Have been having a lot of difficulties in reaching them by phone. I have tried different times in a day but no one picked up the phone. Even the "hotline" was not ringing. Kindly man the phone please. This is not only today, but also several weeks ago which can only mean that there has been no improvement in that time frame. I am rather disappointed.

Like many others reviews, I can also vouch for the quick and reliable service. The staff members I had the pleasure of dealing with, were all friendly, well informed and really helpful. Additionally, the waiting areas are both clean and well decorated.

Extremely useless service. Tried approaching them on email asking visa related questions. Just copy pasted general FAQ. Tried calling them, keeps going through press 1 2 3 4 5 6 loops and straight to voicemail.

I have sent emails to the Embassy who can’t seem to answer a simple question. I was asking if I need proof of onward travel, I want to exit the country by ferry. I was told that it is at the discretion of the duty immigration officer! So I have asked this question to avoid falling foul of the rules. In addition, it’s a long way to go and then be sent back to London. I am gobsmacked!

They complicate services for Indonesians living in Ireland. Staffs are unprofessional and offering NO solutions, blaming my lack-of-info instead of providing one. Site is inconsistent and not enough information for citizens living in Ireland. Very very disappointed and embarrassing, but then again, what else is new?

A well appointed and well organised passport renewal, thanks. Greated by a temperature check, hand sanitiser, socially distanced seating was good. It's the details that were covered that were impressive like the desks and computers looked modern and in good repair. There was a large screen TV to give some quality entertainment. We were given a ticket so we knew we'd be seen in order when we were called. There's a hat and coat stand, a bin, a quality toilet. We were done in less than an hour. Well done all concerned, it's a very good standard. If you've been to the Indonesian Embassy before you'll be pleasantly surprised!!

Utterly awful and inaccurate service. I was specifically advised by a lady advisor that a document that had been apostilled by the UK government could be used directly in Indonesia. Having travelled to Jakarta and tried to use the document in Indonesia, the official has said that's NOT true, the apostilled document still needs to be approved by the Indonesian embassy in London. I understand advisors inside the embassy in London may be tired and overworked but providing inaccurate information is a disgraceful and dishonest way of clearing your work load. Utterly shameful.

Hopeless when you want any information. Delegate responsibility to the Jakarta branch with short rude responses. Good luck anyone dealing with this place.

Visa process was fast and smooth - but the cost of a visitor visa is £110. I found this a bit too expensive and could have been much cheaper!

I applied 2 visas for my wife and myself we got the visa but when we arrived at the airport Jakarta the custom were unhelpful ps asked us to pay money otherwise we can’t stamp your passport they allow my wife to go and they hold me 6 hours at airport and sent me back to London because I refused to pay the migration members and stafff Indonesian were so unhelpful ps migration ask for monnnneyyyyy from people who doesn’t get visa on arrival or thier passport is not from strongest country Shame on Indonesia Immigration for asking money people

Couples week ago I phone the embassy for asking some information about legalisation and the person who talk or pick up the phone so extremely rude no really helpful but so rude I wish I am remember that person name

The Indonesian goverment should be ashamed on how they are handling the refuge crisis in their country , refugees mainly from Afghanistan has been more then 10 years in most horrific conditions and yet again its been widley ignored both by Indonesian goverment and international community. Simple rights such as going to school and being able to work is a basic fundementle rights of any human beings. #Helprefugees_Indonesia

Excellent service. The jemput bola in Edinburgh saved us a trip to London for passport renewal. We could get from our home in Aberdeen and back in a day trip. The process to take the photograph and fingerprints was on time and took about 15 minutes. Terima Kasih.
