I have been with back pains for over a year now and seen many doctors in varies places, but on Monday I visited dr Xerxes for my very first time and I must say I am extremely pleased to say his amazing at what he does. I must say compared to other places i felt very comfortable explaining my situation. On top of all I Am amazed at how well I felt even a few minute after let alone now which is only been two days Since , I will definitely be back to continue my treatment and would 100% recommend for anyone in need of his services 💯🎉

I have been visiting Xerxes for the last 5 years and his professional and personally attributes are second to none. Being a larger man, I require deep and awkward manipulation which Xerxes never shys away from, putting in 100% effort and attention all the time and for the total length of the session. He recognises and treats the source of a problem, for example when you think you have an issue in one place, he finds out the source contributing to your symptom and treats it additionally and accordingly. As a person, he has a warm and welcoming demeanour, and you feel safe and valued in his care. He has never had an off day in all of my sessions and I would highly recommend him, having now also referred my near 70 year old Mother. He uses a range of techniques and devices within his repertoire to best alleviate the issue you may have e.g. body massage, manipulation, massage gun or acupuncture etc. I wholly recommend him to anyone seeking an Osteopath.

I visited on Saturday after injuring my back weight lifting, what an amazing experience, very professional, explains everything very well and amazing results, when I arrived my back was in a lot of pain and when I left it felt like new. Amazing and I will not hesitate to recommend.

I have been going to see Xerxes for 11 years now and he has helped me with a wide variety of issues from a sprained ankle and RSI, to ligament issues in my knees and rotator cuff problems. I have always been amazed at how quickly Xerxes is able to identify and treat any issue I take to him. I always leave his treatment room feeling a 100 times better than when I went in. Apart from being a truly wonderful Osteopath Xerxes is a tremendously kind and supportive man who is incredibly knowledgeable about many aspects of health and well being. I can not recommend Xerxes highly enough. I couldn’t manage to maintain my Ashtanga yoga practice without him!

I had issues in my shoulder for years and eventually I found an osteopath who mamaged to heal me with a long lasting effect. Xerxes has been absolutely brilliant in recognising, implementing and resolving my complex rotator cuff issues that have been building up for more than 10 years. After trying so many people recommended by friends. My wife found an Osteopath on line and I was sceptical at first. I agreed to arrange an appointment and when I walked in and met Xerxes my comment was "I don't expect anything in respect of resolving my issues but I have an open mind". I am glad I had that attitude as I have now found the right person in the many years of searching. I cannot recommend him highly enough. To be fair I would rather keep him under the radar so I can get maximum use but it wouldn't be fair to all the people that need Xerxes expertise.

Would 100% recommend Xerxes! He is extremely knowledgable and walks you through everything to make you feel comfortable. I used to suffer from headaches almost daily and since I have been getting treatment from Xerxes they have improved more than I ever imagined. If you've not been to see Xerxes yet, you should! I have been having acupuncture, re-alignment and deep tissue massages to relieve tension.

I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is suffering from any injury or pain, Dr. Xerxes had done an amazing job not only with the treatments during the sessions, but also with recommending aftercare treatments to help with recovery. I had come in with an ankle sprain sports related injury and after the first session I had already felt so much better the following days.

Amazing osteopath!! Xerxes certainly knows his craft. He’s is super skilful and attentive. He has a great manner about him and most importantly when I have been crippled in pain he has provided immediate relief. He uses a combination of massage, manipulation and acupuncture and I have been seeing him for over 10years to help my chronic back problems. I cannot recommend enough!!
