Charlotte is kind, caring and knowledgeable. Her calm way makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She is helping me greatly with the treatment I am having and is also available to speak to when you're having a moment. I would definitely recommend Charlotte for your acupuncture needs.

I've been going to Charlotte around 10 weeks now. I remember the very first session when I first turned up I was actually having a panic attack. She was such a lovely lady spoke to me untill I calmed down, we then begun this journey of healing. I was having problems with anxiety, panic attacks, stomach issues, acid reflux and sleeping. I had almost lost a stone in weight and I'm not big person im very slim. After 10 sessions I have gained back 10lbs and been enjoying food again and not experiencing the stomach issues I was having. My anxiety and sleeping went from experiencing it almost everyday to literally maybe every couple of weeks which is such an improvement. I have a couple more sessions left but going forward I would like to still continue with it because it's changed my life.

Having not had very many natural periods ever, suffering with endometriosis and beginning to feel unwell. I visited Charlotte who was very warm and understanding. She got to work quickly and I left the room feeling positive, no more than forty minutes later I had a very healthy natural period! I immediately booked in to see her again to see if we can figure out my hormone imbalance together. My only regret is, I didn’t visit her sooner.

Charlotte is a professional and very experienced acupuncturist- in my second pregnancy I was experiencing hip & back pain which was significantly reduced and relieved by having frequent sessions. I also found it beneficial for stress relief & for promoting relaxation. Charlotte shows interest and works with her clients to ensure they are receiving optimal treatment for the ailment at hand.

Due to chronic inflammation issues, I decided to seek out alternative methods to help manage the inflammation and discovered acupuncture. Acupuncture has definitely improved my life.  My treatment experience was excellent.  My body responds well to acupuncture, so it usually just takes one session to eliminate the pain I’m experiencing, especially the patella inflammation I experience. The office is nice and relaxing and Charlotte listens to your problems.  She is very professional. Great place! I would recommend it to anyone.

As someone who has had a variety of treatments I am a big advocate for acupuncture. It is relaxing and cathartic experience. Charlotte Steed is kind and supportive in her role and offers sound advice and guidance as to what will be most effective. The room was quiet and tranquil and conducive to healing and relaxation. Having had a series of treatment I would highly recommend the Blackheath Acupuncture Space. It aided the conception of my second child and was a turning point in me becoming more able to manage in stressful situation and the busyness of life. I have also had it for pain relief when I broke my wrists and needed some intervention. This was also critical in managing my expectations and getting better emotionally as well as physically.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. I booked for labour induction acupuncture. I emailed a couple of days before to book this, no question was asked about how many weeks pregnant I was. To learn on the day at the session you had to be overdue by 3 days to get this was annoying as there is no mention of this on the website and I wasn’t asked when booking. I ended up taking a pre birth acupuncture as the lady wouldn’t do the induction acupuncture. I thought it was a waste of time and money. It should be stated on the website that you have to be 3 days overdue to get labour inducing acupuncture or atleast be asked before taking a booking as most websites online say after 39 weeks is ok to get this, but this clinic has said it needs to be 40 weeks plus 3 days but no mention of this when booking or on website. £85 was very expensive for something I didn’t want.

I was unsure at first, but very soon realised that acupuncture carried out by an experienced, qualified professional really does work. I had treatment following a reset dislocated finger that had become stiff and immobile. A single session helped with swelling and improving flexibility.
