This was my first time with a Hygienist and they are much better at cleaning teeth than my own Dentist. I chose Charlotte and she was very friendly and thorough. I was very happy that she was gentle because usually when I get my teeth cleaned at the dentist, they hurt my gums. My teeth are super clean, smooth and brighter now. I'll definitely be going back in 6 months or so to maintain a healthy smile.

Needed a last minute clean for an event that came up and was so glad to come across Pall Mall Dental. Charlotte was an absolute angel and one of the best hygienists I’ve had. Not only did she leave my teeth much whiter and cleaner, she also was very knowledgable and friendly. She really listened to my concerns and helped me navigate them and I left feeling much much better. Couldn’t recommend her more! (Definitely worth having the ultra clean - it’s very thorough)

I am very happy with Pall Mall Dental. The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The hygienists are always thorough and take time to explain everything. The dentist is great, always puts me at ease and explains everything before and after. I used to be quite fearful of dentists, but Pall Mall Dental has made it a nice experience. (Well, as nice as a dental visit can be!) I won't go anywhere else.

After reading the positive reviews about this dental practice I decided to book an appointment with them. As it had been almost a whole year since my last teeth cleaning, I decided to book for an Ultra clean. My appointment was with a very nice lady called Charlotte. She was extremely professional, friendly , polite and made me feel very welcome. It was as if I was a regular patient there and felt very much at home. The receptionist was also very polite and welcoming. Charlotte gave me a very good dental cleaning experience and I felt brand new when she had finished. The whole experience from start to finish was top knotch and I could not have asked for a better service. I will definitely be going back to this dental practice as I felt that they knew what they were doing and at no point was I pushed or prompted to get any other work done ( which sometimes can be very off putting). Instead, I was given some good teeth care advice to follow which I will be doing. All in all, I was very happy with the treatment given and would have gladly paid more than the fee asked. I will be booking a teeth whitening appointment very soon now that I have first hand experience of how professional this dental practice is. Big thank you to Charlotte for the excellent service she provided. 10/10.

My first dental visit in London and removing dental plaque is never particularly pleasant experience. However, Charlotte's treatment and care was super smooth and professional. Will be definitely using this clinic again! Great staff overall and nice central location.

Went there for the ultimate clean, my teeth were fine I just wanted them extra clean so I went with the most expensive choice. The practitioner didn’t clean my teeth properly at all just so I can pay more and come back again! It’s all about sales and not about your teeth! So disappointed there was not much difference. Please don’t trust everything you read!

The hygienist was lovely and very gentle with my teeth giving me tips about brushing my teeth and providing a great service. I would definitely come again and I felt that she actually cared about her work and customers. She communicated well with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Only downside is location of the practise- it took me ages to find from Leicester Square station.

Dr K is great at explaining issues clearly and has good empathy with patients. Charlotte did a deep clean to help my gums and she is amazing! It's not a nice procedure at all but she made it painless - I nearly fell asleep :-) Private only but prices are reasonable and clearly stated on the website. 100% recommend.

Gabi has been my hygienist for years and she is definitely the best, professional and informative. Treatment is totally pain free - which is impressive as I have sensitive teeth. Reception staff are friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

I had a serious jaw infection causing huge discomfort during a recent visit to London. Dr Soneji kindly agreed to see me for an emergency appointment within an hour of me contacting the practice. The choice of treatment available to me was clearly and patiently explained and I was made to feel immediately reassured. The treatment was expertly administered and I was made to feel very comfortable for the hour long procedure. I cannot express enough my gratitude to Dr Soneji, his assisting nurse and the reception staff for their kind, considerate and professional service. My son is about to commence some dental work after an accident at home in Scotland. He’s residing and working in London and to take the pressure off him, I researched “dentist London” After much consideration / deliberation, I decided on Pall Mall dental based on the many positive reviews on google. Booked him in for an initial assessment and he was examined by Dr Soneji. He’s been excellent. I can’t praise him highly enough. An initial plan was put in place and this was subject to further discussions and fine tuning via email and a personal telephone call with Dr Soneji who spent a considerable amount of time going over the options available. I can’t praise them enough for the time and effort they have devoted to identifying the best way forward. He’s now looking forward to starting his dental journey with Dr Soneji.

I can't recommend the dental practice highly enough. After years of issues with London dentists, I was recommended to try Pall Mall Dental and have never looked back. Dr Soneji and his team are extremely kind, courteous and professional and highly skilled! I had to have extensive dental treatment and they took great care of me, explaining everything in detail and reassuring me at every stage. Having moved out of London, I still travel back for any dental check-ups and treatment because there is nobody else I would trust to take such great care of my teeth.

Haven't been to this place in an while, and my teeth was in desperate need of an clean. Can't recommend pall mall dental London enough. My hygienist Michaela was absolutely lovely. Extremely reassuring and interactive throughout the appointment. Gave me plenty of advice on how to maintain the cleanliness of my teeth and fight early signs of gum disease. Can't recommend her and this clinic enough.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this dental practice! After checking positive reviews, I booked an appointment for cleaning my teeth (for smokers) with Michaela. At the beginning of the appointment she said I need 2 sessions but at the end she said it was all good and there was no need for the second appointment. After coming home, I checked the back of my teeth (upper jaw), I was shocked as they were full of stains. Very messy job, specially on the left side it was almost untouched! After calling to make a complaint, I was booked for another appointment with this hygienist the following week. I didn’t receive any apologies for the bad service, just a poker face as nothing happened. So basically I wasted double time for getting a simple cleaning. My advice: DON’T clean your teeth here, and if you did, then make sure to check the back of your teeth (specially your upper jaw) with a mirror. Never again!

I've been going here for several years now. An excellent dental practice. They are very skilled and caring, and they don't pressure you to get treatments or procedures that you don't need. Their advice or guidance is always on point. Recommended for anything from cleaning to more complex procedures.

Dr Soneji is an excellent dentist, providing high quality service, takes time to listen to the patient and to offer the best treatment for them, explaning the options. Firstly the reception staff are very professional in person, over the phone and through emails. They are very polite and accommodating. Dr. Soneji on the other hand is very good at what he does including attention to detail. He caters to what's best for you and does not push things on you but gives you the option to choose. I am very happy with their services and very glad I found their practice.
