Popped into the shop today as I’ve never been to one before.The service of the shop floor staff was outstanding! The gentleman who went out of his way to get me a basket-as I was intent on just “browsing”but grabbed quite a few things,to the lady who assisted me(walking me to the product)even though the shop was quite full. I’ll happily be returning on a regular basis!

It was raining that day. My son wanted to use the toilet but they had none . A staff had to direct me to Aldi next door to use the toilet . Although the store had a lot of things we needed , we had to leave early cos of this

Good selection of cleaning products, long life cupboard fillers, also bedding and soft furnishings. Good for DIY and gardening but the quality of some items (tools, paintbrushes etc) is not top tier. Parking can get very busy too, especially at peak times.

Because this store is a little smaller than others some things aren't available, but it's clean and well stocked. They rely upon Aldi for customer loos which isn't great, they really SHOULD have their own. It's a great store for cupboard groceries AND for finding decor etc. I think my last home finds were for my office and they were an absolute steal. The lamp was £8 and the tealight holder - which is used as my pen pot - wasn't expensive. Maybe £4? The toiletries and household detergents etc are VERY reasonably priced, it's a great place to get these.

Decent stock considering size. Never get what I want..always leave with more. i.e I just need batteries....£30 later...lol!

I was looking for some folding chairs. I have checked online to see in wich store they have stock and they told me that they have a really good stock of chairs in this store. I drove all the way from Croydon to get there and to be told that they are sold out. They should really update their website and give accurate information as it's not fair on customers.

Friendly staff. I was so pleased with the service I received from a young lady call Veronica. She always goes above and beyond to help me find items I look for. Her service is excellent.

Will not be visiting again, more to do with customer behaviour than staff. Shame, one till open, huge queue and customers impatient. Made unpleasant shopping experience

B&M great local store, with a good choice of products from household to children toys.

So much more than I expected. Even ended up picking a few bits for our Christmas list. Haha very unexpected but successful trip!

Sometimes not clean and with a very long queues in the evening. Staff is friendly, never had a problem.

Nice store , worth a visit

They didn't have the items we wanted and no one could help to locate them we went to 4 b&m's and no joy even on the website the items was in stock but where???

How can people say the store is tidy. Its not. Most items not priced. Always damage boxes.emty shelfs Staff might be helpfull but lacks good management. Most items are cheaper else where even in sainsburys. Waste of a shop being there to be honest. Won't go there again. Even my mate said she won't go there again.. its a total car crash of a shop. Shame thay took homebase and argos away. Wish they'd put a decent run shop there that's run properly 😒

Located in a tiny 2 store retail park - has an Aldi next door. Great for budget shopping but car park was absolutely rammed when we went around 3:30pm on Saturday. Spent ages trying to find a space.

One of my favourite stores, mainly due to the helpful staff always going that extra mile to help.

Popped into b and m on a saturday morning and was served by an extremely rude and impolite sales advisor. I forgot her name . But she is a black hound girl maybe 19 to 24. No manners what so ever. Why employee staff who dont even know how to say hello. Definitely will be making a complaint to head office or her line manager the next time I visit as it really was appalling service
