    Poor product quality and disgusting service. I had recently took my Audi A3 into Bexley Audi for the third time this year, due to several manufacturing faults on a brand new 70 plate A3. Every time I have visited Audi Bexley, I have been presented with poor customer service. My recent visit, I was rudely ignored by one of the service team. To be shown my courtesy car which was filthy inside and out, crisp and sweet packets, dirty masks, crumbs and dirt throughout the vehicle. (Pictures attached). When I rung up Audi Bexley to notify them of the problem, I was told I would receive a call back to resolve the matter. 4 hours later I had still not had a call and due to travel to work. I had called back to which I had to take the vehicle back to Audi for them to clean, I was then given back the car but all the rubbish that was on the floor was simply put into side of the doors and drink holders. (Pictures attached). No regard for corona virus and the potential spread to customers. After 4 days I was called to collect my car, I was shown my own vehicle which was also filthy inside and out, heavy black soot and scuffs around the car. No attempt to clean the vehicle even though that is part of the service. Called Audi Bexley to notify them of the disgusting service, was told I would receive a call from management within 24hrs. No one from Audi has been in touch. The only member of the team that apologised and looked to help the matter was the receptionist. Reported to Audi UK. The quality of their vehicles is disgustingly poor and their customer service equally as poor. Extremely disappointed, will not be purchasing an Audi again.

    I leased a car from Bexley Audi, (PCP) when doing so they were nothing but sweetness and light. However, once I signed on the dotted line and collected my car I became invisible! They also, I believe, mis-sold me certain things, for example I live in East London and they told me when the car needs servicing they will collect my car and return it. So imagine my surprise when it was due for the first service and they told me they don’t pick up that far away! I didn’t receive any documentation for the additional services I purchased, I had to chase and chase for these. I had to have my car serviced by them and the attitude of the service staff was so rude. My car is due for renewal this year and guess what they rung me all sweetnesses and light again hoping I would want to lease another car with them. As I pointed out customer service goes beyond the sale of a car, my experience with this showroom would put me off ever purchasing from them again. I actually really like my Audi and will definitely get another one but would not deal with this garage ever again. I would rather travel further than give them my business.

    My most recent time at Audi Bexley was such a pleasant experience. My car needed to be checked as I had diagnostic issues and I was initially told I may have to wait 2 days and pay £160+ for this service. To my surprise a few hours later I was called and told that my car was ready to collect and no costs were incurred! Thank you Kim for essentially making my day and rest of the week easier. Also wasn’t expecting my car to be cleaned and waxed, lovely touch. I hope all my future endeavours are with Kim, she made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer!

    This was the first time I used Audi Bexley for repairs as I previously always went to Audi Bromley (but that branch closed) - In summary I will not be using Audi Beckenham again unfortunately due to the following reasons: Extremely poor communication – since dropping the car off on 11/07/22 and collecting on 01/08/22, I have called 14 times with nearly all times being either unanswered or with the promise of a call back (which did not occur). As an alternative, I texted a member of the Service Team 16 times, with only 8 responses. The level of service and communication from the Service Team at this centre was very poor and frustrating. Proactive communication from the Audi team has quite frankly been non-existent from start to finish. I was still chasing on 01/08 to receive confirmation if the car was ready for collection having received a text that the car “should be ready”. I resulted to emailing the branch and the Head of Business explained the delays throughout were due to staff shortages and additional quotes – I appreciate there may have been staff shortages but not once was this mentioned to manage expectations, the additional quotes I do take partial responsibility for but having such an impact to the timeframe and myself needing to continuously chase, I am not taking responsibility for that. Duration of keeping the car at the service centre – the car was there for over 3 weeks. The work required was to replace the leaking coolant tank, replace air con and change brake fluid. The request for air con was additional (along with requesting quotes for replacing the drop links, rear exhaust box and front washers which I did not opt for in the end), did lead to delays on my behalf which I do take partial responsibility for (as mentioned above). Inconsistencies with quotations for repairs – upon discussing the air con quotation, I followed this up on text to confirm but was re-quoted 50% more than the original quote. I do not know how this can suddenly change which I challenged - the quote adjusted back to the original amount. Complimentary clean when car was collected – I was very surprised when collecting the car that the exterior did not look to be cleaned. I have always been happy with past cleans actioned by Audi Bromley, but I cannot say the same about Audi Bexley (photos attached). Prior to collecting the car, I was provided a goodwill gesture (approx. 6%) which was not reflective of the continuous trouble/frustrations and not having access to the car as this was at Audi Bexley for over 3 weeks – I found the goodwill value quite insulting if I am honest. I requested Audi Beckenham to remove the goodwill and recalculate the total back to full price - when making payment in branch this request was not even honoured. Following on from this (a few days later), I examined the items on the invoice and noticed I paid more for the repairs than I should have (total incorrectly added) – as of submitting this review (30/08/22), I am still waiting for Audi Bexley to refund me the difference. I’m sure there are many customers who have not had an experience like mine, therefore this review is my personal experience.

