I had a great experience selling my gold to Yusuf today. He was professional and friendly and not pushy at all. I got a comparison quote in Hatton Gardens which was not only less, but they were also quite arrogant and difficult, so I got on the tube straight back to Yusuf to make my sale. Highly recommend this shop!

After reading previous reviews I visited Yardna this morning to sell a selection of 9ct and 18ct gold jewellery. Every member of staff I interacted with were both friendly and welcoming. Dirty greedy tactics. Beware they will lie to defraud you out of hundreds! Went into the store just after 12pm on Tuesday. The lady inside weighs the gold and offers almost £150 lower than what their website quotes. Her reason? The gold is not hallmarked. Asked her if they had a gold tester to verify the content and karat, she said yes… See where I’m going here? The woman is clueless and tried to defraud me thinking I didn’t know the intrinsic value of gold. This woman is so clueless she takes a hallmark at face value but when on to say we have to test anyway? Went to Gold Bank London just 10/15mins away and they tested it in front of me because they understand gold value does not come from a hallmark but it’s intrinsic value, gave me £180 more! This woman tried to be cunning but didn’t count on this customer knowing his stuff. Disgraceful and disgusting. How many unknowing people have you ripped off? RESPONSE TO OWNER: You absolute liar, you don’t even care enough to investigate and look at the CCTV. Just a cover up. Between 12-12:30pm on Tuesday 26th October a woman served me. FACT! CHECK YOUR CCTV. You don’t even know what is going on in your own store. What a circus. This is a genuine review and you don’t like it because it is negative? Learn to take some constructive criticism and improve your business ethics. If you never treated me as above you would have a positive review, I can only be honest about my experience from the WOMAN I spoke to. GO CHECK YOUR CCTV BEFORE YOU SAY MORE THINGS THAT ARE SIMPLY NOT TRUE.

Excellent service. From the moment I made my initial enquiry Yusuf was helpful and professional. He was able to discuss the full process of valuation with Yardna (as well as the differences between insurance valuations and the 'wholesale' or jewellery company purchase value). He also took the time to discuss the insurance protection regarding sending items by post and was knowledgeable rather than pushy - I felt comfortable dealing with him and his team. The offer made for my jewellery was explained (they have a lab in Hatton Garden as well as their shops) as well as extremely reasonable (I had another quote to compare) and in choosing not to sell one item for sentimental reasons, it was returned swiftly and safely. On accepting the offer, the money was in my account within two hours I would definitely recommend Yusuf and the Yardna team, especially as selling diamond jewellery is more complex than gold to get right.
