Absolutely amazing service! My fiancé arranged a surprise appointment to go diamond shopping and found Vince on trip advisor. Vince was very accommodating, selected the best diamonds for us to look at, and gave an honest opinion. He allowed us to design exactly what we wanted and has produced an amazing engagement ring for us. Our experience could not have been any more special. I bought my now wife’s engagement ring here and felt that the service and quality I got was so good that I didn’t hesitate to go back to get our wedding bands too. Vincent was extremely friendly, knowledgable and wasn’t at all pushy. Nothing was too much trouble, the original engagement ring needed resizing which they were happy to do. They even cleaned the engagement ring for free so that it was sparkling ready for our wedding day. (As you can see my wife is a lot more tanned than I am!)

Vincent is the best value for money you will find in London without a shadow of a doubt. He will not give you the salesman talk and will give you the best quality service for the best price. I contacted over 50 jewellery stores to have the diamond I purchased from the USA set on particular model I wanted replicated in an 18k gold engagement ring and he was the only one who was honest and gave me a fair price. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! I work in the industry so did a lot of research to find (what I hoped to be) the right jeweller. Vincent was very accommodating to my requests and revisions my the design. He sent through CAD's before it was cast and I went in about 3 or 4 times throughout the process. I'm sure I was not the easiest of customers but I could not be happier with the result. The nicest thing about HGJ is that it is the actual workshop - rather than going through an agent (who also adds a commission). Revisions can be made on the spot, which suited me perfectly! I can’t thank Gemma and her dad enough for the repair on my ring. It is outstanding work so pleased. I was worried about sending it through the post as it is of great sentiment to me. I sent it special delivery on Wednesday Gemma messaged me Thursday to say they received it and then messaged tracking details Friday and my ring was delivered back to me Saturday. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use again.

I was a little bit apprehensive but as he had so many excellent reviews I went to see him to discuss some diamond earrings for my girlfriend. Vincent was so knowledgeable and relaxed, he made the whole process of choosing the diamonds incredibly easy. The earrings were fantastic, beautiful sparkly diamonds and elegantly set. When it came to picking an engagement ring, it was an obvious choice to go back to Vincent. I showed him some designs and he walked me through several options for my budget. At no point did I feel pressured into spending more - in fact, Vincent was prepared to say when he sometimes thought the cheaper diamond was the better stone.
