Great atmosphere and considering how packed it was our food came extremely fast! Also had GF options for crust which has been rare since visiting London. The ingredients were so fresh! The pesto is a must have in my Eyes. From NY so I was expecting to be able to pick it up but the dough is very thin but the taste made up for it across the board. 5/5 and also whoever chooses their music should get an award the entire experience was awesome!

Great concept and a nice way to build your own pizza. The menu acts as your note pad and you just tick the options you’re after. Fast and nice friendly service. As a plus even the toilets were spotless during the busiest time for service. As for the pizza super tasty, slightly doughy and just the right thickness. 5 stars Great vegan options

Food was absolutely amazing. Can't fault it. Definitely my favourite pizza in the UK. And the fact that you pick your own toppings by ticking them on the card gives it a nice touch. But you would think that it would be easy for the staff to follow what you want on your pizza since it's right in front of them. Unfortunately few of my toppings were missing and one was missing on my partner's pizza as well. Staff were extremely nice but the only issue was that they seemed to be more focused on their phones than on their customers. It was hard to get the attention of the staff even though there was a lot of them and it was really quiet in the restaurant. But honestly best pizza ever. The base is soooooo good and I usually leave the crust but that was something else. 100% recommend this place if you want some delicious pizza.

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in London. Very tasty and affordable. Restaurant is basic/no frills (tables a little small), and service a little slow because they were rushed off their feet. However the pizza was worth it. Simply delicious.

We were immediately offered a table with a menu. We chose the option to make a pizza according to your wishes. I can only recommend the pizza was great, our selection was successful and the vegan version was also perfect. The service was fast, pleasant, smiling, asked about food allergies. We paid in cash. One pizza cost about £ 12. I can't wait to visit this place again, the best pizza in the UK. Thank you for your vegan options🌱❤️.

Really good place! Super good pizza, honestly, sooo good! Great service, it takes almost no time at all for the pizza to come to your table. Bathrooms were clean and smelling nice. Couldn't find a flaw with this place.

A very friendly welcome and a very buzzy atmosphere - if a bit loud sometimes as we were sat near the door. Staff were excellent and gave you both time to makes choices and offer advice if needed. The food is delicious and there is a wide range of pizzas, including the option to create your own. The wood fired oven is central to the restaurant and you can see all the food being prepared and cooked. I’ve had many pizzas over the years and this was one of the best. Cracking.

Over great experience , even tho the restaurant seemed a little busy and loud and sometimes , those aren’t the main point , it’s the pizza . Their pizza is overall fantastic and to what I believe underpriced for its quality. The crust was great tasting along side with the meat and red sauce . There is also an option of dips like truffle mayo , spicy mayo and garlic mayo , tho truffle was of course the one that rose above . The harmony of the toppings along with the surprisingly flavorful crust made a great combo had me with the urge to finish it to fill the flavors in my mouth but my senses told me I should savor it at every bite . I do recommend making your own pizza as you’ll get more for a similar price . Got mine as normal dough, red sauce , pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan , caramelized onion and mushrooms . Around £13.1 . The dip is £1.5 each , 4 for all 3 but if you come with friends it’s very worth it . Or just get 3 truffles dips lols .

Great pizzas just across from Waterloo Station near The Cut. Some seats outside in the sun, further seats at the front and then cooler seats to the back with aircon. Pizzas are customisable, so either choose from some suggested combinations, or tick what you want on the menu itself and make your own. Food was all great, smoked mozzarella particularly punching through, and the pizzas are huge. The whole restaurant smells of basil, a nice change from the smell of the road outside. Only slight annoyance is with ticking what you want on the menu to order. The menu is dark, so we didn't get some of the things we'd originally ordered because even the staff could see what had been selected. Either menu colour needs to change, tick area needs to increase, or just write down the order. Didn't detract from lunch as the food was so good, and all generous portions

Super friendly staff when we arrived. Super selection of pizza from base, sauces and proteins. Love the story on the wall! Bonus points for having gluten free options! Pizza was delicious, fresh and straight out the oven, YES!

I’ve been there twice and it’s definitely one of the best pizza I ever ate in my life. The dough is just wonderful. Being able to choose the ingredients of the pizza is very a great idea. In top of that, the price is ridiculously low. Honestly one of my best meal in London. The staff is very careful and lovely. Thank you for the experience!

Can't fault the Pizza here. I had the goats cheese pizza which was so flavourful! I high recommended the crust dippers (i had garlic mayo) which went so well with the super doughy and light crusts. Food amazing, but service was a little rushed however it was friendly. The restaurant is pretty noisy and felt over crowded. I booked about a week before going with plenty of reservations available, but it was fully booked on the night.

