Disgusting shop. He said anything I wear I have to buy! What a joke of a shop. Very sly too! As I was about to put the bangle on then he goes if you wear you will have to buy it! I said is this for everything he goes yes but then goes try these ones on (the bangle set next to the ones I like). I was like but I don't likE that one, I like this one and what if I put it on and it doesnt look nice, he goes still have to buy the bangles! Con artist at large for sure! Shame I didn't get his name. They wear suit and tie but clearly very unprofessional and just jokers. Do not recommend! So many better gold shops even the one next door is worth visiting than here!

Not trustworthy unlike their stores in Kerala/India. We only realised the exorbitant making charges levied when we revalidated the calculation at home. Please be extra cautious in checking/validating the details before making the payment. Receipts also do not give full details unlike their stores in India

It’s very nice to have a good kerala brand jewellery in UK, but unfortunately it’s not at all up to the level of expectations and standards . The staffs are not friendly and helpful. And they have a mentality that if you want to buy you can otherwise go somewhere else....And also the making charge is very high with a very poor selections.

Highly recommended place. Very cooperative staff. We dealt with a salesman called Binni. But other staff is equally good too. Shop is neat and clean. Shopkeepers are genuine. Brand is authentic. What else to ask for?.

Staff are very rude and disinterested in engaging with customers. Jewellery is exorbitantly priced (3x what would be fair value) and there is no transparency in pricing (for example there will be no price break up provided to understand cost of gold, diamonds and labour). Highly avoidable!

Exceptional experience yet again at Joyalukkas. My first experience was at one of their branches in Malaysia. Yesterday, I went to the one on Green Street. They always go above and beyond for their customers, I was assisted by Rizwana, a lovely lady who had much patience, standing with me while I take my time to make my choice. I love this shop and will definitely go there again for another purchase. Oh and I also got a box of cake as a gift!

Staff friendly. Very professional. The atmosphere looks really nice, better than other gold shops. Bought two pairs of 22 carat gold small hoop earrings. 2.13 for £155 which I'd say isn't a bad price. They give you a printed invoice and comes in really nice box and gift bag.
