We had the best experience in this nicely decorated, comfy house. The flat was sparkling clean and all the necessities were available. Lucy and Lisa are super nice and could not be sweeter. The whole area is picturesque and you should pay a visit to the Hampton Court Palace which is nearby. If you have kids, take them to the Magic Garden which is inside the palace and they will love it. Take the Barge Walk you to Kingston, too if you're into waking and exercising. All in all loved the service and the quality, highly recommended!

Craven House is simply a great option if you are looking for a luxury serviced apartment. Having stayed in two of the (pet friendly) suites - Upper and Lower Garden - they are very clean, well appointed, well equipped and a true home away from home. Lucy and Lisa's responsiveness and focus on the details mean that you can relax as soon as you are checked in!! Traveling with four small pups can be a challenge, but they loved it here - especially as these two apartments overlook Bushy Park and there's a couple of curious stags that come to visit from time to time. Great proximity to Hampton Court and Kingston (for getting in and out of London). Lots of sights to see and local restaurants/pubs. Working from here was great with good internet service as well! Would highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Craven house. Not only is the location out of this world with deer visiting via Bushy Park daily but you’re very close to Hampton Court Palace and the station. Lucy and Lisa were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times and the flat itself is extremely well appointed and well kept. We had a great few weeks and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Craven House - the apartments are luxurious, super clean and well kitted out with everything you might need! The location is absolutely amazing with gorgeous views of Bushy Park to wake up to each morning. Lucy was a real pleasure to deal with - flexible and easy to contact. 5 stars from us!

First time visit after using many competitors in the London area. Nice location and well appointed apartments with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lucy & Lisa are very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, which can't always be said about other providers. This is the standard by which all others should be measured - well done.

We had a wonderful stay at Craven house. It's a great location to explore and the accommodation is superb. Lucy was so responsive in the run up to our visit, answering all our little questions. We were even provided a last-minute upgrade to a bigger apartment due to a change in booking - this was a lovely touch! We stayed in the lower garden apartment with our two children and dog and will certainly be coming back!

Excellent home-from-home right next to Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park and the train station direct to Waterloo. We love it here! The place is always immaculate (yes, we've stayed more than once) and the owner is super responsive on email and always so welcoming to us and our two kids. Definitely recommend.

The location is fabulous and the suites are gorgeous. All the home comforts and more .Everything you need is walkable , cleanliness is amazing and decor /comfort brilliant . The most wonderful accommodation! We stayed here for our wedding weekend and we couldn't have asked for more, the space perfectly balances luxury with a homely and cosy feel, and all of the rooms are beautifully furnished! We had the most brilliant stay and the host and staff couldn't have been more helpful, thank you :)
