Worst Car Park ever in London. We parked our Car here for 3 hours by paying a huge amount and when we came back, our rear glass was broken and someone stole the Laptop and all bags from the boot space. There is no security, No CCTV Cameras in the parking area. When called their customer care, they asked us to complaint it to Police and we did the same. But I am sure nothing will happen. I think the car parking team have a tie-up with theives. That's why there is no cctv and security. Anyone from outside can easily step into the car park. They should limit it with an access card or parking cars. Guys don't park your car, they will steal everything from the car, may be you will loose your car itself. Never expected London is a worse place full of theives. Being a tourist this gave me a very bad impression on UK and found it very much unsafe.

Be aware! - I would warn anyone against using this car park! I pre-booked a space via the NCP app costing over Β£47, twelve hours before arriving. Upon arrival I was informed by the NCP employee that he did not understand why I was showing him a booking confirmation and that spaces were on a first come first serve basis with no control or reservation with no apology or offer of help. And guess what - no spaces were available. He claimed he knew nothing about the NCP app and that he had never seen a pre-booking confirmation before in his life. This is total incompetence from the NCP who are ripping people off. They are profiteering from their own incompetence! This is totally unacceptable. I am sure they are fully aware of the imposition they are putting people in but couldn't care less. I will never use an NCP car park again. They should be ashamed of themselves. AVOID this place.

After paying Β£45 for "up to 3 hours" parking they tried to charge me Β£9 more for being "more than 10 min" to exit. There is no visible info about this 10 min limit and people with families and disabled can easily get caught out! Never again, rip-off price and horrible helpline service.

Came back to the car after less than an hour to find the window smashed and my bags and laptop stolen. There's no security or CCTV. Don't park here

Someone broke our rear window and stoled all our luggage’s and belongings. Police did not do anything and for what I can see it has been happening for quite a while in this location . Is a chame that uk police is not doing anything about it with so many recurring cases and ncp has done nothing to inform and prevent this criminal activities and keep clients safe . Therefore , if you reading this , find a different parking please .

We just went in to parked our rent car there, and they broke rear window and 2 of luggages were stolen. It should be someone in local area. The parking is so expensive as well. Let s not park there. It is not worth to lose things. Honestly I didn t read the review during searching parking place. If I read all reviews I might change my mind not to park here.

This is a very dirty and exposed car park. It has drunk people wandering in and out and does not have anyone there for security- there were 2 people asleep in there! It was also full of broken glass where previous vehicles were clearly broken into. We had no option to not park here after pre booking, and being given the 'this is a convenient and safe option' on the NCP car park website. We did not having any other parking options near our hotel. Luckily our truck was ok as it was at the front and pretty in view....which I think was safer than being hidden at the back. It was a worry for the 24 hours though and did spoil our stay in London slightly. I wouldn't risk this car park again.

Paid in advance but no spaces available. Looked like windscreen and associated rubber of another seal on floor of car park so didn't appear safe. We waited and eventually got a space but no one here to help. Didn't appear to be attended by any NCP staff. Good location but poor service wouldn't recommend.

It feels unsafe, it is dimly lit, filthy dirty and extortionately expensive, avoid if you can.

Used this place recently brought payed for it as leaving and was given a pay and display ticket. Got a fine. They have number plate recognition but even if you pay you will be penalized. Don't use this place its a trap!

DO NOT PARK HERE!! Our car just got broken into and windows got smashed in. This seems to be a regular occurrence in the car park. Busy street parking would be safer than this! Seems ridiculous to pay for a car park that gets regularly attacked by theifs.

**DO NOT PARK HERE** Parked the car here overnight and came back to the back window smashed. When we phoned the person said just call the police, looking at the reviews, this is a very regular occasion happening and there's obviously someone targeting this carpark. would give 0 if possible

The car park was small, the attendant was excellent, to pay was a bit of a headache but worth it for the parking

Took a day trip to London with the family, I’m not a big fan of public transport and didn’t want the fuss of the train and tube with my children in the hot weather we were experiencing in June. A little expensive for a day’s parking for us northerners but as a one off you cannot park anywhere more central in London for the sights and shopping. I pre booked online a few days before and arrived around 8.30am to park up for the day with no fuss. This was a Saturday morning on the day of the west end live concert and the trooping the colours parade! A 5 minute walk and we were in Leicester Square!! We left around 4pm, even with Oxford road being total gridlock we navigated out of the centre of London with ease. I will definitely use this car park again when visiting London.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Car got broken into and Β£3000 worth of goods taken from the boot. This seems to be a regular thing. Wish I took a look at reviews beforehand. No cameras, only number plate recognition cameras. Car park is not secure and not manned. Lots of crackheads around, easy money, drug dealers around the corner.

Very limited parking places about 6 or 7 max and very expensive (I’ve parked 5 hours for Β£50), I’ll give 3 stars only for its good location. Better park in the street if you’re not staying long in central London. Or use underground trains for transport and park your car outside central London.

Upstairs was shut. Are you allowed to park downstairs? Machine doesn't work. I think I'll park on the road!

Expensive, confusing signage. I go here a lot and most of the time there's little looking totally confused at the signage. I generally pay when I get there. But signage doesn't make it clear either way

Utterly disgraceful 'Toilet'. There's a sign saying, 'use at your own risk'. This loo is unuseable; no lighting, filthy - and I mean truly - filthy, It was all I could do not to throw up. Needless to say, I turned and left immediately. An absolute disgrace!
