The
staff
‘Romaysa’
was
very
rude
when
I
came
for
major
servicing
on
09/08/22.
I
had
to
try
to
explain
to
her
how
customer
service
works,
even
when
someone
has
an
accent
&
an
old
car
(it
really
felt
like
it
seeing
how
she
was
with
other
customers)!
I
also
explained
to
her
that
being
rude
when
she
thought
I
wasn’t
paying
for
my
Major
Servicing,
then
being
polite
when
she
realised
I
was
actually
paying
for
my
servicing
was
not
the
right
way
to
treat
to
a
customer
&
she
walked
out
on
me
at
that
point
saying
she
couldn’t
deal
with
me.
Another
Staff
Charlotte,
who
was
very
nice,
tended
to
me
afterwards,
although
I
didn’t
like
it
when
Charlotte
said
she
would’ve
called
for
one
of
the
Managers
to
attend
to
my
issue
but
they
were
all
busy.
Yesterday
22/08/22,
a
service
reminder
popped
up
on
my
dashboard,
I
called
&
a
Staff
member
called
Matthew
answered,
I
told
him
the
problem.
He
offered
me
to
drive
in
&
get
it
reset
in
2mins.
I
told
him
I
wasn’t
anywhere
nearby
&
won’t
be
for
while.
I
asked
if
he
or
anyone
could
guide
me
over
the
phone
to
reset
it,
he
replied
that
I
had
to
come
in
for
it.
Not
a
single
apology
from
him
or
Romaysa.
I’ve
figured
out
how
to
reset
&
have
done
it
myself
(just
3
clicks
on
my
steering
which
literally
took
1min
and
Matthew
told
me
I
had
to
drive
into
the
garage
for
it,
it
could
easily
have
been
done
over
the
phone!)
Lastly,
09/08/22
was
my
3rd
visit
in
less
than
a
month,
spending
almost
£1,500
altogether
in
the
process,
and
still
I
was
treated
very
badly!
Verdict:
I’ll
definitely
not
be
coming
back!
