I am only writing a review to warn others to be careful here. I inquired about microsuction to clear a blockage of wax. I was in a lot of pain. I was told via email that treatment would be considered before proceeding. However, when I arrived, the syringing equipment was already set up and even though I asked about microsuction, I was told that syringing was best. Being in so much pain, I agreed but wish I hadn't now! After a few squirts of water, I felt intense pain in my ear. It was so sore that I nearly lashed out but in the end, we continued as the blockage was also causing me pain. In the end, a lot was removed manually. When I left, my ear was incredibly sore and the antibiotic spray I was given stung horribly. Fast forward to a while later, I went to my NHS GP as my ear was still not right. They told me I had a perforated eardrum, likely caused my the syringing! This explains the intense pain I felt. Since then, I have suffered from dulled hearing and pulsatile tinnitus and it's been over 6 months. Dr Uys did call once I complained and gave me a refund for the consultation but to be honest, that seems the least he can do. It looks like I will now need to have surgery as the perforation has not healed, which means more time and money waster, and the trauma of having to go through surgery I shouldn't have needed! My point is - TRUST yourself and don't accept treatment you're not happy with. I wish I had said no!

Sadly I was prescribed medication that had not been in production for over a year, and when I tried to get a new prescription the practice was unbelievably unhelpful and took forever to call me back, which is utterly useless when you are sick and time is of the essence. Would never use them again.

I called for an appointment and was given a same day appointment. Not only was I given an appointment on the same day but I also got my blood test results immediately. The doctor was also very friendly and I felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Out of all the private Drs in London I have used in 20 years Dr Uys is the best by far. An experienced medical professional who is friendly, approachable and most knowledgeable. My other family members use this practice too. Most recently through a video consultation which surpassed an expensive Professors clarity and naturally our GP. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Broadgate GP enough, after suffering from prominent lines I was really self conscious. One dinner break I turned to Broadgate GP to get some help, since then I have never looked back! My face is radiant and all of my confidence is back! Thank you so much for helping me Broadgate GP!

I work in London a lot and when I need to see a doctor I always use Broadgate GP. Being able to see a doctor the same day means I can get treated quickly and the service they provide is always outstanding.

I had a rather personal issue I needed advice on and contacted Broadgate GP, they advised me to come in and see them for an appointment. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful, the issue is now resolved and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Don't go to this guy. Yes, you may get an appointment the same day, but his room is in an old run down office and doesn't even have a proper light. The £70 'consultation' fee was me explaining the problem I had for 10 seconds. There are places way better than this.

A very distasteful experience. Booked an appointment online for a minor. There was no issue in doing so (including referencing their date of birth) but during the video call the GP told us they were unable to give advice to individuals under the age of 18 and I will be refunded. He then started to make specific recommendations for a consultant, based on a one liner statement from me, without having carried out any diagnosis himself. He also hung up abruptly without the usual closing formalities. I found his attitude dismissive and lacking any compassion. Considering the sensitive nature of the issue being discussed, it was, put it simply, really unprofessional.

Save your money, go else where. The doctor himself was not friendly nor welcoming. He was very short with me and wasn’t interested in what I had to say, even when I said I was uncomfortable with needles. He diagnosed something without even doing the proper testing for it. So practically I paid £130 for him to make me feel like I was an inconvenience of his time. Don’t waste your time here.
