Great for long stay parking. Not bad price and very convienient. We paid the equivelent of ยฃ8.50 per day for a 3 week stay. Have used this many times and never had a problem. Easy online booking. Just choose your arrival time and allow a couple of extra hours on the way back just incase you are delayed. You keep your keys with you. Buses are every 10 mins and will pick you and your luggage up at one of the many stops dotted around the carpark. Just a 5 minute ride and you're at the terminal. Remember, drop off point is the same as collection point. When you enter the building go up one floor to departures. When you depart the carpark the barrier is automatic as long as you are within your allotted time.

Extremely Disappointed - Security Concerns I recently used Heathrow Terminal 4 Long Stay Car Parking and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My car, which I entrusted to their care, ended up with its number plates stolen during the parking period(9days). This incident has raised serious concerns about the security and safety measures in place at this parking facility. First and foremost, the fact that my car's number plates were stolen is deeply troubling. I had chosen this parking option with the belief that it was a secure and reliable choice. However, the absence of CCTV surveillance was evident, and it is truly disconcerting that such a fundamental security feature was lacking. To add to my dismay, I did not observe any staff members on the premises during my visit, which only heightened my concerns. A reliable and secure car park should have vigilant and responsive personnel in place to ensure the safety of the vehicles left in their care. The absence of these critical security elements at Heathrow Terminal 4 Long Stay Car Parking has left me with a sense of vulnerability and frustration. I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly and comprehensively. Customers deserve the assurance that their vehicles will be safe and secure when entrusted to such facilities. In summary, my experience at Heathrow Terminal 4 Long Stay Car Parking was marred by the theft of my car's number plates, the absence of CCTV, and a lack of visible staff members. I hope these concerns will be addressed so that future customers can rely on this parking option without apprehension.

Situated in the middle of nowhere with no easy way of getting back to the airport. I'm sure they designed the place to ensure people stay more then the free 2 hours of parking. When we tried leaving the ticket machine wasn't responding and we had to call assistance which took a long time. So overall a shameless scam, it's quite embarrassing that this is the level they are stopping to for extra money. Really embarrassing!

Always like using this car park when going from terminal 4 however my small star rating is because I tried to amend my entrance timing by 2 hours but because they no longer are offering the parking package I bought then it can't be changed. I can however go in 2 hours earlier and pay the difference when I leave. I asked how much the difference would be and apparently for the 2 hours I would have to pay ยฃ34, talk about ridiculous, I paid ยฃ161 for 10 days but and extra 2 hours is ยฃ34... Crazy really, it cheaper to stick my car in the short stay for 2 hours at ยฃ16. If the extra 2 hours was cheaper than the short stay car park then that would be fine and it would make sense. Not happy..

As airport parking goes this is a good option. Word of warning however, we chose to use the free 30 minutes while we waited for someone flying into the airport. We made sure to leave 5 minutes before to not have issue. Upon exit we rang the bell to leave the barrier, we were kept waiting 5-10 minutes, which unsurprisingly the women told us over intercom that we had gone over and we had to pay. Having explained the situation to her she said โ€œIโ€™ll let you out just this one timeโ€. Do your jobs properly and there wouldnโ€™t be an issue. I suspect the โ€˜freeโ€™ 30 minutes normally ends this way for most people.

If you're picking up from airport this would seem a free place to park your car for two hours and then catch a free bus to terminal 4 to pick up. So far so good and it sounds sensible. However when you get to leave within the two hour time limit you might be surprised to find your ticket won't go into the machine and then if it does, it will say you owe ยฃ14. Hold your ground and press the button for attention and wait. We had to wait around 15 minutes for a response and the telephone number does not get answered so you are a bit stranded. There is an office by the exit but it was unmanned when we were leaving at around 5 pm on a Thursday afternoon. Anyhow the barriers are overseen by cameras and someone in a remote control center finally let us (and another pickup car)out for free.

Great Car Park but beware, even if you have paid for your ticket, it may not recognize it when you leave. It takes a very long time to get hold of assistance to help. Stressful

This is the first time I have used this carpark. I got confused at the entrance gates, tried to enter through the bus gate, and had to reverse out. I was dropping off someone and this carpark allowed 2 hours free parking. The free shuttle bus takes only a few minutes to get to the terminal. BEWARE! If you park for more than 2 hours you will be charged for the WHOLE DAY!

It's free for the first 29 minutes and not one second more. Even for a few seconds, they'll charge you the ยฃ9 and the person on the other end of the help button won't help you no matter how polite you are.

