Premier laser clinic, do not treat their customers fairly. I have been chasing for a refund since march as i had to leave the UK and relocate to the UAE for work, they have ignored me and refused to refund me for my 8 sessions of laser, even though i only managed to have 1 session in October when i signed up. They continue to take money from me but refuse to correspond or return my calls. I have sent them countless emails and calls since April when the UK lockdown emails and have been continuously been ignored for months, i finally received an abrupt email today 4 months after my first contact with them. With no curtesy, I stand by my review i am disgusted with how i have been treated by this company. Purely from a customer service side i would never recommend them, if your circumstances change they will ignore you and take your money.

I've been going to Notting Hill for some time now, it's a trek for me to get there but that's how good the service has always been. I have to call out Deniz who is so great. My first appointment with her was so thorough, she took her time with my laser and it showed as my hair growth is clearly reduced. She talked me through her recommendations and areas that I need to concentrate on for laser hair removal and also facials. So professional and clearly excellent at what she does. I'll be stuck to her like glue for my appointments moving forward!

At my first consultation and test patch Tania was so lovely. I recently had my first session for laser hair removal and searched a lot for the right place, and came across great reviews for premier laser at the Notting Hill branch!! They were all right and I’m really happy with the staff here, and Tania has been really kind and supportive throughout to give me exactly what I need. Thank you Tania!! My visit with Magda went very well, she was great and very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I have purchased a package of 10 sessions, however as soon as I paid I have instantly been very dissatisfied. I did not receive any acknowledgement of my purchase, which is weird considering I paid over 1k. I have called to book my first session and I was told I don’t even exist in their system. After a long while on the phone trying to prove I have purchased a package and confirming all my details multiple times I was told no appointments available for two weeks… after this finally finding a slot I was told I will receive a confirmation email for my appointment and still nothing. Feels extremely impersonal and I am not sure how I can trust a clinic that does this to paying customers.

I have been going to this branch for the last 2+ years and I have been treated very well. The service is thorough and I feel welcomed every single time. The manager Daniella has always worked around my schedule and helped to provide bespoke treatments. I really appreciate all the staffs help!

This clinic has a very friendly staff, the establishment is very clean and nice. As it being my first time I had my doubts and worries but the lovely Julia made me feel comfortable and reassured me and took real good care of me, Julia at times would go beyond her duty to make sure I got the best experience while in her care. I would definitely recommend this place for first timers, if you are litte shy like me then make sure to ask for the lovely and beautiful Julia.

So far, my experience with Premier Laser Skin and Nina in particular has been brilliant! I had my first appointment a few weeks ago, everything was virtually painless and Nina is lovely - she clearly explained what she was doing and why to me. She provided clarity on aftercare and was just brilliant. I’m looking forward to my next appointment already.

Anjk is perfect. Finally found a therapist who is diligent and knows what they’re doing. Changes skin clinic during the pandemic and I have to say I returned to Premier London cause they are the only ones who can do it right. And great prices.

I am new to this beauty clinic, it took me a very long time to find a clinic that is trustworthy and with positive results. I came across Premier Laser whilst doing my research and when having my consultation I felt like I was in safe hands. Tania who is an excellent practitioner extremely professional at what she does, talked me through the options I had for the best possible results. She was clear and I felt she listened properly to my needs and addressed them well. Once I started the treatments which was Green Peel for my whole back area, she explained step by step and the after care. I had 2 sessions of 3- I must say that I happy with the results, and looking forward for my last one. Thanks to the positive experience that I’ve had with Tania, I’ve decided to try the PRC as I was looking for a good and efficient treatment for my face. I highly recommend this clinic, the staff are kind and respectful. Prices are reasonable. I will be definitely having more treatments here in the future.

Loved the treatment performed by Marina! It’s quite rare to find a clinic, where your beautician genuinely cares about you, gives you their honest advice, doesn’t rush the treatment. I think my therapists name is Nina and it was a pleasure to see her still there after not having laser since 2019 due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. She did an excellent job at putting me at ease and explaining all the things I didn't remember. Treatment was amazing - she deserves a payrise!!

I had my treatment with Saba. Her knowledge and experience is very evident. She definitely cares about her clients and is honest from start to finish about the process, pros/cons and results. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I’m satisfied with the results and would highly recommend the Kingston branch.

