    I want to thank the saudia embassy as they easily and swiftly provided an easy soloution to a mistake i made on my visa. I spoke to Fahad at first who kindly suggested I send in the required photocopied documents by post. He really put my mind at ease. A day after I sent the documents I received a phone call from a kind gentleman at the embassy that he had amended my mistake. I unfortunately did not take down his name but a big thank you to him. Overall a pleasant experience from helpful,kind embassy staff.

    Rang twice in 2 days, both times on hold for over an hour and then they end the call. Hours wasted and no further forward. To call the customer service absolutely shocking would be a compliment. It is none existent. All the positive reviews are clearly paid for. For this to be attributed to the royal embassy is an embarrassment. Learn from these reviews and dont bother calling.

    not a very friendly environment, I felt very uncomfortable. Definitely staff attitudes and how they make someone feel needs dramatic change and improvement. Also they make their own rules as they go along. The only reason they have economy is because of the holy sites, treatment and rules by saudi London embassy can be compared to how animals are treated

    If the kaaba was not there, I would not look at these arrogant people. the most rudest staff. Phone calls are not answered or 1 hour waiting. Absolutely horrific. they threatened to call the police for me coming late due to traffic. After a 3 hour drive. this is not the deen teaches us.

    This embassy has no law and order . No one knows why they are not allowing umrah visa for UK refugee travel document holders.Why management are sleeping deeply? Every one being a Muslim posses right for performing umrah . Then why uk travel document holders are banned by Saudi government. When without any officials statement .Fake agents in the market are continuously misguiding us in the name of umrah visa for earning money.

    Absolutely disgraceful been on the phone for hours nearly every single day!!! What kind of useless helpline is this. The people higher really need to look into this. So much about the new saudi and it being bigger and better sort your damn embassy out first !!!

    An absolute disgrace! Why have a contact number if you never attend it? What do you expect people to do, travel from other cities not sure if you will help on arrival or not? The most arrogant people i have come across. Just goes to show money can’t buy manners/discipline

    Not helpful at all. They don't correct mistakes. Visa fees of Β£120 has gone in the bin just because of one simple error. What is the point of having an embassy here in London if you do not want to help.

    I've been waiting on the phone for two hours for someone to answer and in the end they end the call. Being 'extremely busy' is not an excuse if that's the case you need more employees. Can someone please respond to my email as it's urgent. Thank you

    I had an issue with my visa and my sons visa. I travelled from Birmingham with my 10 months old to London saudi ambassy. They did not help us with this issue even though I am a british citizen. Very rude people I hope I don't see them again.

    Absolutely terrible service, i applied for e visa online it got rejected re applied with the same details got accepted, contacted them on facebook they said no refund can be issued, how can they just reject a visa with no reason and accept once reapplied? Also they told me to contact the london saudi embassy but they never pick the phone up! Terrible service!

    Calling embassy since 10:00am to 4:00 don’t remember how many calls , after 1hour of wait calls ended , tourism help line is very good but they can’t do anything , just a minor mistake in e-visa application. Now have to get it cancel through embassy then apply again, but embassy πŸ€ͺ isn’t answering calls.

    I'm since 2 weeks that I'm trying to contact this embassy (also Abu Dhabi & Dubai) via E-mail and Twitter. None reply. I applied for a Transit VISA since 2 weeks (via their MOFA Portal) and until now I didn't get any reply/confirmation. The Status is "Send to Embassy". Now I've to go to knock their doors to looking for a reply loosing hours of my time! My suggestion is avoid connessions in KSA! Never again!

    They accept visitors for enquiries from 10 to 11 am only. They accept Uk tourist visa on arrival to KSA however they don't accept UK BRP for visa on arrival to KSA which does not make sense.

    I turned up at the consulate with a problem on my approved evisa. There was a short queue. No appointment necessary. The welcoming lady receptionist was professional, confident and knowledgeable. She dealt with the issue in a focused and reassuring manner. She promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours. The next morning when I checked my visa on mofa the issue had indeed been resolved. The other people in the queue also seemed to be satisfied with her attention. The speedy and friendly treatment is not always the case at embassies! Well done Saudi Arabia.

    Since Mohamed bin Salman became Crown Prince in 2017, there has been an escalated crackdown on peaceful activists and human rights defenders in order to silence, intimidate and punish them. One specific tool the Saudi government has been employing to target and punish activists is travel bans. Under the Crown Pince, travel bans have become more severe and their scale has expanded to include family members and friends of the targeted activist.

    I agree with the majority of reviews - terrible customer service after connecting to someone who disconnected the call and then the failure to pick up the next phone call again despite waiting on hold over 55mins now. [edit: 1 hour and 1 min - 36 secs - someone hangs up on me again] I should mention this call was only made as their online assistance was useless after 3 weeks of waiting for a response. All in all, absolutely appalling state of affairs and it really needs a shake up.

    Not great customer service at all! I've been waiting for an email reply for 3 weeks-no reply. Then, I spent 40 min hanging on a phone- still no reply. It's been a month, my departure date is coming closer, website is not giving sufficient information and I still don't know what visa arrangements I should make in my circumstances!

    Applied for 18 e visas 1 was rejected so we went to the embassy and got there at 10.45 only to be told we have to submit by 11 (travelled from bham) at 11.20 we went back and submitted form as we had no access to a printer etc and collected the visa following morning ! Thanks saudi arabia embassy cant wait to do umrah now Alhumdulillah !!!!

    visa rejected from eVisa. I was instructed to call the embassy. Tried several times, no answer. Went to the embassy instead, staff was really nice (hence the 3 stars) and instructed that I would not be given a refund and would have to apply again.

    Saudi embassy staff is uneducated. I spoke to the customer service regarding about tourist visa on arrival with uk residency permit.he told me not with uk residency visa.you must have uk or schingen contry visit visaπŸ˜‡ .then they can issue on arrival visa I was laugh at him🀣.but he was quit sure about it.even on saudi airlines website shows that.they need more good training and up to date information in there hand.

    Don’t bother ringing if you have issues. Was on hold for 45 mins and the call got disconnected on their end. This happened multiple times. Please hire competent staff.

    I wanted information about Tourist visa, they kept me on wait for 1 hour 1 minute and call was disconnected from them. It was anxiety provoking experience and waste of time. Needs lot of improvement, if they want to increase the tourism in their country.

    Confusing visa process. Embassy staff do not pick up the phone and do not answer e-mails. Working hours are not provided. The visa centre works from 10 am. Confusing experience from start to finish.
