My experience with Taylor & Hart has been absolutely incredible from the very start. Emily went above and beyond to ensure that the ring i was buying was the right one (And it was!! My wife is so in love with both her engagement and wedding band). The customer service was amazing, the correspondence was quick, and I was never left in the dark. We ended up having an incredible intimate ceremony and she is still in love with the rings. Taylor and Hart have been phenomenal through the entire process of designing, ordering, making and delivering our rings. I initially used them for a bespoke engagement ring where I had drawn out a design I wanted that was truly one of a kind - the design process when easy and the computer generated designs made it even easier. The process for the engagement ring was so easy we came back for our wedding bands! I recently purchased an engagement ring from Taylor & Hart and proposed to my girlfriend on stage in London in front of 3000 people (not nerve-racking at all). Good job she said yes! We are so happy and totally in love with the ring that they designed for us! I first contacted Taylor & Hart back in May 2021 and was dealing with design consultant Lian LeBlanc. She was amazing throughout the whole process, setting up several virtual consultations and then eventually an in-person meeting at their London showroom. She was very patient with me and not pushy at all. I met with Lian in the summer and I didn’t end up ordering the ring until November when I was ready and confirmed the proposal date in December. The estimated time the ring would be ready was spot on and there were no delays. I picked up the ring myself from their workshop as I was proposing in London that weekend. One of my favourite features of their rings is the complimentary gemstone they put inside the ring. You can choose from a collection of gemstones and I went for a green emerald, as my girlfriend is from Ireland. I think it just adds a really nice personal touch. If you are planning a surprise proposal then I recommend using their printable size graph where you can size up one of your partners existing rings. It worked a treat for me as I was only half a size out, no dramas though as there is a free resize as long as it is under 2 sizes. We will 100% be returning to Taylor & Hart to buy our wedding rings as the quality is second to none.

Chose Taylor & Hart for my engagement ring as they have lab grown diamonds, but also the level of customisation you get unlike high street jewellers. Booked in my consultation at the Bank showroom and as someone who rarely wears jewellery was so excited to have someone like Florencia provide me with all the information and also give me plenty of time to try on different rings and designs. At the end of the appointment having a custom portal with the rings and specific diamonds I wanted made life so simple for my partner to make the final decision. He chose to pick it up in person rather than via post and seemed to get as much information on the ring, how the diamonds are grown etc as I did in my consultation which is a great experience! Great experience, gorgeous rings, and will definitely be getting our wedding bands from here when the time comes

My experience ordering an engagement ring from Taylor and Hart was great. Although I chose the ring myself and ordered shortly after creating my account, I did receive prompt contact from Michelle offering her help. Any questions I had were answered quickly and they were happy to help. The ring arrived exactly on the day the shipping said it would, which was good as we were flying on holiday two days later! The ring is beautiful, it really showcases the diamond nicely and I love how delicate the claw is. Thank you T&H and I’m sure we will be back for wedding bands!

Incredible service from Mark and the team who went above and beyond in helping design and create the perfect spectacle! They don't have the requirements for deposits or non-refundable payments to create CAD designs - everything is done hassle-free and after shopping around, T&H provide the best service, value and aftercare.

An engagement is a very special occasion, and for that reason I wanted a ring from a jeweller that didn't operate up and down the country. I also wanted one that specialised in designing and making bespoke jewellery. I chose Taylot & Hart for these reasons, and the unique signature stones on the inside of the band. The fact that they are based in London, a place that my partner and I love visiting, is also a bonus. I gave my design brief and sketches to one of their Jewellery Designers, who promptly got back to me to start the consultation process. My design brief was very specific, involving an almost floating diamond with graceful twists holding it in place, minimal supports, channel set diamonds under the main setting, and stones on the inside representing birthstones of our kids, uniting our families together. One phone call and a few days later, a design was presented which wasn't quite what I had in mind, but they explained all of the limitations and constraints. With that, we went back and forth a few times and settled on the design that was ultimately made. I was kept informed on progress every step of the way, and I'd love to say it went flawlessly, but unfortunately there were a couple of sizeable mishaps along the way resulting in deadlines being missed. However, the way they handled things and the contingencies they put in place for me are to be admired, going above-and-beyond to make sure our big day was perfect, and that the final ring was perfect...and it was. This is the difference I feel a smaller operation makes compared to the high street. The packaging, hand-written card, customer service and overall experience was very special, and while things didn't all go to plan, it all just adds to our unique story. For me, that story and the personal meaning of every element making up the ring is far more important than the ring itself. Will not hesitate to go back there for our wedding bands :)

My partner and I were looking for some months for a trustworthy and well established ring consultancy but none of them came close to Taylor and Hart in the end. Our consultant Emily Jackson was very patient with us from the beginning, as we made many iterations to our ring designs and exchanged many communications. Also, her knowledge and professionalism are very apparent and unrivalled. Not only was she able to inform us about the stones and metals we chose but she recommended alternatives which we didn't consider and ended up being our final choice.

