Who on here is giving these clown anything over 1 star? It was so unfortunate in every way. My experience was from 3 years ago when I visited to acquire a legal document. I paid, submitted all my information and it never came. On this occasion, I arranged an appointment, took time off work, took a train to central London, jumped on the tube and headed over to their Knightsbridge office along with my wife and newborn baby. Upon arrival we realised we couldn't take our buggy in. Maybe they didn't want marks on the floor? Anyway so in the freezing cold I waited outside with the baby whilst my wife went in. We tried to renew some documents online but the system wasn't working and the contact number provided was dead. Hence the mission to the embassy. Anyway, they didn't have a clue. Were rude, dismissive and incredibly patronising. They deflected responsibility. Fobbed us off with a number to call on Monday. Which didn't work! The only time I saw anything happen was when the receptionist came out to stop a traffic warden issuing a ticket to a vehicle. I feel so horrible for the poor souls who have to come her for any reason at all. It was exhausting and frustrating. There is no formal way of complaining or getting anything resolved. Literally was such a horrible experience. Then to top it all off .. they have this food hut around the corner which you could smell down the street and was tragic in every way. The embassadors office which you could see from the street, was in the building next door and had crystal chandeliers, fancy chauffeur driven cars and smartly dressed personnel. It's clear to see where all the money and efforts went. I honestly didn't expect this from any embassy. God forbid we find ourselves in a situation where we needed to turn to these people in need.

I applied for a Pakistani visa from London 2 months ago my application is still in process but it should normally be 14 working days to get answer from them. A friend of mine had to pay 600 pounds to get it within 24 hours but most people can't afford to pay bribes. India, Bangladesh,Iran even AFGHANISTAN doesn't do that to tourists please learn some respect and manners and don't make your country name bad for a few pounds help people help tourism like this you are killing it. If I don't get my visa by the end of they year I have no choice but to pay bribe because I have to see my wife n family you left me no choice its a shame I hope you lose your jobs for making life difficult for ordinary people.

Wish if I could skip this one star in order to leave some accurate remarks on today’s service was been provided around 9:26 am.There was a very rude ,tired and frustrated man over a phone call who didn’t fail to leave an impression how typically Pakistani people would behave with you.I simply asked for little guidance to understand the passport renewal system within the UK.He told me if I can speak English I could rather read it on the website he doesn’t have time to explain.I explained him that I couldn’t go through all the reading paragraphs due to my busy work routine perhaps I preferred calling directly to get all the confusion cleared , He said if you could get a time for a call you should get a time to read the details on the website. How ill mannered could someone be.I never experience such bad customer service. It is very unfortunate to say it but each time I get to serve from Pakistani person our people leave these type of impression in the society. I found him so unprofessional , illiterate and ill mannered in customer service the way he treated was so bad.He shouldn’t be appointed on such positions where he is not interested to give information to the people who get in the queue wait for so long to get the call connected to hear that if we can speak English we can must read it to get the information online. Wow!!

Good news is their process always seems to get better each time you go (for me it was after 7 years). Bad news, they really do think they are better than you and will ignore you if you ask a question. I asked a question about whether I needed to fill in a form, the man just smirked at me and told me to take a seat. Asked a second time and repeated what he said. The lower level staff however, I have found to be very polite and helpful. Maybe in the next 20 years the higher level staff will learn some manners and not be drunk on power.

Services can be improved. No digital system on counters. Guidance Boards can be installed. People keep on standing in wrong queue and then comes to know the right step. Whereas, the staff is well mannered and fast paced. Just done with my work in 30 minutes. 👍🏻

"Regrettably, my recent visit to the Pakistan embassy in London was disappointing. The services provided fell short of my expectations. I observed inefficiencies in staff organization, with long wait times and apparent disinterest in addressing the needs of the visitors. It would be beneficial for the embassy to improve its operations and customer service to ensure a more positive experience for those seeking assistance."

Staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing is they need to develop a proper system for the process. Some of the information is also not clear on the website which also needs to be updated. Travelling every time to the embassy can be a bit of a hassle though. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get things done on time especially when too many people are at the embassy.

Amazing and very helpful staff. The receptionist asked me about me about my appointment on which I got to know it was wrong one but he called the officer and they let me in. Then I didn’t have the ID card with me but the officer just asked me why I didn’t have it and that’s it. He took its soft copy and printed it himself. Then he just proceeded to fill form for it, cross verified from me and that’s it. It just took literally 5 mins and I was out of HC with satisfaction. Thumbs up 👍

Good experience overall; friendly staff and the process for MRP was pretty straightforward. Please further clarify the things that are needed for the appointment. The section contains too much information. I just need a simple checklist of documents to bring. Also please state it clearly that the processing time for non-urgent passport is 20 working days.

Very helpful, decent staff and also very patient. All the jobs we needed doing were sorted, no problem. Bhai Jee sorted out the cancellation of my late father's Nadra card and also explained to me what will need to be done once we get to Pakistan to sort out my father's estate there.

Have to say every time I have been here it's been a horrible experience. Very rude staff, no clear guidelines, they have a photocopy swindle taking place where photocopy requirements are not mentioned online and then they charge extortionate rate for them outside. If I could give zero stars, I would.

It was a pleasant visit today to the Pakistan high commission London. Unexpectedly, everyone was very polite, helpful and professional. Seriously, my today's experience changed my mind about them. I was really disappointed in my last visit about 3 years ago but now there is a helpful and professional staff. Thank you so much dear Officers, stay safe and blessed.

I had to renew my passport. Instructions are all online. Appointment booking: 5/5 Several free slots were available for online booking. Online Instructions and help: 5/5 Nothing extra was required from what was requested in online instructions. Online chat service was also easily accessible, which I used to confirm the number of photocopies required for passport renewal. As of 7 Aug 2023, only one set of photocopies of documents was needed. Appointment Visit: 3/5 I reached on time and went in 10 min before the appointment time. The person on door will tell you to go in and turn left and second window. Apparently, the second window was empty. Upon monitoring for 10 minutes, I realised that the person on the first window would call applicants by names, and I would have to wait. There was no token or token number. The person was just calling names in medium to low voice, which was difficult to hear if you sat in the seating area. I also stood in line just to confirm if my name has already passed or not. I stood nearby, waiting for my name. My appointment slot was 10.30-10.45 am, and I was called at 11.20 am. The process was fairly quick for me. I took the token with the QR code provided to me for the payment. The payment booth accepted card payment, which I did. And then submitted the receipt at the third window. All of this took 10-15 min. I was only given an option of 10 year period and if I needed it urgent on the first window. They didn't ask me about the pages. I was also given a date for receiving a new passport, which 10 working days excluded the day of appointment. 2nd visit: 5/5 Appointment is not needed. Go to the third window and receive a passport. I had to wait 5 minutes as the passports had arrived, but the mail was not open yet. Hope the experience is useful.
