Good location for an information centre but also possible to get better London maps for free from Underground stations such as Temple. Notice an awful lot of the photographs for the information centre are of St Pauls and basically irrelevant

A very good Tourist Information Centre located in a modern and very stylish looking building. It's close to St. Paul's, so a good way to find out about other "touristy" things you could do in London. They even have free maps and lots of one or multi day ideas for things to do.

Great location in the tourist area and a centre of London. Located across the road opposite from St Pauls Cathedral, between cathedral and Millennium Bridge. This place offers historical guided daily tours and sells maps, travel guides, internet, and books. One of the tours offered here is Charles Dickens tour.

Excellent place to get touristic information about the city and the events in the incoming days and weeks. you can also get very good guides and maps, and the attention is always exceptional. The people working at the Centre also speaks other languages besides English, so there is a high chance that if you are not confident in your English communication capabilities, there will be someone there who could attend you in your own language.

Bouncingchicken is making a review as local guide when leaving in USA. Please check St Paul's Cathedral website for yourself and you will see that as a visitor attraction they charge 20£ in 2019 which includes a guided tour, an audio-visual guide and climb up to the top to see the best view of London. If you wish to enter the cathedral for religious purposes during attraction visiting times you will be escorted in and out by a volunteer for your prayers. The City Information Centre is always very fair as it is provided by the local authority and always strive to fight and avoid conflict of interest. Please do not misguide other people that of course will be disappointed to find out that entry to St Paul's Cathedral it is not free entry as you claim. Actually it is free 1 day a year! The Saturday falling on the Lord Mayor Show.

Come here and you will find anything virtually that you need if you are exploring London. Friendly, professional help and all sorts of maps and information. Many walking tours leave from here, which I recommend as a very inexpensive fun way to learn about a certain aspect of London.

Absolutely fantastic, the only remaining tourist info in London. They took a lot of time to advise me on all of my questions, figure out an itinerary, look for the best theatre tickets, everything I could wish for. And so patient. I would long have killed me ;) very recommendable

Booked a Hop-On/Hop-Off bus tour (The Original Tour) and was told that the last bus is 10pm by the front desk lady. However, the bus dropped me off at Victoria station at 630pm and asked everyone to get off. I stayed around St Paul's Cathedral. The driver said that was the last station and the service ends at 6pm. There were at least 8 passengers in the bus and 4 more waiting at the station. I waited again for the next bus and checked with the next driver. He told me and the other passengers the same stuff. 10pm only valid for summer! I hope this information centre can be more resourceful and provides accurate information in the future.

When it's open it's great, full of literature on London in general! Disappointed wasn't open today. A consequence of Covid, maybe?

A wonderful selection of timetables and maps from metro to bus or train. The staff were extremely friendly and patient and answered all kinds of questions for us.

I was happy to have visited this small shop as it was filled not only with information. There is also up to date souvenirs that everyone would like to buy.

Strange looking building but we'll kitted out. Lots of leaflets and maps with lots of suggestions for things to do. It also had quite few books/souvenirs on sale. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My friend and I were doing the Snowman Trail which was lovely, though the map wasn't great...don't know who was responsible for that.
