The worst place ever. Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Person called me to say my optician test was due and confirmed that it was going to be free of charge. But when arrived on the day to my appointment had to pay £30 as I was over the age of 18. Should have mentioned before! Also the service was extremely bad and the person on the call was really bad at making understand and when I told her to cancel the appointment she was begging to please pay or she will lose her job! Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone as they will rob you!

Loved the service, staff is nice and the doctor miss rachneet is so good as well, 💯 % recommended, the receptionist called jasmeet is kind and so professional she even helped me choosing the best glasses for me with reasonable price

I wish there was a place where you could give minus or 0 stars as this place deserves. A bunch of thieves, they charge for children's glasses and purposely show ugly glasses. They take advantage of those who don't speak English. That lady had no manners and was full of herself and their male manager or whatever he is, he's the main thief. Your customers make you money so don't be so greedy and arrogant!🙄🙄

I never saw such a rude person on the glasses counter, forcing me to choose anything, orde rme to do this and that rather then try to sell glasses. She was using th ephone all the time sitting on the chair. CVery rude if there was no star i was giving her.

Very helpful and friendly staff, she gave me great advice on glasses and I received them really quickly as well and safe to say I absolutely love them. Will Continue to come.

Today for the first time got an appointment at king opticians and I was very much pleased with the way doctor did my eye check up by not only making me comfortable, also eye check was done beyond my satisfaction. Very cooperative, friendly doctor and front desk staff who not only helped me in choosing the glass frames but also gave best deals...very much impressed with their services towards customers ....highly recommend...do visit and get your eye treatment done ....👍

I'd recently been to an occupational health check up and was struggling to see small print. I have advanced keratoconus in my left eye. Luckily I have arranged for another appointment with O.H just for my near vision. I'm very grateful with the amazing service from the female optician, she was very professional and friendly whilst checking my near vision and informative with regards to my options for eyewear to correct my vision. Also thanks to Vikram for arranging an express delivery for my new bifocals. I would highly recommend King opticians for anyone on a tight deadline and needing exceptional service from King opticians. I received my new bifocals 4 days after my opticians appointment.
