Bit hard to find (go inside the One Broadway office building and the reception will send you up to the second floor). The technician was extremely helpful in and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Super efficient and friendly service. My phone was fixed within 15 minutes. It's a bit tricky to find - you need to go into 1 Broadgate which looks like an office building, go to reception to check in and then proceed to the 2nd floor.

Very good and quick service. I do recommend booking online and also NOT for a Monday. I came in on a quiet Wednesday afternoon and my phone screen and battery replacement was done while I waited. It was a fast 25 minutes and I was back out the door to enjoy the rest of my lunch break. Bachar was very friendly and helpful - he even put my glass screen protector on for me! So I was able to leave with my device looking brand new! This is my 2nd time using iSmash and can’t say any negatives about them. They do a price match guarantee, so if you find a better price online, they’ll do the repair at the same cost. Thanks v much Bachar/iSmash! Hopefully I won’t have to be coming back for a screen repair soon, but if it happens I know where to go! 😁

Very great service! My phone was fixed in less than 30 mins, and now its working perfectly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Definately going back if I will have another problem with my phone, highly recommend it!

He answered all my questions, he was patient but most importantly my phone is now fixed! gave me a 9am appointment during lockdown, went to the store in central london only to find that the store wasn't open. The phone line was going to voicemail continuously. When i complained the customer service apologised and gave me a mere £2 discount for my inconvenience. I had to seek a last minute alternative as its a business phone and square fix nearby fixed the issue the same day. Ismash then came back and offered me a £10 discount 2 days later.

Really helpful, professional service. Dropped my phone in there to check for water damage after I dropped it in the sink. Checked it all out and returned it. Definitely recommend.

Booked same day appointment, was seen on time, and spare part was in stock. Very personable service, took about 15 minutes. Phone (Iphone 6s) looks as good as. Can't fault any part of the process.

The technician was friendly and quick with the repair, but the replacement technology they replace it with it cheap knockoffs that are extremely poor quality. Cracked phone screen was replaced with a screen where the whites were very clearly blue hues, when challenged how that was acceptable, was told to come back later for a new batch. Colour was fine but definition is still not what you’d expect. Additionally, the touch screen sensitivity doesn’t function properly, as does the light sensor too. To top it off, there’s a fingerprint smudge on the inside of the screen on top of the camera, blurring selfies(!). Botch technology for what is for most people the most expensive piece of technology they own. And now, of course, Apple won’t touch my phone for repair as they’re not authorized retailers. Do yourself a favour, wait to get an appt with Apple (which I know is a few days) and get the appropriate level of quality.
