Epic authentic falafel full of flavour with delicious fresh salad and sauces. The guy is very friendly and generous too, always hands you a free falafel ball while you wait.

This stall does the best falafels I’ve ever had. They’re exactly the way they should be - slapped into some bread or served up with a salad just as they’ve come out of the fryer. They have a perfectly crispy outer layer giving way to a moist, delicious crumbly interior. They used to have an option of fried cauliflower to be rolled into the wraps but don’t seem to do that anymore, which is a shame, but they do have an option of fried aubergine slices, which are good too. You can also get (and I highly recommend!) pickled cucumbers and turnips with your falafel, along with the usual salad accompaniments. The queues here during lunch are testament to their popularity with the locals, so be sure to get here around 12:45 if you want to avoid the rush! It’s a two man team so you generally wait a couple of minutes once you’ve ordered, but it’s always worth it.

I'm a diehard loyalist of this food truck, and go every week to get a wrap for lunch. It's probably too big for lunch, but it's so tasty that I don't mind. Make sure you take some tissue though because things get messy towards the end of the wrap! The queues aren't usually too long, but I'd recommend going soon after they set up at midday.

This dinky stall in Goodge St Market may not look like much but they serve up some of the best falafels I've had in London. It's a two man operation (one fries, one wraps and serves) so it can take a while to get served - expect to queue for 7-8 minutes around lunch. If you can get there before the peak time of 1pm, then do and save yourself some bother. But if you do end up queueing then I can assure you: It's totally worth the time. The falafel wraps are simple but delicious - houmous, falafel, salad, pickle (do NOT skimp on the pickle, it turned out to be the highlight of the dish) and parsley. They come in two sizes but the small is pretty sizeable. I'd recommend grabbing a falafel and taking it to the nearby park (just by Coalville Place).
