Super friendly staff!! They were so nice and informative. Lots of Harry Potter items and books. Located in the heart of Soho. All the items were beautiful and creative. The decorations and everything was amazing in a small gallery but comfortable. Recommended everyone come and visit this place.💕🌟

I have no idea about Harry Potter. Never read the books or seen the movies, but I know the basics through pop culture osmosis. I have a friend who loves it and I stopped in to grab her a gift and was thoroughly impressed by this little shop. The aesthetics are fantastic and beautiful. Every inch of it is decorated with such care and attention. It is very much a gorgeous display first, and a shop second. I even wanted to buy some of the prints even though I don't even know what they are. (Too bad I didn't have the space in my luggage.) The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful, and informative with an interesting video about the owners playing downstairs. I'm tempted to watch the movies just to visit the next time I'm in London and fully appreciate this place!

This is an essential visit for any fan of Harry Potter! Literally, any fan, from casual to die hard, you will love this place. The ground floor is a gift shop filled with tempting books, prints, butter beer, and memorabilia. The lower basement floor is more for memorabilia but also has prints and fun items to explore. If you really love Harry Potter then you're probably going to spend 45 minutes in the building and end up buying something along the way.

Absolutely amazing to see the place created by people behind Harry Potter graphics we all know. Beautiful 2 story building with amazing decor and prints that you can buy for yourself or as a present. Their books with 3d pop ups are an absolute masterpiece and are worth every penny.

This is not a store, this is a full experience. I wanted to buy everything, the display is so beautiful in every single corner and the people working there are truly fans of the work. Do it! Experience the magic for yourself, even if you're not that big of a Potterhead.

Absolutely a must visit place for any Harry Potter fan. The shop is filled with amazing graphic design work of the wizarding world. The shop is small and narrow but the set up of the place is filled with details everywhere you look. The quality of every product in the shop is of a high standard.

Needles to say that this is a haven for Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts fans. The shop has the prints signed by the artists and are limited editions. You feel like taking all home, it is worth spending sometime in there. It was great to see the videos from the artists themselves, talking about their experiences. If you are in London, worth checking it out.

Interesting, packed with Harry Potter's goods! Incredible books and other nice little things that are well designed and worth having them... Also, well trained and people happy to help, if you need it. I was very tired after walking the whole afternoon with my niece and her fiance and immediately was invited to seat on the cute bench by the window. Loved it!

Absolutely beautiful museum with free entry! You can spend as long as you like in here, anything from 20 minutes to an hour would be my recommendation. The downstairs is a museum with props from the Harry Potter films aswell as a few books, both Harry Potter and Disney, designed by MinaLima, and the floor you enter on is a shop where you can purchase Harry Potter memorabilia based on the paper props and books designed here ALOT CHEAPER THAN IN THE STUDIO TOUR, the upstairs is off limits as it's actually the studio where the designers do their work! Staff are lovely and super helpful, they seem to really enjoy talking about the pops and the design process. 💚

I don't think there's anyone out there who won't appreciate this shop. It's enchanting for all, both fans and non-fans of Harry Potter. Don't miss it. There might be a short queue at times, but don't be scared! It's worth the wait.

Such an interesting store with the whole space dedicated to selling Harry Potter memorabilia. There are two floors full with high quality items and the whole shop is themed perfectly with nods to the books and films. A must visit for any Harry Potter fan.

Absolute recommendation for all potterheads! Very kind and helpful staff, absolutely amazing with some kids that were visiting. Browsing-and-handling copies for every single book on stock, you can sit down in front of the fireplace full of Hogwarts-letters to go through them. Beautiful artwork and prints, gifts, pillow cases, notebooks, postcards, gifts.... Great exibition of designs for the films and original props for the movies downstairs. They limit the number of people downstairs, so there was enough space to really look your fill and enjoy it! We really loved visiting!

MinaLima are responsible for all the graphic designs you see in the Harry Potter films, from posters to product packaging. If you like Harry Potter, the House of MinaLima is an essential place to visit. It's free to get in, but sometimes requires waiting in a queue outside, but it moves quite quickly. Inside, on the ground floor is a shop, which sells all things MinaLima, not just the Harry Potter stuff (but mostly). Downstairs it feels more like a gallery. You can't go upstairs and see their graphic design studio which is a shame, but definitely with visiting for all those Potterheads out there!!

How could anyone be negative about this place?! Everyone was lovely and kind. Loved my experience here! Staff downstairs took pictures for me and was friendly. Staff upstairs all very friendly and funny. The store is small yes, it is the way it is 🤷🏼‍♂️ I thought it was magical. It was on my bucket list and didn’t disappoint! 😃

This is a fantastic store for Harry Potter fans! They have unique gifts outside the common ones you s every day. Their post cards are particularly fun! Their interactive books are second to none! If they weren't so expensive, I'd absolutely buy them all! (£30-40 each) Highly recommend a stop by if you're in town.