Absolutely lovely clinic. The staff are all so accommodating and very professional. I recently started Cosmelan Peel treatment with them and so far it’s been great. The ambience is lovely and I like that the staff working their are quiet knowledgeable about the services being offered and are always eager to help.

I felt really welcome by the staff and I got all the information and advices needed to make the best experience out of my laser hair removal treatments. Ipixel harmony treatment I’ve had amazing experiences with Julia. I had been self conscious about my stretched markers after 2 pregnancy’s. Julia had been very helpful from the very start. I must say she had made me feel very comfortable and made this whole experience very exiting journey. Julia is very gentle and very emphatic so I felt I was in good hands. Highly recommend!!

I had my second set of 8 on parts of my body with more stubborn hair. I would recommend Julia who did my last 5 sessions. Talking about hair growth in the most private parts can be difficult conversation and hard to describe. I felt at ease talking to Julia to get the most of my sessions. Another quite uncomfortable thing during the laser session is getting yourself in the correct position for the practitioners to do their job, especially at the start when you don’t know quite how to position yourself. In all my sessions at premier laser clinic I’ve had a number of practitioners, and can say that Julia has made me feel most comfortable from the start. Her positions are slightly different from the others, and have been most effective and least painful. I hope she never leaves!

I have tried two different businesses that offered laser hair at Groupon prices and they never worked on my skin tone (darker skinned) although they promised to work, unfortunately it didn’t after 6 sessions. When I attended Premiere Laser in Clapham, With my first session of laser it worked instantly and it was the best decision I could of ever made and worth the price! Would 100% recommend on their laser treatments, quality products and technology. My hair has finally gone after 6 sessions. The receptionists are so welcoming and really nice! Really happy customer and would fully recommend.

I’ve been going to see Julia for over a year and I don’t trust anyone else but her with my skin! I suffer/suffered from acne and pigmentation. I regularly have the hydrafacials which are beneficial for me. I have had the micro-needling treatment - this rectified the texture of my skin amazingly!!! I recently had the Harmony Clear Skin Pro Acne laser treatment and it was lovely. Julia takes such good care of my skin! Highly recommend these treatments and most definitely recommend seeing Julia!

I have had the services done before and by far this was one of the nicest experiences with great results. I go for the red carpet carbon peel facial and the results are unparalleled. Julia was incredibly nice professional and very thorough and I had one of the best results I’ve ever had for this product. I highly recommend this clinic and recommend the laser carbon feel and if you were lucky enough I hope that you can get it done with Julia because she’s the best.

Have been going here for years for full body laser hair removal with Indigo. She's amazing at her job - professional and tailors the timing/machine/settings to fit my needs. Not only do I never have to worry about shaving, but it's really boosted my confidence in no longer having to worry about having hairy arms, legs, etc. Cannot recommend more, best money I've ever spent!

I visited for a hydro facial consultation. I’ve never had a hydro facial before and after having the consultation, I was lucky enough to be booked in straight away. The hydro facial was very relaxing and the staff member talked me through each step and its benefits. Since my visit, I can confirm my skin looks so much better, even my colleagues have told me I look glowing. You see the glow immediately after the facial and my skin does look brighter and clearer. It even feels better. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner so will definitely be visiting again for another session! By the way, after the session you get to see how much dirt has been extracted from your face, it’s amazing!

I went in for a consultation regarding Lazer hair removal. The woman gave me very detailed information, but it seemed like she was marketing more than explaining a medical procedure. I also felt everyone at the place was a bit unwelcoming.

I had a consultation with Veronica at Notting Hill and the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The lady on reception was very lovely and Veronica conducted the consultation brilliantly and was so warming and helpful. Wonderful experience at the Notting Hill clinic. I had a treatment done with Eden and I can honestly say she is my favourite aesthetic practitioner. She is such an honest, kind and informed individual. She has reassured me throughout and has always made me smile. I find it quite hard to open up to people but felt super comfortable with Eden. I knew that she had my best interest. She goes the extra length to make sure correct procedures are followed and to make you feel at ease. My experience at the Notting Hill Clinic has exceeded my expectation. It started with the lovely manager Billyjo who informed me about the initial procedures prior to my visit and had my best interest at heart. Also received a warm welcome from the staff at the front desk :) 5 stars ++
