I have met some of the kindest human beings on the planet! There are so many activities, so many ways to connect with others. I always enjoy the atmosphere and feel inclusive by everyone. You get what you want to put in. If you just want cheap vegan scran and a tea (like I do) then that's fine. If you want to do one or all the activities then that's also fine. It's relaxed in that sense. Good it's not also one of those places where everyone is well on their way to recovery. Some of us are not and just turn up to not be isolated for an hour in the week.

I went with a friend who is recovering from mental health challenges. She loved the place. They have a lot of free activities to get involved with throughout the day. Also a small cafe.

I feel safe. I enjoy the massage, i enjoy the singing for wellbeing.i get the chance to meet others who are suffering from the same issues that i am going true. The staff at Dragon Cafe'is very helpfull and polite.

Casual protected space. Good open mic sessions and everyone is welcome. Always an interesting Monday night topic at 7pm.
