted cheeze -- finger linking good Tacos were crispy and yet portion wise wont suffice Customisation to veg option available for everything just rememeber to cross check before payment at kiosk They accept AMEX card. One Restroom available for the use if all which is maintained just fine.

As most know, the franchise doesn't serve hot drinks. That's not necessarily an issue but only diet alternatives were available. Some of us have reactions to artificial sweeteners. Being in an expensive location meant lack of space however, we were able to find seating. Great Mexican style food and good non-meat options. 🙂

A very middling experience. Restaurant was pretty nasty, almost every seat and table was covered in sauce or trash and the bathroom wasn't explicitly dirty, but could have been better. There was nothing wrong with the food itself in theory, but comparing it to US Taco Bell was surprising. In general, UK adaptations of American brands were better than the same stores in the US. Taco Bell was the exception. The food is far more bland, the menu is way smaller, and the prices are much worse for most items. In all, I was excited to try this iteration of Taco Bell and the satisfaction of scratching the itch of curiosity was far greater than the food ever had a chance to be.

It is very close to the British Museum and the food was awesome. I ate one chicken burrito with nachos supreme. You can order and wait time is not much. They have an underground sitting space so you can eat here. They are just so busy so the service is a bit slow if you wish to order on your table.

Place was small and busy and one self service ordering machine was broke. Food was a mixed bag. Burrito was best part and was pretty good if a little underwhelming for something called a volcano burrito.. Beef taco was terrible and basically a squished flavourless mess. Fries were good but cinnamon twists were just kinda bland and weird

An ok UK adaptation of the USA chain. A little overpriced for some things but generally good value. Only thing is the cheese sauce is just not quite what it is in the USA. Service is slightly slow and staff show very little drive during busy or slow periods.

Appalling customer service! On entering the store, there was roughly 1hr until closing, once the food was received a staff member came running out from the kitchen and yelled at my friend ordering her not to eat in a loud aggressive tone. Though we were not informed the seating area would have been closed 1hr before closing. Having already started to eat we stopped mid chew and packed up our food. A staff member made a comment that I should clean the table. I was disgusted by the lack of customer service and will never be returning to this Taco Bell.

Love it. We truly enjoyed our meal at Taco bell. Quick service. Great price. Tasty food offerings. Tacos to Quesiddila to Burritos, all were made well and were very tasty. Counter staff is very good.

Took an age to get food even tho it wasn't too busy. Forgot our drinks, put the nachos in the bag upside down, some of the chicken and cheese was cold, some was cooked. Quesadilla tasted fine but was way too soggy and the packaging for it means you need to get your arm covered in mince beef up to the elbow as it was stuck inside the bag

This Taco bell is the best fast food restaurant ever. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Especially on Taco Tuesday where you get the best deal. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to.

I was slightly surprised how slow the service was given they didn't seem that busy. Food was good but it's always smaller than you think, but it's fast food, you know what you're getting. Can't complain about the flavour and did the job as a quick meal before going out.

Denigration of Mexican culture and its food. Tacos don’t taste like this. They use small tortillas and sell it as “soft tacos”. Hard shell tacos is also sth not Mexican. Not worth to go!!

Such a skimpy staff! Had a big order of over £35 and they gave us 3 napkins and 4 sauces, so asked for more sauce and she hands me another 3 packet, like what? We are from the states and used to picking our sauce packets by ourselves and usually need multiple of them per item. So that was something we didn't appreciate but other than that it was ok.

Pictures are from before lockdown. This time food was medium not fresh salsa as per picture, no drinks top up just can. Not busy at all table was sticky and dirty. Waiting time for food was long....

Came here to try it as I was visiting the area and I don't think there are any of them around where I am from. The service was quick, the food was extremely well priced if not under priced for the area. The food was also excellent. Prepared fresh and did not disappoint.

Poor service, none of the seating area was wiped down. Dead flies in the lights in the walls where you eat. No toilet checks had to inform staff no toilet roll. When ordering you ate given your food but then you have to go back up for drinks why they can't just give you everything in one go I don't know. Won't be eating here again. Not hygienic at all.

The worst experience I just had. I’ve experienced this same place for over 1 year, and today, my friends and I got forced to leave at 22:10 because this person said there was no dinning (after we paid), we didn’t get the warning before paying, so we could decide wether to stay or leave. After the incident with the dinning, I requested more sauces, which were TOSSED in the worst way possible inside my bag, I just turned around and sat down, I’ve never had that issue in this place, EVER. After we saw many other people eating (where it was supposed to be “no dining”) we decided to eat the fries bell grande which of course, were constructed because we didn’t know there was no dining anymore. We ate and 22:30, the same guy, approached everyone and forced us to leave saying “we could finish everything outside”, this felt so diminishing and quite nasty on their behalf, from 3 people that were working, just this guy went over a rant to treat people worse than trash. I asked for his name, and he actually had the courage to take his name from the shirt and left as if I never asked anything. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place if this man is out there.

Worst customer service experience ever! I was very excited to go Taco Bell, as I am a huge fan of other Taco franchises and to my surprise I was very let down by the staff members lack of customer service and human decency. I ordered my food and had about 1 hour until closing time and as soon as I received my food the staff yelled at me informing me that the eating area was closed and demanded that I should not eat in a very aggressive tone and the other staff member suggested that my friend should clean the tables. We were then quickly forced out the shop before closing time which was 11. I will never go to this Taco Bell again.
