Flawless we’re fantastic from start to finish!! I bought an engagement ring from them, which is the first piece of jewellery I have ever bought. I didn’t know where to start when I first visited Hatton Garden, and tried a couple of different jewellers including Flawless, which stood out from the very start. I was being looked after by Chris Edwards, who was very understanding and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease for the whole process but always confident with any ideas or recommendations he had. I ended up having a bespoke engagement ring made which I couldn’t have been happier with. The whole process from initial contact, to the zoom calls with Lila, regular texts and updates and finally to seeing my final engagement ring was amazing. It was so easy and everyone was so helpful. We are so happy with it, it’s exactly what we wanted and the quality is phenomenal. We flew from Ireland to collect the ring and the welcome we got was so lovely. Would 100% recommend to everyone.

Flawless service. We designed my ring from scratch and they sourced for us lab diamonds in uncommon shapes (hexagon and kite) in extremely high specs. I keep getting compliments from people saying it is the most beautiful engagement ring they have ever seen (the photos really don't do it justice). The most absolute gorgeous ring I've ever seen! My fiance designed this ring for me and he had an incredible experience. He was helped by Lila and she was extremely patient with everything he wanted. She was very helpful throughout the entire process from video calls, ideas and the end result. She sent CAD drawing and was always reassuring that everything was perfect to exactly what he wanted. Delivery was even next day including the weekends! He was always updated with what is happening and never needed to ask it was already done. Incredible and helpful service from engraving, getting the diamond and creating the most perfect ring. They are experts in what they do and you can trust their help and advice. From the moment I stepped through the doors at Flawless and was warmly greeted by Miles, I knew I was in good hands. Having spent months looking for the perfect emerald all over London, I can say for certain that Flawless had the best selection of stones to hand. Having spoken to literally every salesman/woman in Hatton Garden, Miles is above the rest, truly a brilliant salesman. Miles aided me in every aspect of the selection & design process, I felt heard and looked after the entire time and my only regret is not walking through the doors off Flawless sooner.

Me and my wife went to Hatton Garden to get a Ruby stone that would be set in a ring later for her. We tried so many shops and were shown very good stones but she decided to visit one last shop and it was Flawless. Staff is friendly and very professional. We were shown a sparkling untreated ruby at a decent price and decided to take it! Also we ordered the stone to be studded in white gold, they gave us a nice quote and a CAD design as well for us to see. Few days later the ring has arrived and the quality is very good, wife is happy ;)

I wasn't too sure about buying from online as I live up north and was very nervous to be buying something custom from online. But after allot of research on flawless fine jewellery I took the plunge and dropped them an email to say hello and ask about what I was after. It didn't take long to get an email back and then my journey started with them. The staff were incredibly helpful and help me find and create exactly what I wanted for my partner. After paying half upfront and paying the rest after it was created helped allot with paying for it as I could break the payments up. Long story short. I popped the question yesterday and she broke out in tears over how beautiful the ring was . She hasn't stopped posting it and showing it to everyone. She can't stop taking photos of her ring. So my advice to anyone looking for a custom ring that you won't find anyone else wearing and will make your partners heart melt then go with flawless fine jewellery.

My wife wanted a custom design which they were able to deliver, providing various choices during the design process to get the cost right for our budget. My other half and I found Flawless Fine online when initially looking at engagement rings, and it was the first and only shop we visited because we had such a great experience. When we first went in just to get an initial idea, we saw Miles, who was so lovely. He gave some really useful and honest ideas, tips and advice which was incredibly helpful in helping us form an initial idea of what we wanted. When we were more serious about buying the ring, we went back to the shop and saw Ash. He was also fantastic! The whole experience was so easy, no pressure or rush- and again, lots of helpful advice! Ash helped us fine tune the details of the ring, to make something just perfect for me, and was very patient when I was being indecisive! Also- for a Hatton Garden jeweller- the prices are definitely really reasonable and competitive (especially with the really great quality of the ring and aftercare). My other half took over from here in terms of onwards liaising with the team whilst the ring was being made, and he had a great experience too! We've had such a great experience designing my engagement ring with Samba! He is very friendly and relaxed. He worked very hard to find me the diamond and ring style I absolutely loved. He patiently answered all our questions and iterated through many versions of the design with us, guiding us away from bad decisions and explaining any details we wanted to know. He did not let me settle - we went over the details and iterated over the design until I was absolutely sure I was happy :) And boy I was - I love the result, and I doubt I would have had such a good experience or even such a beautiful ring had I gone anywhere else :') I would highly recommend going to him - he is very good at his job, you'll be in great hands with him!

Lila and the team at Flawless made a very daunting process an absolute pleasure. Lila provided the best service experience I've ever had, nothing was too much and she made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I required the ring within a short timeframe and Lila did everything she could to ensure the ring was made and delivered on time (she even managed to get it to me a day earlier than expected!). The ring ended up being 4 sizes too big but that wasn't as issue, I simply sent it back and Lila and the team resized it for me without any fuss. I've never written a review before but Flawless deserve every bit of praise they receive. If you need jewellery, I cannot recommend Lila and the team enough, they're fantastic and you won't be disappointed.