This is the car park you use for the free 2 hours pick up and drop off parking. Ok, it's easy to get to, the shuttle buses are regular and there's a designated ares too. However, on both occasions I used it recently the machine tried to charge ยฃ15.80, first with 10 minutes free parking left and secondly with 55 minutes left. I had to argue the case with the operator on both occasions.

I had to cancel my parking via Heathrow Parking. The email confirmation said I would get the money refunded within 5 working days. 2 weeks later - no refund. Contacted them yesterday, they request some information I have now sent twice. Each time they had another excuse, why they could not accept my information and therefore they will not investigate why I had not received the refund!!! Have you ever heard something like that? When calling again their employee first said he could not fine any communication from me and that there was no information on the system. When querying this further he acknowledged he already had some of the information, so clearly he lied the first time. I have the impression there is zero willingness to resolve the issue. I requested to speak to a superior and was told no one was available, if I wanted to make a complaint I need to email!!!! How unprofessional is that? This sounds to me like a rogue company.

Could be better signposted...too easy to take wrong turn into terminal drop off zone and then come home to a penalty ticket for a drive through...this is a scam by apcoa. Also needs better signposting for shuttle bus to carpark on your return

We used the long stay to collect our daughter from the airport. Much cheaper than the pick up area and lots of shuttles so not long to wait

Itโ€™s not bad but for such big airport, maintenance of the roads could be better and bays are quite small

Parked here this week, spaces are quite tight but plenty of end spots and also in July 23 the car park was not that full so could choose from plenty of spaces. Main reason for 5* review was the driver who collected us from the terminal at around 8pm on 25/07/23. I pulled my back the day we flew home and could hardly walk, I had struggled with the cases to the bus stop but could not lift onto the bus, I asked for help and the driver instantly jumped out and loaded onto the bus for us, also asked where we were parked and stopped right by our car, then to top it off took cases off for us and loaded into our car boot. He could see I was genuinely in pain but this was really over and above so wanted to point out you have a great employee there, an employee who really made all the difference to me.

Normally use T2/3. This is in the same direction. Reasonably quick transfer- ample free parking- weโ€™ll see if there is any damage to the car on my return.

Booked months in advance for holiday parking. Looses a star for the price (massive increases in all Heathrow car parks since Covid). Frequent buses so we didn't wait long at either end.

Went here to get my Covid test, the place is pretty tucked away so you can miss it if you are not paying attention or are not using up to date sat nav. Appart from that, the testing is very quick, relatively cheap and all the times I went the staff were really pleasent and willing to help.

My experience was good. I am disabled and we parked in the long stay car park as my wheelchair accessible vehicle was too tall to get into the short stay car park. We were able to pick meet with the family member and our visit lasted less than 20 minutes. All in all a good experience.

Very good location, free park and ride bus takes you directly outside terminal 4. It's not the cheapest around but very convenient. Will never use park and ride again at Heathrow due to a very bad experience previously.

nice and easy for airport and resonable cost

It's all well and good. But the anpr system does not link your booking reference number with your car reg. So at the exit barrier the machine will ask to pay the due amount. You will have to ring for assistance and it can take a bit of time for them to answer and lift the barrier. Be prepared to spent a between 10-20minutes extra at the barrier.

The automated parking payment is all over the place! I paid for my drop off twice in February 2022 on time but received PCN twice for unpaid use of drop off zone which was shocking! Challenged both and cleared but after 8 months they sent me a debt recovery letter for ยฃ150??!! Full payment and details of them were sent initially to them but now they are stressing me out for a payment which has already been done??!! Utterly disgusting and lack of responsibility. When I called to explain this the guy put the phone down on me!! You don not deserve even one star but I had no choice unfortunately thanks to Google rules!

Currently, this isn't a paid car park for the airport. We went to the 'Drive Through' day 2 PCR test centre. You have a time to attend but we still waited 2 hours in the queuing system. Appalling, but we were in the car, so fairly distanced from other people. The staff doing the tests were very pleasant, professional and upbeat whilst working in horrible weather.

Open air car park conveniently located from the door of terminal 4, with easy connectivity. Ample parking space available. Well maintained and easy booking process. The usual hitch that I come across is when exiting. Credit cards accepted. The transfer bus waiting areas are sheltered.

Managed to get space after 5 minutes driving around. Fast shuttle bus to airport. When I exited was presented with charge. But I had complimentary free parking. Pressed buzzer on exit gate. After 10 minutes waiting, a colleague waivers the charge and let me out. Happens all the time.
