My experience was definitely worth 5 stars and more. Every ring I looked at was of the highest quality and Mitchell was so helpful in finding the right one for us. It was so much more relaxed and friendly than other shops I had visited on Hatton Garden, which is a massive plus. We did our homework and we got fantastic results! My husband and I decided we wanted to go to ring shopping for our 10th anniversary. We were aware how busy and overwhelming it can be, so we searched and came across Hatton Garden Diamond. The reviews were so amazing and I had a quick look at their (very impressive!) Instagram page. We went early on a quiet weekday and were served by Stephen and Mitchell who instantly made us feel so welcome. Stephen gave us his undivided attention, listened to our requirements, eliminated what I was not keen on and made some fantastic honest suggestions, bringing along a wealth of experience. We instantly felt engaged and positive but needed to go away and think it over, which Stephen actually encouraged us to do! We went away and had a break, came back and settled on diamond eternity band, but purchased the all gold version on order, as the one in store was white gold. We have to say it is the most stunning craftsmanship and we are over the moon with the quality of the ring. Wonderful ring shop, all the staff are on hand to help and explain things in layman's terms. They go the extra mile too on things like engravings and ring clean up. Prices are fair and competitive. Would heartily recommend.

The experience we had at Hatton Garden Diamond was so amazing. We had a bad experience with a different ring company which unfortunately ended with us receiving a faulty ring and bad customer service, after we had finally received our refund it was time to shop for a new ring. My Partner and I were very nervous to go out and find a new ring incase we had another experience like the previous, we walked into Hatton Garden Diamond and was greeted by Steven, we explained what has happened to him and he straight away showed so much empathy to our situation. He went out of his way to help us pick out our dream ring explaining all the ins and outs and making us feel incredibly at ease from the very start, they put a rush on our ring as we were going to visit my family who I hadn’t seen in ages and understandably wanted my ring to go away with. We couldn’t recommend them enough and am very much looking forward to going back to pick out our wedding bands in the future.

He talked me through all the options for my budget and how each category in the 4Cs related to the specific ring I bought. He was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, putting me at ease and making sure I was happy with my purchase. I got the sizing slightly off, and he was happy to book me in for a resize when it suited us too.

Anastasia did a fantastic job, giving me everything i needed to know, showing great patience with my often very drawn out decision making, and ensuring that I was happy and comfortable to proceed with the purchase. They even were able to make little customized changes to what I purchased to give it the uniqueness I was looking for. I never felt like I was being pressed for a sale, which I cannot say of all places I visited. To top if off, the ring is perfect! My fiancé is delighted :)

Second to non product and even better service. I bought both an engagement ring and diamond ring for my wife for our wedding. They were not pushy and explained all the variables of diamonds so we knew exactly what we were buying. I took the ring back a year later to ask them if they could polish it and without knowing they re dipped it for me and came back looking NEW and then refused any payment. Highly recommend.

A very family orientated business who are keen to get things right for you. Mitchell was very friendly and knowledgeable from our first telephone conversation to meeting in person. After a recommendation from a friend, I visited Regency Jewels to purchase an engagement ring for my partner. I was greeted by Aaron who was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He took me through the process, explaining things clearly so I was able to make an informed decision. After a bit of thought I selected the perfect diamond and walked away a very happy man. My fiance even happier. After 18 months I returned to Regency Jewels to purchase two more rings, this time mine and my fiance's wedding rings. They were the first place I looked at but wanted to check with some other jewellers. They were fine with this and I actually come back to these even though they weren’t the cheapest out there. This is more than made up for with their lifetime cover guarantee and the service they provide. Such good quality of service. They remember you and really listen to what you want. I’ve had 2 sessions now where I’ve seen about 10-15 diamonds to choose for my engagement right. I’ve now bought my perfect stone… but I couldn’t make up my mind on what I exactly wanted so they’re going through 2 CAD designs for it. I’ve been a difficult customer but they’ve definitely gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. I will 100% definitely be going back for future purchases, be it our wedding bands… or even diamond earrings.
