    SHOCKING. We have 2010 Qashqai CVT automatic that a very competent friend/mechanic maintains for us. We had noticed an increasing noise but weren’t sure where what the cause was. Our mechanic wasn’t sure whether the noise was from the bearings or gearbox but also noticed that there was an oil leak from the gearbox oil cooler. He suggested that we get a Nissan dealership to diagnose the problem. They sent us a video saying that the following needed immediate attention: 1. Noise from gearbox and banging into gears. 2. Oil leak from gearbox oil cooler assembly, that requires new oil cooler, pipes and clips. 3. Wheel bearings need to be replaced on both front wheels. 4. Replace rear taillight unit which had water in it. The total price to carry out the work was £8,826.04! Obviously this was more than the car is worth and was also a shock. We asked to see a salesperson because we might have to buy a car. The salesman was indifferent and uninterested once he realised we weren’t going to buy a new car or spend over £20,000. On the advice of our mechanic we got second opinions from two auto transmission specialists - JT Autotransmission in Erith were excellent and told us that the gearbox was fine and noise was coming from the offside front wheel bearing. We then took our car to Birkbeck Autos in Sidcup, who we have used for MoT’s. They were brilliant - replaced wheel bearing for £250, couldn’t find a oil leak from oil cooler assembly but didn’t rule out that there maybe a small leak but difficult to find the source. They checked the transmission fluid and topped it up with 0.5l of transmission fluid (it takes 8.5l). I bought a tail light unit from eBay that cost £50 and fitted it in 10 minutes. Nissan quoted £162 for the unit. The car now runs perfectly and cost us £300 to repair - Nissan wanted £8,826.04!!!!!!! - DISGRACEFUL. Good car, dreadful and dishonest dealership.

    Full service and MOT. The check in at reception was friendly and efficient. Very descriptive and detailed video of the vehicle health check and what needed to be done. Very friendly and helpful staff. We got a phone call to say the vehicle was ready. Overall, extremely satisfied and impressed with the service provided. Thank you Roland, Steve and Simon. We will be back.

    Staff of part & services department are very unhelpful. I had some services checks, such as engine, battery & brake at this centre on 5/10 and was told that one of my both batteries was totally run out and need to change in urgent. However, they refused to help me to change the battery if I couldn’t provide the ‘Radio number’ that I know nothing about this and didn’t provide any assistance how can I find this number. Later, I walked in to another shop (Glyn Hopkin Nissan East London) at where the staff of parts department provided the excellent services to help me find the right battery model and changed within half hour at the same day even though no ‘Radio number’ suppled. I am strange why the staff in this shop used the excuse of ‘lacking of radio number’ to refuse my required services. It is really a poor shop and I won’t go back for any services at here.

    The staff ‘Romaysa’ was very rude when I came for major servicing on 09/08/22. I had to try to explain to her how customer service works, even when someone has an accent & an old car (it really felt like it seeing how she was with other customers)! I also explained to her that being rude when she thought I wasn’t paying for my Major Servicing, then being polite when she realised I was actually paying for my servicing was not the right way to treat to a customer & she walked out on me at that point saying she couldn’t deal with me. Another Staff Charlotte, who was very nice, tended to me afterwards, although I didn’t like it when Charlotte said she would’ve called for one of the Managers to attend to my issue but they were all busy. Yesterday 22/08/22, a service reminder popped up on my dashboard, I called & a Staff member called Matthew answered, I told him the problem. He offered me to drive in & get it reset in 2mins. I told him I wasn’t anywhere nearby & won’t be for while. I asked if he or anyone could guide me over the phone to reset it, he replied that I had to come in for it. Not a single apology from him or Romaysa. I’ve figured out how to reset & have done it myself (just 3 clicks on my steering which literally took 1min and Matthew told me I had to drive into the garage for it, it could easily have been done over the phone!) Lastly, 09/08/22 was my 3rd visit in less than a month, spending almost £1,500 altogether in the process, and still I was treated very badly! Verdict: I’ll definitely not be coming back!

    Please note that they are all on a bonus scheme, especially if you get an MOT done. They will find unnecessary faults to get more money out of you. Be sharp, Be aware of there sneaky techniques! Do not trust these guys. The reception staff are incompetent! They also add false 5Star review to make themselves look good!!!

    Do not go to here. They will nit help you if you ask questions. You cannot get advice feom thier technicains either. Plus they ovet charge you for parts where you can buy from halfords, by 200%. Pure rip off merchants.

    Warm welcome to the show house. Good customer service. I was informed of how long it will taken for my car to be serviced and when to expect it to be ready. Drinks available if you don't want to go out. My car was spotless by the time they were done A video updating me of jobs carried out on my car. They took into consideration all that I mentioned or concerns that I had about the car. Prior preparation and competing a form with any concerns I might have. Overall excellent service. Quite happy with Ancaster

    We visited Eltham just to have a look at the car model but the customer service of Alan was so good that we returned back the same evening to book our car. He gave us all the right information, was honest on what to expect and also gave us a very quick delivery before jubilee weekend. It was great working with Nissan Eltham team.

