Popped in for some bubble tea... tried the place around the corner previously and I much prefer the choices, flavours available and the customer service at Bubbleology Soho. I had the coffee with coffee jelly and tapioca... delicious and not options that I've been able to get elsewhere. Even the mango with strawberry was good... so a very happy daughter. They had some alcoholic options which I wasn't able to try but looked interesting and I hope to get a chance next time. I was impressed with their prices... same as outside London and not inflated at all, very reasonable 👍🏽 The place although limited with seating (10-15) was clean. The shop is narrow with a slight step so not wheelchair accessible but I'm sure the staff would pop out and assist if asked. In a great location so you'd probably not want to sit long... I just needed a quick rest and then we were off. 😊

this is my first time trying a bubble tea and loved it! the guy named subael recommended it, and he's a fantastic guy. His suggestion was spot-on & i would love to go again to try some more flavour 💥

I visited here a few days ago with my father and daughter. We only ordered the one drink, and my father was quite challenging towards the young man behind the counter with questions on the products that we're for sale. The young man was fantastic in answering all questions on the products provided. And the drink was lovely. The mood in the place was very up beat and modern as well. Highly recommend this place 👌

We went inside for a late night bubble tea and were not disappointed. Very sweet tea and fast service. Nice interior with places to sit. Prices are okay. There are a nice amount of flavours to choose from. As we ordered, a man got arrested right in front of the shop, a whole police team showed up and it got rough. This did not affect the service at all! The guy working behind the bar stayed very kind and chill, which comforted me.

Great bubble tea, prices are around 5£ per tea with multiple different combinations available. Staff are friendly, the location is very nice and convenient, although the place could often be crowded with average waiting times of 30 min.

My favourite bubble tea, such a good variation of flavours. Love coming here! Be aware it’s card only though!!

This chain has really gone down the tubes. When I was younger they used to be alright, but now their staff maintain the shop poorly and do not cook their pearls properly. The best thing is that they offer alcoholic boba, which tastes pretty good and is something interesting.

Great tea that's customisable if you don't like tapioca

Went here recently with a friend of mine. We were served by Mohammed, who was so absolutely lovely and very patient and helpful while we were making our order. 5 stars to him. The bar has been moved but I prefer it after the renovation, it's a more inviting layout.

It was watery & not the best bubble tea I’ve had, I wouldn’t blame this particular chain though as other bubblologys I’ve been to are the same, I just wanted to see if their autumn flavours were any good but I’ll probably stick to my go to place, some of the tapioca was also stuck together in chunks. The service was great though & the location with outdoor seating

I accidentally stumbled upon this place and ordered the passion fruit tea. It was delicious! It tastes like real passion fruit.

I came here with a friend for a quick drink. At the time we went there the place was almost closed so no tables were available and but the staff was really friendly and made us the drink we requested which was great and unexpected. I know how difficult these jobs in hospitality can be and you can see that she was tired but she did her best to serve up and give us a great customer service. The only thing I'd say is that the place needs a bit more atmosphere as it is quite small, there are only about 2 tables and the music could be a lot better. Nevertheless, the drink was great and I was able to try a new type of bubble tea which is great.

Lovely concept.. try fruit bobbas, they actually pop in Ur mouth with ton of flavour. There is other bobba which needs to b chewed. I personally did not like the chewy ones, but worth a try..

We ordered 2 drinks one of them was a lychee storm which was lovely. My drink on the other hand was an apple fruit tea. The tea tasted extremely artificial which I’ve never experienced with a bubble tea before also it was a bit weird tasting too. Also the cup leaked not just once the second cup as well. In the end the lady had to put my regular drink into a large cup to save the day. I wouldn’t visit this brunch if I were you.

Robert and Alex were super helpful and understanding. We were travelling from Luton and fancied anl bubbletea and they were the only guys open. They actually waiting 10 mins after their closing time just for us so that we can get a drink. If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is. Wonderful service and 100% returning.

Loved the large variety of choices you can make for your bubble tea. As a first time I got a white peach tea with lychee and mango bubbles and it was delicious. Although I didn't find the staff really nice/helpful... I asked them which variety of bubbles they have and they said that with the tea I choose they can put lychee and mango, I asked them again which flavours they have to make my own and for the next time but they were alredy doing it how they wanted and said "I told you, mango and lychee". I just think that other people new to bubble tea like me are curious to know which different flavours there are to make their own, so staff might be a bit more helpful and answer the question..

The staff who worked there were so kind and lovely, offering suggestions, helping with piercing the film (which is always a struggle). Lovely range of options, and I think now they've got around 30+ alcoholic options too if that's your thing, so a definite must try and visit!

I am the loyal customer and i go there everyday for years. The quality became even better and the staff members are so kind. The prices are affordable and quality is the best. I’ve tried other stores, but the prices were too high and the drinks were terrible. Good job Bubbleology! Amazing! Try all of the drinks i highly recommend!

The bubble tea itself tasted good but I ordered the fizzy strawberry and mint tea which I use to have it closed for takeaway but when I ordered it yesterday they said they don’t do that anymore. As I wanted it for someone else and need to keep it safe to arrive home, I ordered it for take away and when I got it it was with open led which means I cannot take it home and need to drink it right away. There was no sign mention it cannot be fully closed and the staff didn’t mentioned that as well when I ordered and say I wanted it for take away. Staff wasn’t helpful at all when I explained that to them and I didn’t like the customer service in this branch.

My first and probably the last Bubbleology visit. Staff were acting too cool to be bothered to pay attention. Were talking to each other and making jokes, no appreciation to the customers. Got my order wrong when I checked in a few times if they can make it warm. They made the drink cold. Thankfully, they gave me a new correct one. And the drink is too sweet with no added sugar (and I have a sweet tooth!). Would may be give this place another try with a free voucher or something. Not paying ever again.

Nice place just around west end for a quick bobba tea., lychee one was a bit subtle not too sweet or strong flavour.

Really great experience from the moment we stepped through the door. Friendly staff and very fast and efficient service. It doesn’t take much to smile and it makes all the difference to someone’s experience. These guys got it right. The drinks are so refreshing and good value. I love Bubbleology as the quality is so consistent and reliable. This site is even better as the guy with the glasses working here is hilarious! They also sell ✨alchoholic drinks✨which I will be trying next time!

Love them and much cheaper than Mooboo for example. They have partnered with brands that make spirits, so bubble cocktails are available! Also appreciate the variety of jelly flavours - this time went with strawberry 😏 Team worked super fast at a very busy time (10pm Saturday) - very impressed, thank you! Our new go-to place!

Had a very pleasant first experience. A Friendly welcome, they had a unique menu with lots of options (including alcoholic cocktail versions). I felt brave and tried something completely new, the non alcoholic nojito with blueberry popping balls and my husband tried the non alcoholic Lychee with tapioca. Both our drinks were refreshing and flavourful. They are located right in front of the iconic ornate China Town archway (as seen in my image)

You have to try this place ,the menu looks great and the ready drinks are delicious ,I ordered Noijto from special menu The regular size cost below £4.00 The service was fast I will try once again when I will be around the area.

We went to try thd bubble tea which I've never had before, and after being here likely won't again. At about 9 pm it was empty, and no other customers whilst we were in ( approx 20 minutes). The guy serving spoke to my friend as though I wasn't able to communicate - "is she having any" and "what does dhe want". Very rude and unnecessary. The peachberry with tapioca was very sweet and tasted somewhat like medicine , not a nice taste. So 0 for service, 0 for atmosphere and 0 for taste.
