Very careless staff stood in the queue for nearly 15 mins. They were free but instead of serving people they were on their phone. Very unprofessional.

went at 10am - new branch but only 1 counter . 3 desks and a queue with no seats for elderly unless they seeing a manager at the desk . opening hours do not suit those who work full time and they make it so hard simply to even register for online banking or access YOUR OWN MONEY in your account or account of your elders - even with RECOGNISED LEGAL government documents and all forms of ID - power of attorney forms . i feel sorry for families of elderly trying to assist them to get access to their own money when they have been customers for years - its almost like this bank is in the dark ages and doesnt assist their customers - in another bank what would have taken an hour tops took over 4 hours yet with no resolve just a " we will see we cant guarantee" almost like its their own money - it is not and this practice shouldnt be allowed.

No one ever picks phone.

Worst bank ever. Rude and unprofessional staff. Have no clue what they are doing. Make you wait 30mins even if no queue. When ask to see manager told he isnt here even though he is. Then when you want to complain they say leave or we will call the police and tried to push me out the bank, which is common assault. Avoid this place.
