A normal park with tennis courts (need to rent), a coffee shop (was closed when I visited), a nice playground for kids, one outdoor gym focused mostly in elderly people and large fields perfect to play football or leave the dogs run. It's not specially beautiful but the best option around. Have a nice small garden and few squirrels running around.

A beautiful green space with a dedicated play area for children. Large lawn areas, tennis and basketball courts and a forest planted some 11 or 12 years ago. Trees line the footpaths where a number of benches can be found. The park and is dog friendly. The park also has a memorial garden which does need some attention. The roses are still beautiful but the pond and benches need restoring. The park has an excellent tearoom with seating inside and outside . It is a popular park and can get crowded.

This is a true urban oasis that's a delight for nature lovers and families. The park's well-maintained green spaces provide a perfect spot for picnics, leisurely strolls, and outdoor activities. What sets it apart, and perhaps not at all weird to say, is the adorable squirrel population that calls the park home. Watching the squirrels was the true highlight for me. The presence of these cute squirrels adds a unique charm to the park. They're not only a source of entertainment but also contribute to the park's natural beauty. Watching them play and forage for food is a heartwarming experience that both children and adults can appreciate. In addition to its furry inhabitants, the peaceful ambience and family-friendly amenities make it a fantastic destination for spending quality time outdoors. It's a place where you can connect with nature, enjoy the company of adorable squirrels, and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

Lovely park but trying to get the parking app to work took ages so I gave up and was about to drive away when I spotted a pay machine! No idea yet if I've been double or triple charged for the parking as I tried so hard to get it to work 🙄

This is one of my favorite parks. It has a humongous size and has many trees and lots of grassland inside it. It also has a playground, which has multiple different things to play on. This is a very wholesome place which is great to go on walks in with your family or dog. Wonderful park.

Grew up in Hendon park has a lovely cafe which is also kosher. So anyone can eat there, my kids always enjoy running around the kids area. There's a workout area on the side. Tennis and basketball courts. Lovely green space and benches so you can literally sit anywhere. Never too crowded.

It is a large park that looks like a large open space. Many trees and a grass well mentained. The park itself is clean with many bins. There are playgrou ds for children, basketball courts, tennis fields, tables to sit or have a picnic. It is a very good park for people who want to do outdoor physical activities, especially running, jogging, etc. Not to mention that in case of rain, there are places to go near by plus a variety of restaurants with vast international cuisines. The park is part of the Capital Ring walk, and it's a beautiful place to visit and take a sun bath.

Nice park near Brent cross shopping center. It has an outdoor gym and a kid's playing area but not many benches.

A Simple and Serene Outdoor Retreat Hendon Park offers a simple and serene outdoor experience for families seeking a tranquil setting to relax and enjoy nature. While it may not have special play equipment or dedicated restroom facilities, the park's spaciousness and peaceful atmosphere make it an enjoyable destination. The park's open fields provide ample space for families to engage in various activities such as picnics, flying kites, or playing games together. Children can freely explore the wide expanse, and adults can appreciate the park's natural beauty and serenity. While it's worth noting that Hendon Park does not have specific play equipment for children, the park's simplicity encourages imaginative play and outdoor adventures. Families can bring their own toys or enjoy unstructured play in the spacious surroundings. It's important to plan accordingly when visiting Hendon Park, as restroom facilities are not readily available on-site. However, nearby facilities may be accessible within a short distance. In summary, Hendon Park offers a serene outdoor retreat where families can unwind and connect with nature. Although it may not have special settings or dedicated restrooms, its open fields and peaceful ambiance create a wonderful space for quality time together. If you're seeking a simple and tranquil escape from the city, Hendon Park is a delightful option.

It's a very open space to enjoy the running spirit out of you and it makes a good choice as it has tarmac all the way around so your feet don't get to muddy.

Live locally and the park is great for long walks and running here is very challenging because of the many slopes.

Beautiful local park with cafe and 6 tennis courts. Tennis courts are easy to book but a bit pricy tho. There is also a big playground for children and fitness facilities for adults. A very safe local park even in the evenings.

A good distance if you were looking to walk the whole park. Has a children's play area. A lot of activities in the play area for kids. A little limited for older children. Depending on days and times you go, can get a little busy. There are exercise machines available. There a few tennis courts too and one basketball court. Limited parking spaces available in the car park. However, car park is not free, I believe. A good park if you wish to go for a walk and get some exercise in or take your kids too.

Very good. Great outdoor for kids and adults. There is tennis courts, coffee shop, basketball, football allocation, without goals though. The toilets needs a uplift.

It's sad as we used to live here 20 years ago. Everything feels a little neglected and uncared for. Still it's a park, and they have play equipment for kids, and an outdoor gym for adults. That's nice

This is a great place to walk through or to have a picnic. I particularly enjoy it because it is a green space where you can take a breath of fresh air in contrast to the roads and traffic that are in the other areas of Hendon. I strongly recommend you pay a visit.
