The staff are really friendly, and the place is really clean. I don't get why some people complain that it's not spotless 24/7, but keep in mind that not all members there have common sense to clean up after themselves, then times that by loads of other members that do the same, and the cleaners won't be able to keep up obviously. If the members were more respectful and not acting like children, then yes, the place would be always be spotless. Their website is a bit outdated and needs a big update, but that's not to blame on the staff behind the desk, probability to do with the council... So far this is the best gym I've been to, even if they have less equipments than places like Pure Gym or The Gym, it's way less crowded than there and the machines are quality too.

While this is in a convenient location and includes gym and swimming, the condition of the facilities deteriorated significantly in recent months. Their membership prices continues to go up however it doesn't appear the additional cost is supplementing maintenance of the facilities. Worst example is how in the swimming pool locker rooms, almost every other locker is broken and has been for months without any repair. If this location is convenient - use it. If not, recommendation is to avoid and find another gym / pool as this is not worth the high fees combined with poor upkeep.

Hair dryers still not in working order. Advised of this a few times in the space of 3 months. Still not fixed! They must have 150 or so children daily for swimming lessons so really no excuse. Cost of 1 child of the 150 should account for repair. Now they have even increased monthly charge still no fix. Changing facilities not hygienic.

If I could I wouldn’t even rate it one star, such a waste of good facilities due to immature, useless staff that shouldn’t even be paid. Nobody cares there , instead they are playing tag running around the faculties. To add to this they are so rude to customers. The sales representative was also blaming fee paying costumers for the facilities having been broken for over 4 months, even if that was the case, it is their responsibility to fix what is broken if they are running a gym. The sauna and steam room are the exact same they turn them off three and sometimes four hours before the closing time, due to wanting to leave early. I would not waste your time or hard earned money here, when you first sign up they promise you the world just to get you roped in but once you join, once a machine has broken don’t ever expect it to be fixed or resolved again. I signed up with these facilities back in august and not once since then has the stair master been fixed or replaced, bear in mind I am paying 47 pounds per month! Lampton leisure has a few choices here with this place either they shut this place down as it’s clearly not working. Or they need to sack the entire staff and get new staff in if they want this place to stay open. I am beyond disappointed with this facility such a shame as a fee paying stakeholder they are so rude and proceed to tell me I as the customer am the issue.

Dirty equipment, 80% of machines not working always of line. Disgusting toilets covered in pee, broken taps -water always running. It is a joke they charge lot of money for gym has no standards. I like the location and if nothing changes, more and more people will stop going there.

Admin staff / Reception are not good, they are rude. Receptionist gave me wrong information about freezing account, I did all formalities thought it's done, but it wasn't. I had to pay the fees for 2 months which my son didn't attended. When I asked them, manager said it's not our policy, it happens only in medical condition. She said she left voicemail on my phone ( which I never received ) i asked for her record of sending voice message, she said i don't know. My point is, if they wanted to inform me about their policy after reading my email, why didn't they emailed me back, why she left voicemail ( which is not there in my phone) They are not giving any compensation now. This is not the first time something happened, these type of incidents regarding money, happened before as well. I am writing such long post to aware you guys, whenever you talk to them, please record your conversation, as they can turn back from it. Swimming coach is fine here, that's why I am sending my son otherwise it's not worth it.

Genuinely one of the worst gyms in Hounslow/Heston. How can a gym have equipment which is constantly out of order? Both step machines and several other machines have been out order since the end of October. There are NO pins available for the machines - the gym claim they have been “stolen”. How can a gym not have the most basic thing like pins?? People are bringing screw drivers as pins. What a joke. There is a hole in the wall which is extremely unsafe. There is always a strong smell of urine in the toilets. A mechanic was in fixing several machines a couple days ago which have also been out of order for weeks. Staff don’t care, they are instructed to tell us everything will be fixed “soon”. Sadly this is the closest gym from my house hence why I go there. There is nothing positive to say about this gym.

They never pick up calls or return my emails regarding any issues. I had to go in person to speak to the reception regarding the matters. Otherwise it's a clean and spacious gym.

Unfortunately I have to give this establishment a one star. Honestly it's an absolute shambles. Firstly the phone is never answered, you have to travel to the pool and fitness centre for a query and when you get there it's not busy and there are 4 staff members so it's beyond me why no one answers. Secondly to change any service or timing on selected activities it's long winded and near impossible. Higher management is blamed for everything. These are just 2 complaints of many. Sad really. I would definitely advise going to the sister branch such as Isleworth. Sorry Heston but you need to get your game up when it comes to customer service.

Almost everything is broken in this gym for ages . Women steam room also closed. Not possible work with weights because all equipment are broken . If not broken then need search parts all over gym . And it’s getting only worse

Lack of gym equipment, sometimes area is unhygienic and 2 staff members have repeatedly shown attitude and lack of basic common sense, common curiosity and customer service. Was asked to give feedback, when I gave them feedback I heard nothing back. Staff have their own policy and desecration, one of them mentioned to me "this is my gym" and didn't allow me to collect a kettle bell from the studio and bring it to the gym due to the lack of equipment even though I'm paying almost £40pm. Recommend to go elsewhere.

