This
was
the
first
time
I
used
Audi
Bexley
for
repairs
as
I
previously
always
went
to
Audi
Bromley
(but
that
branch
closed)
-
In
summary
I
will
not
be
using
Audi
Beckenham
again
unfortunately
due
to
the
following
reasons:
Extremely
poor
communication
–
since
dropping
the
car
off
on
11/07/22
and
collecting
on
01/08/22,
I
have
called
14
times
with
nearly
all
times
being
either
unanswered
or
with
the
promise
of
a
call
back
(which
did
not
occur).
As
an
alternative,
I
texted
a
member
of
the
Service
Team
16
times,
with
only
8
responses.
The level
of
service
and
communication
from
the
Service
Team
at
this
centre
was
very
poor
and
frustrating.
Proactive
communication
from
the
Audi
team
has
quite
frankly
been
non-existent
from
start
to
finish.
I
was
still
chasing
on
01/08
to
receive
confirmation
if
the
car
was
ready
for
collection
having
received
a
text
that
the
car
“should
be
ready”.
I
resulted
to
emailing
the
branch
and
the
Head
of
Business
explained
the
delays
throughout
were
due
to
staff
shortages
and
additional
quotes
–
I
appreciate
there
may
have
been
staff
shortages
but
not
once
was
this
mentioned
to
manage
expectations,
the
additional
quotes
I
do
take
partial
responsibility
for
but
having
such
an
impact
to
the
timeframe
and
myself
needing
to
continuously
chase,
I
am
not
taking
responsibility
for
that.
Duration
of
keeping
the
car
at
the
service
centre
–
the
car
was
there
for
over
3
weeks.
The
work
required
was
to
replace
the
leaking
coolant
tank,
replace
air
con
and
change
brake
fluid.
The
request
for
air
con
was
additional
(along
with
requesting
quotes
for
replacing
the
drop
links,
rear
exhaust
box
and
front
washers
which
I
did
not
opt
for
in
the
end),
did
lead
to
delays
on
my
behalf
which
I
do
take
partial
responsibility
for
(as
mentioned
above).
Inconsistencies
with
quotations
for
repairs
–
upon
discussing
the
air
con
quotation,
I
followed
this
up
on
text
to
confirm
but
was
re-quoted
50%
more
than
the
original
quote.
I
do
not
know
how
this
can
suddenly
change
which
I
challenged
-
the
quote
adjusted
back
to
the
original
amount.
Complimentary
clean
when
car
was
collected
–
I
was
very
surprised
when
collecting
the
car
that
the
exterior
did
not
look
to
be
cleaned.
I
have
always
been
happy
with
past
cleans
actioned
by
Audi
Bromley,
but
I
cannot
say
the
same
about
Audi
Bexley
(photos
attached).
Prior
to
collecting
the
car,
I
was
provided
a
goodwill
gesture
(approx.
6%)
which
was
not
reflective
of
the
continuous
trouble/frustrations
and
not
having
access
to
the
car
as
this
was
at
Audi
Bexley
for
over
3
weeks
–
I
found
the
goodwill
value
quite
insulting
if
I
am
honest.
I
requested
Audi
Beckenham
to
remove
the
goodwill
and
recalculate
the
total
back
to
full
price
-
when
making
payment
in
branch
this
request
was
not
even
honoured.
Following
on
from
this
(a
few
days
later),
I
examined
the
items
on
the
invoice
and
noticed
I
paid
more
for
the
repairs
than
I
should
have
(total
incorrectly
added)
–
as
of
submitting
this
review
(30/08/22),
I
am
still
waiting
for
Audi
Bexley
to
refund
me
the
difference.
I’m
sure
there
are
many
customers
who
have
not
had
an
experience
like
mine,
therefore
this
review
is
my
personal
experience.
