My husband & I visited four weeks ago to pick out a sapphire & diamond ring for me to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. Oonagh was very helpful & gave us lots of advice with no pressure to buy. I have purchased two beautiful rings from Eternity and have been so happy with there professionalism and ongoing help . I have accidentally bashed one of the rings and the solitaire diamond ive managed to chip 😔 I returned it to them and without charge they have built up the fixing so that the diamond looks ok and isn’t wobbly any more They have rung me twice to sort this problem and have let me know when to expect the returned precious package Thankyou so much Eternity - I will definitely use your beautiful shop again Sharon

A family run business with first class customer service and a range of products for all price levels. There was no pressure and they listened patiently to our requirements. We went through a few options to match with my wife’s existing rings. They had so much patience and demonstrated the highest level of personal and professional knowledge and understanding. After weeks of research and endless trawling through jewellery shops I walking into Eternity with my mum for support looking for an engagement ring for my now fiancé. I cant rate them highly enough, I’d been into almost all the other shops in Hatton garden with varying experiences ranging from pushy to uninterested. From the first moment I walked into Eternity I felt comfortable which when buying something like an engagement ring is really important. I ended up buying a perfect ring then a few weeks later recommended Eternity to our friends who bought their wedding bands! Since then I have bought our own wedding bands and diamonds earrings! The quality both in sales and product are second to none, anybody that asks about jewellery I point in this direction! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic – we found a beautiful sapphire & diamond ring in Eternity which was so much nicer than anything that we had seen anywhere else. We dealt with Oonagh and the service was really exemplary; she spent lots of time with us, was so patient and lovely to deal with. The ring needed altering in size, and the job is immaculate – couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Completely ripped off. I paid a lot of money for a pair of custom made diamond earrings which I was told were 2 carat earrings, having been to other 2 jewellery shops in Hatton Garden I've been told that the earrings are only 1.7 carat. Not to mention the amount of times that I kept going back to Eternity Jewellers after buying these earrings and telling Lawrence that the earrings needed to be adjusted as the bar on each of the earrings was too short to go through the pierced part of my ear. I felt that on each time I returned back to the shop I was almost treated with a dismissive attitude and that as far as Lawrence was concerned there was nothing wrong with the earrings. After 4 maybe 5 return trips back to this shop it was agreed that Lawrence would lengthen the bar on each earring!!! Not before time. This is something that should have been corrected on my first return visit. Not to mention I did not even get given a proper earring box for these earrings. I was told that they did not have any earring boxes, this is a jewellers shop in Hatton Garden and if any jewellers shop should have an earring box then it should a jewellers shop in Hatton Garden right? Anyway after Lawrence finally agreeing to alter the earrings I asked to be given a proper earring box and I was told by Lawrence that he would try to find and buy an earring box on Ebay. Please, please read my review and consider very carefully before you buy anything from this shop.

We went in with a certain idea for a ring but Laurence took the time to show us other options and did not pressurise us at all. We came away feeling very satisfied with the service and the purchase! I first came to Eternity in 2017 when I was looking for an eternity ring. It was the first time I had been back to Hatton Garden since we got engaged and it was about to be our 30th Wedding Anniversary. I wanted to have a look around before going back with my husband to make the final choice. (Any excuse!) The staff at Eternity were amazing - friendly, professional, with years of experience. There was no hard sell, and the quality of their jewellery seemed to stand out to me. I really enjoyed being there. When I returned with my husband, the whole experience was just perfect. We were there hours choosing and eventually decided upon a completely different ring. I wear it as often as I can and it always makes me smile, as I remember not just the ring but the whole special experience. I have since recommended Eternity to friends on many occasions, and now am recommending them to you all. Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year

Visit this place last, as I am sure you will decide it is the best, even if not the cheapest! We found Laurence in the shop was very helpful, and he did not pressurise us at all. We were after a diamond and ruby 'eternity' ring for our 40th wedding anniversary. We found a perfect one, with a nice thin profile to match my wife's slim fingers. The one in the shop was slightly too big, but they made a new one to fit beautifully, and by request in time for a special party, in just two weeks. My amateur picture does not do it justice: she can't get over how nice it is.
