£30 annual fee and you can have 5 different toys every 4 weeks. Very friendly staff! Great for younger kids!! My 18 months daughter loves to play with different toys all the time. Would highly recommend to all new mums!

I've been bringing my son here since he was tiny, and he has always loved it. Great selection from board games to dress up costumes. To all the staff, trustees and volunteers - keep up the good work! You're providing a great service for the area and it exceptional value for money. Ignore the petty reviews. I'm sure most members really appreciate what you do!

Fantastic idea and incredibly useful for those with young children. Lots of toys and games to choose from (including scooters!) I appreciate the booked appointment times as it means the toy library is not too chaotic or overcrowded. It does mean I need to be organised about booking appointments but that's easy enough as the booking system is very straightforward! The toys are always in good condition. Really amazing and very glad to use it. Probably brilliant for the environment too!

Wonderful place with knowledgeable and kind staff. It’s an amazing thing to have this so local. Not only be saving money on constant new toys, but also teaching them the value of looking after something so it can be used by the next child. My children have loved going here for about 5 years to choose toys and now we’re moving onto the games section! Booking is simple online and makes the visit easier than pre-Covid as it is a small space but with an amazing selection of toys.

Such a useful place for anyone with kids under 8-ish. Subscription is cheap and you can borrow loads and loads of toys. Highly recommended, we've saved so much money (and aggro!) over the years with our daughter trying out toys here instead of her nagging us to buy them for her.

Been using this library for about 6 months now. Brilliant for a 2 year old who loses interest in new toys so quickly.

£27 annual fee. Good selection of toys to borrow; they even have bigger toys like scooters and trikes. Staff are very helpful.

A truly excellent idea that saves money, space in our home and more plastic waste going to landfill! It’s always a pleasure chatting to Magdalena when we visit!

So sad that I have to write this review. A toy library is such a wonderful idea. Too bad that those who run it are like the COVID gestapo. Appointments are impossible to get unless you book weeks in advance. I forgot my mask today and was made to feel terrible by the man running the desk, who offered me no mask even though it's their very important policy to have masks. I apologised said I forgot it and it wasn't good enough, he had to patronisingly lecture me on the way out as if I was personally giving him COVID. We returned the toys and won't be coming back, best of luck. Update: over a year later, came back with my husband and was told we would only be allowed to stay "if it doesn't become unsafe". Unsafe for who? Still patronising and unwelcoming. I also never received an apology for how I was treated by them last year.

The owner Magdalena is super friendly and passionate about what she does and I can't fault the toy Library when it comes to making our daughter smile every time we go there There was a situation during the end of covid.that my wife was spoken to maybe inappropriately by a volunteer but it seems to have been actioned and rectified. They have a great selection of toys that we keep on rotating as our daughter gets older.

Seems like a great idea, but rather strangely organised as they seem to have no idea who has/has not borrowed which toys. Tired of getting repetitive emails on items long time ago returned!
