A very easy place to access from the side of the river. The venue is a large space spread over more than 1 floor. There is ample rest room facilities and plenty of room to move around even when events are being hosted.

Old Billingsgate is a massive event space in the city of London. It has good views of Thames River as it sits at the bank of the river and equally sits between two underground train stations ( Monument underground station and London Bridge Station) which are just few minutes walking distances. It is ideal for conference, wedding reception, seminar etc. It is convertible space. Amazing place to host events and conferences.

The annual Whisky Show at Old Billingsgate was excellent. The venue works particularly well for this show. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are very appropriate. When the weather is good the views of the Thames and the Bridge are breathtaking.

Excellent venue! I just don’t understand why the cloakroom has to be outside the venue…

A great venue with views of the Thames and iconic Tower Bridge. Good transport links from London Bridge or the city (very close to monument station) Visited for an event and seemed very well organised.

Very large venue which could have versatile usage. From an exhibition space, conference, to gala dinner. It's basically a large empty space which has good location and transport links. The view from this river side venue is great with London's skyline. This is a good venue, however for large events I think the toilet space could be an issue as it is limited.

Work Christmas party. Very nice building and decorated well. Our form went for the bowl food option. The dishes were hit and miss. Some were nice others barely ok

It was an outstanding venue for Investors in People. In 2023, the Award for 'Best Purpose Driven People Community' was awarded to the Association of Apprentices at Old Billingsgate, London. It is a fantastic and amazingly located venue. We were so well looked after. The venue catered for all the guests with an individual feel. Food was delicious and was served hot—plenty of space for the dining/awards ceremony area and a separate bar and dance floor. The outdoor area was kept fresh from the smoking crowd by a gentle river breeze. I want to take this opportunity to thank all the Investors in People team and appreciate the support and help offered to the Association of Apprentices by Paul Devoy, Scott Irwin and Ben Godfrey. I am honoured and privileged to say that Sanjay Lobo MBE presented me and Emma Nolan on behalf of the Association of Apprentices Apprentice Council and Rachel Kayes and Sophia Ibrahim representing the Association of Apprentices executive team, the Investors in People Award for 'Best Purpose Driven People Community' award that we accepted for everyone at the Association of Apprentices which made the Association of Apprentices an award-winning organisation at Old Billingsgate, in London. I am so pleased that the 'Best Purpose Driven People Community' has been awarded to the Association of Apprentices and celebrates leadership from Sir Peter Estlin, Jason Holt CBE, and all Association of Apprentices executive team led by the Association of Apprentices CEO Emily Austin, and supported by Fiona Burford, David Barker, FRSA, Carly Ward BCCS.nut, and Joëlle O'Toole. The outstanding Association of Apprentices Council Vice Chair Ben Lawton continues to inspire me and every member, and this collective is the driving force which has won the Investors in People Award for 'Best Purpose Driven People Community' - Champions for Apprentices.

Great event venue. Airy and bright space and right on the river. Close to EC3 and not far from Tower of London etc. On this occasion used for the MGAA insurance conference.

Wonderful experience visiting the Balloon Museum today. Everyone was so happy. I definitely wouldn't pay full price though, but at 50% off we were happy. Pity they charge SO MUCH for the souvenirs.

A fantastic and amazingly located venue. We were so well looked after. Venue catered for 1200+ guests with an individual feel. Food very good and was served hot. Plenty of space for the dining/awards ceremony area and a separate bar and dance floor. Outdoor area kept fresh from the smoking crowd by a gentle river breeze.

Beautiful large space with lots of history. Visited here for a ball which was perfect as so much space. Outside area looking into the shard, Thames and tower bridge which is stunning in the evening.

Great venue for anything. Been there twice and every time has been memorable.

Pretty good exhibition centre, always the same setup. Food queue is odd, just need to remember if it’s a large event then there are 3 stations out of a single queue, once this is communicated then it flows well

Very well located exhibition centre. The place inside can get a bit crowded depending on how the conference is laid out. But the facilities are good and getting to the location is very easy.

Bierfest 2022 ... Very well hosted, great laughs, lots of singing, staff and other patrons were a great bunch of people. Great night was had by all.

Went to the London Bierfest, 18th October. Wasn't too impressed with the security team and their queue management (or rather their lack of). Inside though the building was easy to get around, not over crowded like many other places. Toilets seemed under provisioned - there was a queue at the gents every time I went. I was also not sold on the PA rig, as it seemed to be of below average quality, with distortion and clipping on places. May have been the event crew there, rather than the venue though.

Good location close to Tower Bridge reviews over the river and the Tower Bridge. It's central location gives flexibility.