Came here with a mate for some pre-theatre food. Of course we were here for pizza and that's exactly what we got. And a damn fine one at that. When seated, without having to ask we were given a jug of tap water. Our drinks order was taken and we got some olives to start whilst we browsed the menu. It was simple, you either chose from the pre-set pizzas (i.e. the boring options) or use the pencil provided to make your own. Now this establishment prides itself on making authentic neopolitan pizza which I can say is true just from the menu because there is one key topping missing, and that is pineapple! We eventually got our filled menus taken and our pizzas arrived promptly. We also got one set of triple dips. The pizzas themselves were incredible and the chilli oil had a wonderful bite. The crusts, my goodness the crusts were a meal in their own right!! It's a shame the dips weren't great. In my opinion they were wayyy to thick in consistency and too pungent in flavour. Runnier and lighter would've been much better for my personal tastes.

It was really good and I guess after a long time I had a super tasting pizza. The staff is so good, I left my water bottle at the table and the guy came to the stop to give it to me, so sweet innit. 🩵

I recently dined at this restaurant with my girlfriend, her son, and a couple of friends. The Neapolitan pizza we had was genuinely one of the best I've ever tasted. The service was decent, with most staff members being Italian. The pizza truly stood out, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Highly recommend.

Our waitress was really kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and the bottomless deal a really great deal! It was a birthday and we had a cake for a friend for which they gave us plates and forks and even a candle so really happy with that. Only thing I would dock is we had 2 small things, we asked for tap water for the table on arrival which we never received, and we asked for 1 portion of mayo for which they gave and charged us for 4! At £4 each as well seemed a little cheeky considering we only asked for and had one.

One of the best pizzas outside of Italy, or maybe anywhere. Excellent dough with plenty of air in it gives you a light and fluffy crust, perfect for dipping in the garlic and herb sauce. Coupled with authentic Italian ingredients and great staff make this pizzeria a winner. I had a Mozzarella with prosciutto cotto, mushroom and artichoke. The only issue my friend had was the amount of buffalo Mozarella on his pizza, which was very little.

After following crust Bros on insta for sometime, we finally booked a trip to London and knew crust Bros would be the place to eat! Relaxed atmosphere, friendly attentive staff and the most incredible pizzas. You also have the option to personalise pizza.

Let’s be real here. I saw the amazing reviews & ratings and wanted to try it for myself 😉. Well it didn’t disappoint! What an amazing pizza😍! Had a go at “Build It Yourself” wondering if like other places they might sprinkle toppings but they did not! Thin base, beautiful crust (I recommend garlic mayo to dip in) and the right amount of ham/mushrooms/cheese & caramelised onions 😋 Quick service, friendly people, can’t wait to go back 🤩

Really friendly/helpful staff, great food/drink and right by Waterloo station. Remember when they were a food truck at Southwark food tents and great to see permanent base. One thing I would say would be it would be great if could label what is vegetarian on the menu itself, save me bothering the staff loads :)

Absolutely loved the experience here!💯 Pizzas tasted great and it was fun creating our pizzas. Once we let the staff know that we loved spice, they offered to put extra chillies on the pizza and gave us some dried chillies and chilli oil which made the pizzas taste even better.✨ The base was especially amazing - my boyfriend never eats his crusts but his plate was completely empty which was a first! Never had a beer pitcher before so that was fun too 😋 staff were incredibly friendly and attentive!! Highly recommend this place!

Great pizza place! I like that they use the clay oven. All I felt was it's good to leave a pizza a little longer in there. Amazing staff and a good ambience.

We booked a table here for a family of 4 on Friday evening as we'd just arrived for a weekend stay in the area. Initially wasn't sure as it was very busy and noisy but we were seated straightaway and the staff were really friendly. The service was quick and the pizzas were delicious. The vegan cheese tasted amazing! Would definitely return next time we're in Waterloo.

Absolutely amazing! My first time here and I could not have loved my pizza more. I took some away and ate it all before midnight 😋🤤😋 lots of thanks too to the lovely lady who helped me decide what to have yesterday, it was the pizza of my dreams 😊 I tried the vegan mozzarella (though I’m not vegan) and dare I say it was delicious! I can’t wait to be back xx

Fantastic pizza - so many amazing flavours and you can create your own combos. The woman who served greeted us and sorted out our bill was so lovely. Highly recommended! We forgot to take our hand gel with us and she came out to look for us to return it to us - what a heart of gold 💕
