Be Aware! If you are simply looking for good value for money, DF is your choice. But I bought a ring to propose to my girlfriend. The delivery time was 2-3 weeks. After our proposal, we wanted to have the ring engraved and adjusted in size. That took 8 weeks!! After 8 weeks we got the ring back in the exact same size and with a very scrawny, barely legible engraving

The man was rude and unhelpful. Simply needed to get my finger sized so my partner could exchange my ring and was told they had no spaces and I would have to make an appointment for the next day? I was clear I already had a ring, purchased from their store, I wasn’t looking at trying anything on but just needed to check my size (imagining a 1 minute enquiry) but wasted 2 minutes being told he had an appointment in 5 minutes? Walked next door and was sized in a minute! Then we watched the man from DF walk out the store obviously on his lunch! The time he wasted talking rubbish I could’ve just tried on a ring and found my size! Absolutely terrible service. Top tip - go next door! Much nicer and helpful staff!

Visited the Hatton Garden store to get my ring resized and chose a wedding band and the service was beyond what I had expected. My appointment was with the manager of the store who was absolutely lovely. She was very informative, professional and friendly, giving lots of great advice. One of the things my fiance and I love about this place is that they recommend products based on what the customer would like rather than try to upsell. It was clear the staff have great expertise on rings, and were very patient when answering questions or helping to try on different sizes or styles. The ordering process was quick and overall we had a really lovely visit that we genuinely enjoyed. My ring is absolutely beautiful, thank you!

They delayed the order, my boyfriend told me he was going to purpose on the Valentine's day but he can not because Diamond factory delayed the order, my bf wrote emails and called them for many times, no answer. Horrible irresponsible. The service is very poor. I was served in London branch, they didn't answer phone calls, sometimes took a day to get hold with them. They measured my finger with their equipment which was very different from the actual ring, they did not tell us, so we ended up paying for another measurement and re-modification. The people in the shop don't know what they are doing. They don't look like they care about their job at all. They charged £67 to modify the ring size, even though it was their fault for the inaccurate measurement for our engagement ring. Please don't choose Dimonds factory, the service is horrible. We went to other company for our wedding rings, they provided unlimited size modification for free for whole life. And they measured our fingers by the equipment and a real ring sample to recommend us the correct size. Much better service.

Great up until you buy the ring, after that we were very disappointed. My now fiance got me a gorgeous ring and was very happy with the service. A couple of days later I went in for a resize and I was told that on top of the thousands paid for the ring, I might have to pay an extra £69 because the ring was worn (proposal happened two days prior, and the ring was too big for me to wear anyway). The lady at the shop then said that if it's more than two sizes smaller I would have to pay anyway but that will be decided when I come and pick the ring up. I was told I should expect the ring to be ready in two weeks. Instead, we waited over 4 weeks!! No one rang us to say it will be late, no apologies, nothing. Proposals are such a special occasion and the jeweler plays an important role to make sure it runs smoothly. Diamonds Factory have definitely left a bad taste in our mouth. Would not recommend.

I attended the diamonds factory with my fiancé to pick out my wedding band. We purchased my engagement ring and we were utterly pleased with the outcome in which Heather helped us from the Sheffield branch. Unfortunately we could not attend the branch for Heather to help us further due to location but we attended the London branch as alternative. Radwan was our jewellery advisor and he was super attentive and knowledgable. He helped choose the perfect wedding band and with such patience! The only feedback would be to offer a drink whilst we were there as we were parched and tired from all the energy from having to choose the ring. I ended up asking for a drink which was unusual for a jewellery store not to offer beforehand. I would recommend this jewellery store to others.

Me and my partner popped in to look at some different styles and rings last week couldn't be happier with the service we received from Saskia! She was very patient, helpful and informative. We were meant to pop back to the store later in day but had to dash home so even had to contact her later to check styles we had looked at. My husband ordered 3 rings for me in December, we had a lovely selection appointment and then after that everything went drastically downhill. We received a notification email informing us the rings are ready for collection. I called to make an appointment for collection and could only get through to the Nottingham branch. The sales representative said he would send an email to the sales representative in London who put the order in for them to call me. No call came, I sent an email, no reply. I called again and a sales representative in the London office said she couldn't do anything because it is only the person who put the order in that can provide an update, but that person has been away and will be back the following day and will call me then. No call came. I placed another call, which was again transferred to the Nottingham office, and I was informed that I should make an appointment via the website. However, appointments are only available Monday - Friday!!! Once and if we can collect our rings, I will not be purchasing from Diamond Factory or recommending them in future.

Excellent service from start to finish! We were served by a lovely lady Becky who was exeptional, Becky took her time over a two week period to give us the best ring. She made regular contact with me and my partner and delivered our ring before the date which was even stated. Ordered a ring online with the help of Heather. Diamonds factory were amazing. Instant messaging service which meant I could get help straight away. Heather talked me through everything and helped me pick the right ring which my partner loves. I didn’t know size and Heather helped me pick the most common size which was nearly perfect! Needed to go one size up but again Diamonds Factory amazing with getting this all sorted quickly. Love the way you can build the ring yourself! Pick the metal, stone, size and quality etc. Definitely will recommend and will be going back for our wedding bands.

I always try to shop locally, the diamond ring we wanted was priced at £6000 at a nearby jewellers, we ordered like for like on the diamond factory web site for £2000 !! It arrived within two weeks and the quality is amazing, I would recommend them to anyone.