This is a must-visit for any Harry Potter fans. Although I'm not one, I love looking at concept art. It's the place where you can see how Harry Potter comes to life, with some very unique memorabilia and illustrations to collect. Save up!

I bought quite a few Harry Potter things at MinaLima including the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets illustrated book. Everything so far has been stunning and there are so many gorgeous details. The staff is always helpful but never intrusive. Even if you're just in the store to peruse a little, you always feel welcome.

Amazing shop and gallery to visit as a Harry Potter world fan! The most beautiful designs from the creators of graphics and art for Harry Potter movies. The downstairs gallery is awesome, lots of signed purchasable memorabilia - and the floor is the Marauders map! Very polite staff, they were welcoming. Bought some postcards and notecards as I couldn’t carry larger prints or posters but if you’re a fan you’ll be tempted to spend some in here 😊. MinaLima also have illustrated copies of classic children stories like Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan etc. for sale, would make a good gift for kids or a fan.

Really lovely experience for fans of any background. But only so much to see if not purchasing. They have prints, wallpaper, books, and all sorts of collectibles and trinkets. Prices for the 3d books are really reasonable at less than 40 pounds and cover not only the HP universe, but other classics like Jungle Book and Peter Pan. My only drawback is it is a TINY store for the volume of eager visitors. We visited a week ago and for the volume of people in and out; they should have had their outside line operational. Also the staff (upstairs) was not polite. We were 3 customers with a toddler. We wanted to go downstairs as a group and asked if we could leave the stroller in a corner (folded down). We got a smart remark stating it would be in the way. So I stayed upstairs with it while my friends shopped. They ended up purchasing several of the deluxe prints. Seems like they shouldn't allow them in store at all, then? I was more in the way waiting with an empty stroller than if everyone in my party had been able to shop at the same time. It's definitely a cool stop off for fans. I would recommend it. Just temper expectations

If you’re a Harry Potter fan, this is a must visit. It’s a shop with fantastic artwork created by the graphic designers who helped create the Harry Potter graphic style. Inside are lots of memorabilia and replicas of props from the movies as well and other books and artwork created using their distinctive artistic style.

Simply put, if you are Harry Potter fan, you must visit in person to truly appreciate the intricacy and detail that went into this place. While it is a shop and not a museum, it doesn't have the overt in your face feel of a fandom gift shop. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to visit with children of a certain age who love the films who would surely find this place nothing short of magical. The shop can be difficult to navigate when busy, so try to go early. Not surprisingly some of the more popular and less expensive and easy to transport items (as many visitors are surely tourists) like notepads were out of stock, making small purchases more difficult. The store was too crowded for me to take decent photos, but other reviewers have already done a fine job of that. Regardless, it is definitely worth visiting.

Super cool little shop! If you find yourself in the area and love literature and especially Harry Potter, it is an absolute must see! There was a bit of a queue, 30 minutes, but it was worth the wait! Definitely check it out for an awesome little shop

Great little place to dive into Potter and Beast theme. Display of used props and well stocked collectables covering 2 floors of the shop. But, above all, the enthousiasm of the shop assistants make the visit special and memorable.

Very interesting shop. Founded by the designers of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films: Mina and Eduardo Lima. The House of MinaLima, is a gallery and store, showcasing their graphic works. The gallery offers a narrative environment for the graphic designs of the Harry Potter franchise, as well as MinaLima’s other artwork and publications. Its experiential space celebrates the peculiarities of their ideas and their passion for storytelling through pictures. Definitely recommended 👌.

Amazing place to visit as a harry potter fan. The designs are amazing and the interior of the store also. In the basement they have some props that were used in the movies and limited prints. We brought home one of these

This place is heaven for Harry Potter fans. I’m not a HP enthusiast though I loved the place. Everything is so so soooo beautiful 🥹 The books, postcards, magnets, and everything else. It’s like they have done magic with the art.

Pokey but interesting shop/exhibition showing items produced for the Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts films. Useful location for using up time between Parts 1 & 2 of Harry Potter & the Cursed Child as it is less than 10 mins walk from the Palace Theatre.

This place is a must for every fan of the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts movies - and of beautifully illustrated children's books, too. It's a shop + gallery, and there were so many details and things to see that I felt I needed hours to appreciate them all! Like fireplaces with Hogwarts acceptance letters shooting out, school books, The Prophet pages, and so on. 😁🧙‍♀️ Shop is on the ground floor, and you can buy signed MinaLima editions of the Harry Potter books, other children's books, prints, notebooks, magnets, and all kinds of magical souvenirs. Gallery is in the basement, and you can see original props from the Harry Potter movies! Tip: Follow MinaLima's Instagram account for news around what exhibitions are currently on. The storefront was smaller than I expected but the constant queue made it easy to find! ♿✖️ Unfortunately, the underground floor is not wheelchair-accessible.