    Very poor customer service!!! I scheduled a safety recall service on 16 March 2022 with Bexley Audi. As a part of the service, there was a software update due to which I am unable to use Google car play functionality since the service. Also, I received another safety recall notice from Audi dated 18 March 2022. I called Bexley Audi more than 15 or 20 times since the service to inquire about: 1. How to fix the google car play service as the settings were changed on the car? 2. Do I need another safety recall service as per the letter dated 18 March 2022 or was it already covered by the 16 March service? I left multiple messages with the reception desk for Katie Lee who was handling the case, but no one ever responded to my calls. A few weeks ago, I visited the branch on a weekend and was told by reception staff that they will convey the message to the service department who will contact me in the following week. Once again RADIO SILENCE!!! To date, there has been no communication from Bexley Audi! This is my second car with Bexley Audi and I am truly regretting the decision. Is it so difficult to respond to simple queries from a loyal customer? I am never leasing or buying a car with this location.

    Not a good experience. We purchased a 4 year old car that was apparently fully checked with a 145 point safety check. When we drove the car home it started shaking quite badly at about 65mph. We got the wheels balanced independently and they were considerably out. Wheel balancing was checked during the 145 point check apparently. Also we noticed a cracking noise when turning. We returned it to Audi who replaced 2 suspension mounts under warranty. This should also have been picked up during the checks. We also had no SD card for the sat nav and scuff was not buffed out and it was not even washed on initial pickup. Even when we picked up the car for the second time we were told 1 minute before being shown the car it had been cleaned. It clearly hadn’t. We paid a premium buying through Audi for piece of mind and we didn’t get it. Would of rather saved a couple of grand and brought from big motoring world or something similar. Everything did get sorted like the scuff and SD card eventually but now of it should of been an issue in the first place. Not what you expect from a supposed premium brand.

    I have had several different Audi vehicles over many years now, and have always had them serviced or checked over by Bexley Audi despite other Audi dealerships being closer to where I now live. I have always found the staff to be attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Special mention must be made about Lisa Chambers, who I have known for many years, and has always provided a first class service, and went above and beyond when I had a recent servicing problem.

    We've been here more than a few times now, ain’t gonna lie, usually great service is provided but from time to time, they do mess up on basic things, things that shouldn’t be happening. Booking services can lead to a long wait, so bare that in mind, book ahead. Getting here is simple enough, there any many bus stops scattered around here, trains are a little trickier, they are a little further away if you’re planning to take either the Thameslink or southeastern. Not that bad but could be a lot better.

    Booked my car in a month or so back to fix a loud door rattle. Diagnosed the issue successfully (with a pleasant and helpful technician - Chris). However, the fix that they applied did not work and within days, the rattle was back, even louder and more consistent than before. So a paid day off from work wasted basically. So I re-book the car for today, having been told by the service person on the phone that I would have to leave it with them for the day but to collect it at the end of the day (like last time). This morning, I arrive there nice and early and the service staff struggle to find my booking. Half an hour later I get called over to the service desk to be bluntly informed that I will have to leave the car overnight for a full investigation. I made it quite clear that this was not the case when I booked it, and that they had already investigated it and found the issue! Also that was a non starter as I needed the car for work the following day! However, the leaving it overnight insistence was maintained, leaving me with no choice but to leave with the car. So another paid day off completely wasted and an appalling way to treat a customer. The old Whitehouse Bexley would never have performed this badly frankly. Customer beware.

    We were looking for a new car and test drove a few from different manufacturers and in the end decided on a Q5. Bexley Audi, and Wesley in particular made a real impact on us. He was by far the most helpful and most professional of all the sales people we met during the process, head and shoulders above the other dealers we spoke to. He called me before the test drive to talk through what I and my family wanted and needed; he spent time to get to know us on the day; built a rapport with us and really got to know what we as customers were after without being pushy at all. His knowledge of the cars was exemplary, and he followed up afterwards quickly and professionally. Nothing but good words to say about this dealership, they made the whole process a pleasure!

