I had a heart and womb-warming postnatal massage with Matt and I left with so much tenderness. His understanding and welcoming presence provided a safe place for me to land back to my body which has been aching in so many places. Along with my body, my heart has also had the space to integrate some of my birth experiences and although this will be a lifelong process I can certainly say the session has given me a chance to take one foot in front of the other. I cannot recommend Matt enough. I have been appreciating his services for close to 2 years now. He was an absolute gem during my pregnancy and generous with his knowledge, assurances and golden hands that allowed me to enjoy a relaxed time. Matt from Bowen Bexley is an extremely experienced and skilled practitioner. He has helped my wife a lot with very complex issues. I've been to see Matt a few times in relation to my sports injuries : pain in the arch of my foot and my "tennis elbow". Matt was able to help me both times. His treatment room is always comfortable (and air conditioned in summer!) I can wholeheartedly recommend Matt and Bowen Bexley.

I did my back in at work and was finding it difficult to move without feeling some sort of pain. I found Bowen Bexley online, not too far from my house. I went for a 30 minute massage just to get some kind of relief. It was so good that I went back 3 weeks later for a 60 minute massage. You can't go wrong with Matt. Amazing in his field.

Matt Is true professional and an excellent Physiotherapist. He deserve more than a five stars. He pays attention to detail with you as a client, the way he cares for you and the treatment he gives you is truly outstanding. Before I met Matt, I had lower back pain for four years. I visited many specialists and I was prescribed strong medication but I was always in pain. The pain was gone after just one session with Matt. Matt made me feel very welcome and completely at ease. Paying attention to the little things for example having a supply of hairbands as I forgot mine. (Thanks Matt) I was impressed that he remembered details we had discussed at the previous session and made appropriate enquiries about what I wanted to achieve from the massage. He also made very good suggestions about what would benefit me most. The massage was very good and I was impressed! Matt handled my complex medical conditions extremely well and very professionally. I felt that the problem areas were treated very effectively and I felt very soothed and relaxed. I felt confident after my massage that Matt could deal with anything! I had my very first massage at Bowen Therapy and I am so pleased with the experience! There is no where else I wish to book for a massage next time. With Matt you are in control all the way through the session. He checks regularly how you feeling hand if you feel comfortable, which is very nice. I am an energetic person and sometimes get anxious.
