DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. Went to this shop to view some watches. Asked to view a specific model I was then asked very rudely how much money I had. I replied that I didn't know how much I wanted to spend exactly, because the prices vary, but could I view what models he had. He replied that if I Didn't! Have 7000 pounds to spend or more he wouldn't show me any, and that I wasn't, seeing anything from his safe. I was baffled and said that if I couldn't view any how could I purchase One?? I laughed it off and left as he started to get more insulting. I don't actually think he had the model, and don't know how he does any business at all. Seemed like he just wanted to rip me off and was extremely nasty. I bought a nice watch from pacha over the road, very polite and honest staff, good prices, and allowed me a good discount.

Had my Rolex watch repaired here . Got it back looking brand new as they polished it as well which made it look amazing. Went initially to Rolex where they told me to carry out the repair I would need a full service too which total they estimated to take 6 weeks! Got my watch back in 10 days, thank you so much! X

*** AVOID*** (First time buyer here- very exited about purchasing my first Rolex) Settled on a watch and a price. Asked to pay deposit and then he added another £400 on top of agreed price. Mentioned the price we JUST Agreed, and he took reluctantly took off the £400 and I paid the deposit. Dealer Agreed to switch out the dial for another of my choice and call me in a week to pick it up. He placed the watch in a paper bag and tore off the end as my tab to collect. I got halfway down the road and had a funny feeling that something wasent right. I took plenty of photos of the watch but I wanted to get the serial number so I knew I'd be getting the watch I just paid for. So I went back to the shop straight away and asked if I could have the serial number to get an insurance quote. The man got very defensive and said I can't have it now il have to wait until it's ready next week. Paying such a high deposit I demanded I have the serial number now. He then told me the watch I just brought might not be the watch I actually get next week. I laughed as if he was joking, he then shouted at me a little bit more as if I was in the wrong. He watched me take plenty of pictures of the watch and made an effort to show me he was putting it in a bag ready to have the dial switched out. How he can then tell me I might not get the watch we agreed makes me think he knew I was a first time buyer and would give me a completely different watch not worth the value I paid. Whole experience was a sham, the 2 dealers just argued with eachother and made up answers to questions I had. Would never go back and give these guys my money. Demanded a full refund and left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Please don’t buy from them unless you want to get scammed. I went in with a real gold chain to have it repaired, and the woman(the old lady) working there swapped it out for a fake chain and stole my real chain, I realized straight away and even called the cops , but they couldn’t do anything and now I’ve got a fake chain

Top place to take your jewellery to sell, this man knows his market, knows his stuff. Gives excellent prices. If you're buying you'll get the best price going. All round, superb.

Got my mums Rolex watch repaired here, went to 3 other places where i was quoted over £600, Tried my luck here and was quoted £250 , got the watch back in 2 weeks and they polished the watch without charge!! Went in yesterday to sell gold. We couldn't make a deal unfortunately but the people were friendly, nice to deal with and clearly very knowledgeable. Definitely worth a visit.

My wife and I were looking to reset some stones in her engagement ring, and Ammir and his team were the only people on Hatton garden who were able to help. Friendly and responsive throughout the process - and they even sped things along so my wife would have her ring back before she travelled. We would definitely go here again.

They swapped the dial on my Rolex and repaired it on another occasion. They also provided valuations for all my jewelry for insurance purposes at a fraction of the price of other jewelers. I have always found them honest and with complete integrity.

SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS WARNING WARNING WARNING Do not bring your watch here for service. They kept my watch for more than 6 months to service and we agreed 2-3 weeks max for the watch to be properly serviced. They didn’t know how to service it. The tall old guy is a lier/ dishonest guy, he doesn’t know anything about business or customer service at ALL. They will treat you with respect first, once they receive your valuable item then they will scam you, they will not answer your phone call and you’ll not easily find them in the shop again.

There are some jewellers in and around Hatton Gardens that want to work with a customer in the hope of return business and good recommendations. There are other jewellers that only want to pull your pants down and screw ya. Danesh is the latter. Taking your items to them basically means choosing to sell your item for less than what you can get from a shop 100meters away.

Terrible shop sold me a watch that stopped working the next day and wouldn't refund or repair. So had to pay the watch company to repair at huge expense to myself. Do not buy anything from this shop.

Took my wedding, engagement and eternity rings to be resized. Made an excellent job. Extremely good value and polished so perfectly that they looked as shiny as they were 50 yrs ago! Highly recommended!