    I had a service today in nissans Eltham branch and I was given a phonecall with a problem that would have ended up being quite expensive. I did not believe it was my fault and fought back quite hard about it. When I entered the store I was expecting to have a bit of a argument about which I didn't really want obviously. I was met with one of your senior service advisors, Simon bird, who took me though my service and then talked to me about the issue. I won't let him fully off as he did throw all the expected corporate talk at me to blame me for the problem but he also did actually talk to me like a real human being. We had a productive conversation where we talked through options and came to a mutual agreement that we were both understanding of. It's very rare now days for staff to actually talk to you like a person instead of hiding behind the script of what they are told to say when there is a disagreement. So although it's still not the outcome I was looking for I'm happy with the service I received and it has been a pleasant experience even if we had a disagreement on who is to blame for an issue.

    My wife and I recently looked at changing our 2007 Vauxhall Zafira car. We Carried out a lot of research and decided to buy a Nissan car. We went to our nearest Ancaster Garage at Eltham. The first person we saw was Salman Asghar. His immediate smile and personality was very welcoming. We immediately decided to engage him for our preferred choice of car. Salman Asghar was very patient, knowledgeable, informative and impartial in the advice and guidance he gave us. His sense of humour kept us going and fully engaged during the entire transaction. Salman constantly kept in touch with us on updates on Juke availability. He even called us whilst we were on holiday in Lanzarote, to inform us of a car that fits our preferred option. This complimented our holiday. We collected our new Juke Nissan today (08th July 2023) and Salman was ready and willing to serve us even though we were one hour earlier than our appointment time. Unlike other Sales Executives, Salman did not pressure us into buying additional products which we did not need. Salman, what a GREAT MAN to have on the Ancaster team, I say 👏 👍 🙌

    I needed a replacement 3 pin cable to recharge my Nissan Leaf. Peter, at the parts department was very helpful and ordered the part advised by the central stores. They sent the wrong part, which I had paid for. it did not have a 3 pin plug on it. peter tried again, only to be told the replacement part would be 3 times the price of the part sent. he advised me and was told that I could not afford that kind of money. I now have a car which I cannot use, because it has only 20 electric miles left 'on the clock'. Why does this cable cost 3 times the price??????

    HORRENDOUSLY INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF IN YOUR ELTHAM OFFICE. FROM MECHANICS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. IF I COULD PUT A MINUS 5 Stars, I would!!!     Bought a 2014 Qashqai from Eltham London. I have no clue about tyres. But recently been to my local tyre shop as the front wasnt holding air very well. We’ve only had the jeep 4 months and haven’t even done 1,000 miles in it. Paid £12,000 cash for it aswell. And was advised when we bought the vehicle is was fully road worthy, and i’ve been advised by the local garage that these were probably original tyres that were first on the vehicle. After me asking the sales rep many of times was everything all good and worthy with the vehicle as i’d be transporting a new born around it. To say i’m annoyed is an absolute understatement something as little as tyres that couldn’t have been changed for the price i paid!! The tyres are all perished and a straight NOT fail! Shocking to say the least, bought direct from Nissan for trust but this is totally unexpectable at all!!

    Simon in the service department has made an incredibly stressful breakdown experience bearable. He was honest, kind and informative and kept me updated throughout the process of getting our car repaired. The service was second to none. I will only be using Ancaster Eltham for all my car servicing in the future purely due to Simon’s excellent service.

    went for a service and stated that a tyre needed checking for wear. Watched the mechanical via video and he started checking for a leaking tyre! other than that the service team were first class and very customer caring

    I took my car in for them to diagnose a problem and they essentially said they weren't interested in helping fix it. They didn't charge me which I appreciate, but it's not exactly the service I'd expect bringing a Nissan to a Nissan garage?? Strange...

    Last Thursday I brought my car into eltham for its MOT. At the time I requested to start a new service plan with MOT. A girl who’s name I didn’t write down (apparently begins with V) in the service dept said she could sort it. Took my bank card disappeared. On returning said internet was down (confirmed by Roland service manager) and she had used her personal phone on 4g (she said) to set up the contract. My personal bank card details on her own phone!!!! Is that company policy????? On picking up my car after MOT there was still no paperwork!!! “ we’ve been hacked, probably by the Russians” Anyway 4 days later I have not received any paperwork, rang service dept and they say “we can’t do nothing”….. I corrected the english grammar, “you ARE doing nothing” Apparently the onus is on me to sort this out……,,, Great customer service

    Went into Ancaster Nissan in Eltham today to look at a car. Was welcomed in and greeted immediately by one of the sales team,George Doran. He couldn’t do enough to help us through the process of choosing a car, organising a test drive and completing all the paperwork. He got us a great deal and explained every part of the onward process. The atmosphere inside the dealership was friendly and every member of staff took the time to smile as they walked past. George was really personable and went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted for our budget.He is a credit to Ancaster Nissan and we look forward to completing the sale for the new car with him over the coming weeks.

    I walked into this dealership to enquire about the cost of repair of my broken interior light case. I was directed to the parts and service desk and a gentleman called Peter immediately walked to my vehicle to inspect the issue. He then explained that he will order the part which was relatively cheap and that I would receive a call when arrived. The next day to my surprise he called to advise me that the part had arrived and to bring my vehicle in at my convenience. He took no longer than 10 mins to fit the new case and when I thought I would be charged for the labor he told me not to worry as it was less than an hour's work. I could not be happier with the service I received. I work for a Nissan dealership myself and the only constructive criticism I have is that there was no one to greet customers or offer any refreshments when told to sit in the waiting room

    Still the best Nissan dealership around - much much better in compression to the other dealerships in proximity (who don’t pick up their phones, and given Nissan a bad name). Use this dealership for servicing, always get a good service, hire cars always available, deliver on price and on time. Would recommend.
