Dear
Peek-a-baby,
This
is
the
2nd
time
I
have
emailed
you
regarding
this
and
I
have
to
have
a
reply.
Do
you
not
care
about
complaints?
I
regret
to
write
with
complaint
of
the
unfortunate
scan
experience
I
just
had.
My
wife
and
I
had
a
2:30pm
appointment
on
Saturday
5th
and
called
up
to
advise
that
we
were
late.
We
arrived
at
2:45
and
apologized
for
the
delay.
However,
after
then
your
staff
made
me
as
a
Father
feel
incredibly
anxious,
stressed
and
rushed
throughout
the
appointment.
I
appreciate
that
we
were
late
but
we
had
1
child
who
was
just
waking
up
at
the
time
of
scan.
She
was
distressed
and
we
managed
to
comfort
her
but
this
was
not
helped
with
rye
insistence
by
your
staff
that
we
correctly
fill
out
the
form
which
took
us
away
from
tending
to
our
daughter.
One
of
your
nurses
patronizingly
asked
“Is
she
alright?”
This
did
not
help
matters.
Our
son
was
asleep
and
in
the
pram.
The
pram
did
not
fit
into
your
scan
room.
I
asked
if
it
could
be
left
outside
in
the
hallway
as
our
son
was
asleep,
however,
I
was
told
if
I
leave
the
my
son
outside
asleep
in
the
hallway
I
would
have
to
wait
outside
and
miss
the
scan.
So,
I
had
to
wake
up
my
son
and
consequently
make
him
upset
and
distressed
with
being
woken
up.
So,
by
the
time
of
the
scan
we
had
2
distressed
babies.
A
baby
scan
is
meant
to
be
a
precious
moment
for
mother
AND
father.
I
booked
the
scan
as
I
was
away
from
home
for
work.
My
wife
went
to
the
NHS
scan
midweek.
The
scan
was
meant
to
be
a
moment
for
us
both
to
enjoy
together.
However,
I
feel
like
that
I
was
rushed
through
with
no
discussion
about
whether
I
was
happy.
In
the
past
with
the
scans
for
our
previous
babies
I
held
my
wife’s
hand
and
was
able
to
take
a
photo
of
the
screen.
I
asked
for
this
tip
happen
and
I
was
promptly
told
that
I
would
be
given
a
printed
scan
photo
-
which
are
all
blurry.
At
no
time
did
any
of
your
2
support
nurses
offer
any
help,
would
it
be
too
much
to
ask
if
they
would
tend
to
our
2
babies
for
30
seconds
whilst
I
could
take
a
photo
of
the
screen
and
at
least
experience
the
scan?
I’m
sorry
to
say
but
that
was
the
worst
baby
scan
I’ve
experienced
and
I
paid
for
it!
I
will
not
be
return
for
any
future
scans.
Admittedly,
we
were
15
mins
late
and
had
a
crying
toddler.
But
your
staff
did
not
help
matters,
if
anything
your
staff
made
the
experience
worse.
I
did
not
say
anything
at
the
time
as
I
did
not
want
to
embarrass
my
wife
or
make
a
scene
in
front
of
other
expected
parents.
Quite
frankly,
you’ve
ruined
my
day
as
I’ve
come
home
from
Sheffield
for
my
birthday
for
the
weekend
and
this
was
meant
to
be
a
special
moment
which
I
can
hardly
say
it
was.
Regards,
David
