Hi.It’s very bad experience to buy the ticket from Southall station.One of the ticket maker name her Sarabjit Kaur. She’s so rude she know how to speak toCustomer. This is a very bad experience It’s no one’s time second time. 😔😔😔😔😔. Please if someone do something about so do it. thanks. This is a public transport know her own transport.

A poor quality station in need of redevelopment. Access is from the main road and finding the correct platform can be confusing. The entrance area is tiny and horribly cramped at peak times. There is a tiny but expensive shop. Dot matrix displays are at one end of the platform thus making it difficult for many passengers to see. Note to cyclists:This is a crime hot-spot and not a safe place to leave a cycle.

Beware of keeping your cycles tied at the station, it is a regular scene of cycles parts missing and sometimes gradually whole cycles missing

Very easy to use station. Especially now that you can use Oyster card to travel into Paddington.

Hi The automatic ticket machine was not working and when I ask the staff in the ticketoffice. She ask me to have patience I was there before ten minutes schedule of my train and she waste the time after the train was gone she give tickets.Is it was good ?

Southall train station is the quickest way to travel to Paddington Station in Central London. Paddington Station has undergone a refurbishment which gives this listed heritage building a brand new look. Passengers can change at this station to travel outside of London.

I went to Southall station for tickets booking form london to glassgow.. I don't know how to process all the schedule complete.. Then I meet to the staff there and her name was sarabjeet... And she was very helpful nd polite.. .. She make me understand all the process very patiently...

Worst service at station there was a lady sarbjit kaur she didn't help me or she didn't print my ticket because of her fault I lost my 18 pounds and missed my train because of her now me and my wife got late for her university it's totally her fault AND she don't know how to speak to a customer Now I again book my tickets these are costly Do something about her