I ummed and ahhed whether to drop a star for the one minor issue I have with Taylor & Hart but in the end, for my personal circumstances, it didn’t warrant dropping an entire star. In slightly different circumstances (buying a more expensive ring) it would possibly warrant a 1 star review! Let me explain… Their ‘express’ range of engagement rings work out more expensive than if you were to have the exact same spec ring made within the normal timeframes. If there was a kind of ‘one-off’ (and transparent) extra fee for an express ring, I could understand that. But that’s not how it works. It seems to be more of a percentage extra. With the ring I purchased (around £2.5k) we were only talking a few hundred pounds difference, but doing some quick comparisons on their website I have managed to find the same spec ring costing over £20,000 more in the express range! I dunno about anyone else but I would be fuming if I purchased a ring and later discovered that! Anyway, as I said, it didn’t affect me too much and so I’m rating Taylor & Hart on my personal experience and I must say, they were excellent. The customer service and advice I received both over the phone and via email was brilliant, and the ring is absolutely stunning! An absolute work of art (Eve engagement ring in platinum). It also done the job, as she said yes. We will definitely be looking at Taylor & Hart for our wedding rings but this time I will make sure we order them in plenty of time so that we can steer well clear of the express rings.

Hurrendous quality. The engagement ring I purchased broke (central stone fell out) within 15 months from just occasional wear (dinner parties etc). It was a heartbreaking experience, and my wife was devastated. T&H pretty much did nothing but inspect it, say it wasn't covered under warranty and that it would cost £1000 to repair it. After I then said I couldn't afford to have it repaired through them. They sent it back in a cardboard box, with no foam or internal protection. I ended up getting it repaired by a different company who were absolutely fantastic. Charged £350 less for the same stone but a higher carat, (makes you wonder how much T&H overcharged). It was fixed within 5 days and sent back in hardcase packaging with foam. The only downside is my wife's now too scared to wear it in case something else happens. I've got a lot of friends getting married at the moment (5 weddings this year, 3 next year, 4 the year after etc) as we're all hitting that age range. Despite the ring always getting comments and people asking about it, I've just told them to buy from a different brand. I'd understand if it was worn every day for over 5+ years while gardening, at the gym etc but this was 15 months of wearing it to dinner parties. Considering the amount I paid could have purchased a car, I would have expected the craftsmanship to have been far higher than it was, and to be given more solutions once it had broken than a simple 'Its not our problem. Pay us more money'. My only reason for giving 2 stars is because the customer support was brilliant while the ring was being designed and created. Sadly that all seemed to go out of the window after they had my money.

We had so many meetings, emails and phone calls (at our request) to be able to eventually find our ring. My partner and I are so happy with it and cannot thank her enough. I have used Taylor and Hart twice in the last year, their products of high quality and their price bracket is fair. Past the jewellery aspect their customer relations is on point, and they often go above and beyond in my experience. I had a ring in my basket for some time, and was sent pictures of how it would pair up with a previous piece I had purchased. This sort of thing I haven't seen before, and although I know it is devised to aid in the sale of a product, it also helped me to make my mind up that I was happy with the piece. Delivery is also very good here too, they used a reliable courier who were here when they said they would and didn't just throw my purchase behind a bin. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! My experience was great and I wish more firms operated like these guys - buying an engagement ring is daunting, but they make it so straightforward!! Here's my story... ...I'd been looking for an engagement ring for about 3 months, spoke to various companies, but they all made the process seem difficult. But then I came across T&H online and dropped an enquiry across. Within hours (and on a Sunday) Pedro from their design team got in touch, we had a brief chat about what I wanted, shared some pics and then within about a day he came back with 'exactly' what I'd asked for including costs - my jaw dropped at how reasonable the cost was! He presented some additional options e.g. different size/quality stones etc. All to ensure I could get the perfect ring at a competitive price. Once everything was decided, the payment options were flexible and a pretty efficient process. Delivery dates were then set. I was kept up to date throughout and the ring arrived on time. It was in pristine condition and looked better in reality than online. Overall, its been a delight to be helped by T&H to get the perfect engagement ring and I'd highly recommend the company!!!

Our consultant Aline did a brilliant job explaining all the options, answering our questions and making a quick design incorporating our ideas so we could get a feel for how it might look. Seeing the full 3D design animation was a fantastic part of the process. We asked a lot of questions at this point and requested some alterations too. Aline was very patient and provided advice and support at each stage of the ring creation. Presentation of the ring on receipt was lovely. We are over the moon with how the ring turned out. Taylor & Hart made the process of finding the perfect engagement ring easy and stress free. Aline (and the other staff I spoke with) were very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to talk through any questions. They helpfully and clearly explained the features to consider when buying diamonds and had samples of various diamonds and ring types to show me in person. The website is a fantastic feature which allows you pick the individual diamond and see designs of your chosen ring. The fixed prices also help you feel you're not being ripped off which is a concern for some shopping in Hatton garden.

Michelle always replied to emails even over the Christmas period and also gave great advice and produced exactly what I wanted. He worked with Kate to design my ring and he says she was excellent the whole way through with friendly advice. He had a date which he needed the ring by which was going to be a little tight but the team made sure he got the ring in time for the big day! I was struggling to find a ring that matched what was in my head, so the bespoke design service was ideal! My designer Emily used the examples I had found and identified a standard ring design that matched my request. I described what I was thinking for the colours and budget and she specified the stones to match it pretty much dead on. Surprisingly good value considering it's a semi-bespoke service! She even went the extra mile and helped me size the ring based on a few fuzzy snapshots of an exciting ring and a tape measure... Customer service was really good about letting me rearrange my appointment around the Christmas period and the associated COVID peak. I received a friendly greeting at my pickup appointment and very pleasant and efficient service.

T&H helped me design a perfect engagement ring as a timid naive man smoothly and effectively, allowing me to contribute but suggesting and guiding me. Amazing service throughout the selection and buying process from start to finish. The help and advice received from Juliet was first class.