This place is filthy. Took children swimming here in October half term. There wasn't one single toilet that was clean, was pee , poo dirty sanitary pads on floor poo actually on the toilet seat and floor . You felt dirty walking out of this place after swimming. The floor was slimy and not cleaned atall in changing rooms. My little boy even fell over hit his chin. The staff on reception didn't seem to care when I told them about the toilets or any of this. Something needs to be done about this place it's was worse experience.

Literally 70% of cardio machines are out of order and have not been repaired for weeks, on top of this you have no cables to use currently and other weighted machines that have been broken for MONTHS. Apparently the reason is new management... I guess they don't seem to have a clue about staff retention or gym maintenance. Don't join and waste your money. You'd be FOOL to waste your money here. In fact there's a case for compensation due to the longevity of the interrupted service. Circus management 🤡

Good place for for swimming classes and other leisure activities. Place is neat and tidy.

I like this gym, it has gym , swimming pools and also soft play for kids. Soft play is the cheapest in Hounslow so we are enjoying taking our kids there almost every weekend. The swimming class is going ok with my child.

Wanted to laud a member of staff at Heston gym. Lush is an incredibly polite helpful individual vehemently passionate about her trade and humanity. Always goes the extra mile resolves problems is amicable with everyone. Lush is an asset to senior management please take care of her and look after her she is exemplary. SA

I enrolled my kid for swimming classes and i can say that you get worst value for your money. Rudest staff i have ever seen in service industry. They will not compensate for any missed classes even if u miss a session due to medical issues.

If you want to focus on weights DO NOT JOIN The gym machines are always broken and take months to repair. No exaggeration there was one period for several weeks where more than half of the gym machines were out of order. We had all gym members sharing two metal bars for using with the weight machines, if there were no staff around you couldn't get the bar. Considering I pay 46 a month, and don't use classes or pool, this was a joke. I gave this gym nearly 400 pounds in 2023 and still they can't even repair their machines. It really messed up my ability to build a consistent routine, there'd always be some machines that break and stay broken for months. Only saving grace is the location

The facilities and swimming teachers are nice, and good. However there’s this one receptionist who’s Indian with glasses which is very obnoxious, rude and has poor management. A few days ago someone forgot their card and she got forced to go back home, get her card and come back, being late for her swimming lesson! And then another time I’d see an 8 year old at the soft play, with a parent. Next thing I see, that apoorling receptionist go to her and the parent, kicks them out, and even threatening to call police, even when they payed!!! Lastly, during a swimming lesson, someone threw up in the pool, and I go to the receptionist for a recovery lesson, and she ends up telling me that she’s busy and can’t so tough luck, ima really rude manner. Hopefully someone do something about this and gets her fired. Apart from that, everything else seems to be fine.

Some of the classes are good but unfortunately the equipment is dirty and badly in need of replacement. Also I have twice been locked out of the booking system due to their errors when I had not done anything to warrant this. Half the time they don't bother telling you when a class is cancelled, or they tell you 10 minutes before. The incompetence is staggering.

Great facilities but the changing rooms are never cleaned during the day. Repairs seem to take forever - the men's sauna has not work in all of the time I have been a member. Why?

I am very disappoint for swimming classes.last monday was bank holiday and my daughter's class every monday in evening and i went there and nobody is there.i know bank holiday close everything but my point is that they should inform us atleast.they should inform us by email ,why i give our email wen i register offcourse for information that they give us so why they not inform us.when i went in reception and i did ask that why u not inform us the receptionist said the teacher inform last monday and my daughter was absent monday so tht responsiblity the teachers they should email us if any one child was not there so how i know this..2nd thing when i said to receptionist please do something if teacher made mistake so you can give me one extra class for my daughter so she said no I can't do anything .this is not our policy ,hahaha just policy is you make money from us ,youwaste our money and you can't give us even extra class like seriously but you can't even give us one extra class nd even this is your mustaje that you not inform us by email. I did not give you email for showcase i give you for information .hope you will work on this point .and this is very important to email us for any info . One happened with me more one month ago . The receptionist was very rude maybe she is indian. My gym card was not working and i tried 5 or 6 times afterthat I ask to her for help but when she touch card then she was very rude with me.

Great experience, bit fiddly for a first timer,but extremely safe and professional environment, just remember to bring change for the locker

My friend and I went to view the centre and we were taken around by George, he was very patient and helpful, it was great to have the personal touch. Really enjoyed the Aqua class with Jeanette.

Staff needs to be replaced. No customer service. Completely rude. I was told to come at 17:00hrs for general swim. On arrival was told first come first served and have to wait a further 1h and a half to get in. Although I saw the same lady that told me to wait was letting other people in. Discrimination. Please sort your Staff out! Next time I will record your Staff members and expose their rudness on social media.

Good. 1.5 hrs to swimming... Limited people are allowed to swim. Baby pool is awesome for kids

Good swimming pool, nice shallow learning pool. Toilets could do with better cleaning as there was dried poo on the toilet floor and toilet paper in the urinals blocking it up.

Waste of Money and staff do not care! I've attended 5 times. 3 of the times the kid's pool was not available and I was expected to put my two-year-old in the adult pool which was a chaos of splashing and kids jumping next to us. Lifeguards did not care. The website is out of date. You are given paper bands to put on, which then come off in the water - your then questioned by the lifeguards for not having a pass. Management takes no ownership and just blame upper management. Now looking for another local pool to use. This one is by far to worse I have ever experienced.
