I must admit that I have not been to this place but reading the reviews I never will, seems to blame all the bad reviews on a football club where he had a slightly decent career, it would appear that he can't accept the fact that just maybe his club is just as bad as his football career and is trying to deflect criticism of his club. Edit.. It just shows that the owner has a standard reply to any criticism of his club, I clearly stated that I had never been to his club, maybe he's illiterate as well as a huge pipe.

To be honest, I was a bit surprised to find out what sort of a bar this was. Within 5 mins of ordering a drink, was approached by this guy asking if I wanted “extras”. Needless to say, left pretty quick sharpish. Avoid !

Terrible bar, extremely expensive and dirty. The staff are rude and very slow. The area around the bar smells of sewage which in itself is very off putting. My husband had a pint which tasted very stale and not much variety of drinks at all. Definitely will not return to this dump of a bar. Avoid, avoid avoid!! Absolutely shocking place to visit certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Slow service, drinks tasted watered down, overly expensive and closes when vale play at Wembley. All round shocking wouldn’t recommend

Overpriced Beverages and bar staff do not wash the glasses. The cubicles were crawling with insects and the overall place was very dirty and the atmosphere was stale. The lowest I can rate this is one star otherwise it would be 0 stars if i could. Terrible! EIEIEIO

Would of given this horrible dump 0 stars if I could. Terrible place, drab atmosphere and just and all round bad experience. It’s like the bar that the inbetweeners were in on the first film but 10 times worse. Toilets were dirty and there’s an overpowering stench of urine. There were used condoms on the floor and writing all over the cubicle doors and walls. The glasses were dirty and smelt funny to. The ale was stale and very over priced. That wannabe footballer bloke was there as well, he’s a strange one. Very arrogant for some reason and smelt of b.o. I think his name was Ryan burger, he wouldn’t leave a group of young girls alone. They looked very uncomfortable and frightened. They were trying to keep a safe distance from him not due to Covid but I think more because of his bad breath. We left after one very expensive round of warm - watered down drinks. Avoid at all costs.

0 stars if I could. Ten had the privilege of hosting the Chris Brown after party and they oversold their tickets to the point that you couldn't step one foot to the side in the club, it was that crowded. They overfilled their capacity yet didn't think to hire more staff which is how they ended up with two staff members running the bar, serving hundreds of people and us waiting for more than 30 minutes for a drink. Security weren't doing their job, the club became overheated and club staff did not care. No one was well looked after hence why everyone left as soon as CB exited after 30 minutes. Poorly organised club, would never recommend.

Staff accused me of being a port vale fan when I asked for a refund on a incorrectly made drink, and then refused to let me leave until he finished a 15 minute rant about some kind of contract for a promotion. Honestly, was a crazy experience.

Myself and a party of 6 attended after buying six tickets for a table at £150 for the England v Ukraine game. We were all left extremely disappointed. I will list a few points as to why: As explained on the website the event was supposed to start from 4:45. However, upon arrival at 5:30pm we weren’t allowed outside as it ‘wasn’t set up yet’. At 6:15 we went outside to find about 8 people already sat down with chairs and I was told ‘sorry there are no seats for you’. Needless to say I was not happy after departing with £150 and I explained that it was not acceptable. I eventually gathered 4 chairs for my party with no help or communication from the staff and a two person sofa with the help of one of the waiters as soon as he realised what I was trying to do. However, as soon as I turned to gather my party another member of staff took this two seater sofa away from me and gave it to another guest who had turned up outside after us - completely unacceptable. When I spoke to one of the staff about this all I got was an “I don’t know” and a shrug of the shoulders before he walked off. When we were eventually able to sit down we were scattered in two rows and unable to speak amongst ourselves. I find it inconceivable that you charged us £150 for this experience. There was an unprofessional feel about the place. 1. I asked a member of staff inside if we could go outside are previously being told we couldn’t. She said she would check and then never came back to us. 2. What seemed to be the manager in charge radioed from the outside area to the inside area to not send anyone else out the back despite people purchasing tickets. 3. Some sort of water container malfunctioned and splashed 3 of my party. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Yet another table received 2 beers on the house. 4. There was no regards for social distancing. I have emailed the establishment 3 times since and they still have not got back to me. Safe to say we won’t be going back.

Great place for sports and leisure. Really competivie drink and great customer service. Above and beyond.

Great venue, attentive staff, amazing vibe in the club. Had one of the best nights since coming out of lockdown. I even got to meet Antony Joshua, which was an unexpected surprise.

recently had a night out at TEN London, and I have to say, it's one of the best nightlife experiences I've had in a while. The club has a fantastic atmosphere with stylish decor, comfortable seating, and excellent lighting that creates an unforgettable vibe. The music was fantastic, and the DJ kept the party going all night with a great mix of tunes that kept everyone on the dance floor. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout the night, from greeting me at the door to serving drinks and answering any questions I had. Overall, I had an incredible night at TEN London, and I'm already looking forward to going back. If you're looking for a high-end nightlife experience in London, I would highly recommend checking out TEN - it's definitely one of the best clubs in the city, with a great atmosphere, fantastic music, and excellent service that will make your night unforgettable.

Lovely setting. Can’t imagine anywhere other than a five star hotel with the sane effects. Great quality drinks good music unbelievably comfortable. Definitely worth a night out.

Been to TEN on a few occasions and I can honestly say I’ve loved my night . The venue has undergone massive changes it’s so pretty and so much more space . The bar staff and owner Ryan amazing so friendly and accommodating. I celebrated my 27th bday here and had the best night. The Secuirty team are on point I always feels safe. My favourite being y the beautiful lady with the Locs. I love seeing her welcoming warm smile and jokes. If you haven’t been to TEN make sure you visit them. It will be worth every penny !

Watched England vs Denmark... Venue was thorough with Covid rules! Felt obligated to review as service was great! They provided a rapid service and were very attentive through entire game! Two big screens outdoors for an easy and comfortable viewing! We were allowed to order in takeaway as they themselves do not serve food!
