Went to try the Matrix class via ClassPass. First you have to redo your profile as you arrive (annoying as I would end up having 200 profiles that I do not want everywhere in the city). The class was ok and the replacement instructor was nice and polite. The floor of the gym was not clean, and as I have OCD I spent more time removing dust from my hands than actually doing some exercises. Showers and changing area is mixed, I do not have a problem with that, but there is only a small amount of time in between classes and the area gets packed. When you get lucky to finally find an open cubicle-shower room, you find you have one of those swipe your hand sensors to operate the showers. The water pressure is appaling and so is the shower head, which sprays water in all sorts of directions. Try to catch the waterfall was the real tricky exercise. There is a way to adjust temperature of the water, but when the flow stops and you restart the flow by swiping the sensor the first couple of seconds the water that comes out is boiling hot (and I love hot showers!). So took me a good 10 minutes to take a shower, which should take 2 or 3 maximum. When I finished I walked out to get changed in the communal space, only to be reminded by one of the instructors that the space is shared, hence you should get changed in the shower room. Have you ever tried getting clothed in a steam room? As that exactly what it felt like as the steam built up after 10 minutes of trying to shower. I guess the whole changing situation was a bit of a mess and both classes were half empty. I do not want to think when they are both full and it is probably Monday early morning! A great start of the week lol

I have been using Digme reasonably regularly for some time now and I've tried all of their cycling classes - Ride, Beat and Perform. Not all classes will suit everyone, and not all instructors will suit everyone. You need to take some time to try different classes and instructors. When you find the right combination you'll find yourself making real progress with your fitness. The showers can feel like a bit of a bunfight after busy classes but Digme at least try to stagger the finishing times of spin and studio classes. I've never had to wait more than five minutes to get into a shower cubicle and that was only on a maximum of two occasions. Highly recommended.

The best spinning studio in London! Great instructors, facilities and the owner, she is absolutely inspiring super woman πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š. Digme helped me with my training for the Prudential Surrey 100m & cycling trip to France last year. I would not go anywhere else but Digme fitness for a proper wattbike class!

A beautiful space filled with friendly, motivated people and knowledgeable instructors. They have spin classes, matrix (which is a circuit style workout with kettlebells, trx and skillmills) and even have a run club. If your new to this boutique studio, arrive early and don’t be shy! Tell them you are new and they will spend a little extra time with you before hand teaching you the ropes and what to expect!! The showers and gorgeous Dyson hairdryers and a great touch!! Went here after being offered a free session, loved the HIIT Matrix class - definitely felt it the next day. The facilities are also great; showers are clean, towels are soft and instructors are friendly. Not too sure about paying the full price just yet, but could be convinced in the future!

Absolutely excellent session in a state of the art studio. Fantastic, clean changing area with secure lockers as well. Great for those new to HIIT and plenty demanding enough for people experienced at cycling with power. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Workout was great. However with 3 receptionists you would think one of them could have been bothered to show me around the place and explain how it all works. I looked for the changing rooms and ended up in some brooming cupboard. They have unisex individual changing rooms btw... Would have been a good to know. Also the lockers require a combination and how it works was explained to me by another customer. Trainer was great however. Studio floor needs a clean considering you are down there quite a bit. And on a personal note, music is cool but not a fan of the disco lights.