    Please avoid and use a different dealership. We had a really poor experience, they can't undertake basic things like cleaning a car, they miss sold our vehcile, changed the price and worse of all returned us our vehicle that hd noot been properly checked over with our case a loose door latch. Where do I start, we purchased a used q7 3 years old, we agreed a price paid a deposit and 2 hours later got a phone call to say the price was wrong and we had to pay more or loose the car. When we collected the car it was filthy, the agreed work had not been completed and one reason I was told was the work was to expensive as a part needed to be replaced. I could scratch the dirt off the indicator stick there were crumbs and dirt everywhere. This is how bad the car had or hadn't been cleaned. There version of cleaning is rinse the outside and hoover the carpets and use a damp rag on the interior surfaces. They sold us the car and told us it had features it doesn't have and now refuse to do anything about it. The car has been back to them multiple times, the first time they said they weren't expecting it despite it all being in writing, they didn't complete the works and dented the rear tailgate, did a smart chip repair leaving dirt under the paint repair. The car came out dirtier than it went in. They admitted they don't employee valeters just cleaners. I wouldn't let them touch it again they use the same rag for everything. They leave residue over all the interior and window shuts. They said it came with myaudi and in the end I had to buy it and they pay me as they couldn't buy it apparently even though they told us used approved come with 12 months. How can an Audi dealership not be able to resolve this. They also left the vehicle unlocked at the front of there forecourt for 2 days and claim it wasn't when the app clearly shows it was and is at the front of there forecourt. When it came out this week I mentioned the rear passenger side door seemed loose and we discovered the hook for the door latch to clasp onto was loose and had not been retightened after works. They dont check there works properly so it had to go straight back in to there workshop. It was also missing another bit of trim the cleaners must have knocked off... All in all please save yourself the time and effort and travel further for a better dealership.

    Nicole Green was the sales assistant who helped my mum to buy her dream car. Nicole was absolutely amazing. She made sure my mum understood everything and went through all the fine details. My mum ended up with the exact car she wanted and Nicole kept us both updated all the way from ordering to delivery and even after. Nicole you are just such a lovely person and a real asset to Audi. You dint have that typical salesperson attitude which is so refreshing to see. You genuinely care and that had made all the difference. Thanks again.

    Had a very smooth upgrade transition deal with the team at Marshall Audi, Bexley. Aaron, especially David and Haseeb. Thanks for a great deal… Getting used to the electric now… I found the A6 a more classically Luxurious car. The Q4 E-tron, a modern interior with great features… but both great cars. Thanks again fellas, will definitely come back when this contract is nearing an end.

    The staff are amazing and very helpful. I was unable to take my car to the branch so I called reception and they collected and delivered the car with a bottle of champagne waiting for me in the passengers seat.     I had a fantastic experience with Marshall Audi's service department, and I can't speak highly enough of Gee. From the moment I arrived, Gee's professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident. She went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The attention to detail and expertise displayed by Gee were truly impressive. My car was returned to me in impeccable condition. Communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way.     We want to extend our thanks again to Wesley, who looked after us in relation to the purchase of our new (Approved Used) car from Bexley Audi. The test-drive process was smooth and not rushed, the team were happy to answer all of our questions and we were under no pressure at all to make a decision one way or another. Wesley was generous with his time, was open and frank with his advice and we are delighted with our Q3 weeks after delivery. The aftercare has also been responsive and helpful, which is just as, if not more, important than the purchase process itself.     Jake Payne & Aaron O’Brien are a great duo. They were able to provide a great service to us. Aaron’s assistance with getting it over the line was exceptional, test drive, explaining everything and making sure we were satisfied was 10/10 including handover. No question was too silly (although it may have been) Communication is key and just a simple acknowledgment even in busy times goes a long way & we appreciated that from Aaron.     Katie Lee in the Service Department gave me outstanding service when I brought my car in for its Oil service, warm welcome knows exactly what you need without asking also went above and beyond when I couldn’t pick my car up in her working hours and went above and beyond to make sure I got it when I needed it Definitely will be my go to person from now on!     I only write reviews when something goes horrible wrong or when everything is perfect. I am happy to say it is the latter. Buying my new (used) car from Marshall Audi Bexley was great experience. From reserving to collection one week later. All paperwork sorted in advance, pleasant service from people in the showroom. Sales executive Jake was very helpful and answered all my queries. It was worth travelling hundreds of miles to collect in person. Thank you.
