Have tried to contact them a number of times about a sewing machine that they have yet to deliver. Getting nowhere in 3 weeks. Considering some official action. I am fine being told something is late, but I need to be told.

I do not recommend, They took money and I haven't receive the order! Very, very disappointing. Unfortunately I am not the only one!.

Have requested to cancel an order (which I decided to wait almost 4 months for ) after seeing a recent review of a customer who did not receive theirs this week. Emails were ignored yet I did get through the 2 times I have called - decided to wait as I wasn't in desperate need of machine and was assured, but there were no apologies, explanations or accountability for shadiness and lack of information. No other company has raised such concerns the last few months.

Appalling customer service, couldn’t get a hold of them. My mum has been waiting 4 months for a delivery and it still hasn’t arrived she was assured it would arrive the beginning of this week and it hasn’t. Would not recommend, why offer delivery if you can’t do it 🤬😡 I think she’ll be cancelling her order especially when you pay over £100 for it. Would not recommend or purchase from them again.

Wish I'd read these reviews first. I ordered a sewing foot online, they took payment at once. Two weeks on now and no sewing foot, standard reply to emails blaming the pandemic (no excuse as we are back to normal pretty much) and I am now on a holding loop on the phone.

Very poor service with a captive audience we have a brand new embroidery machine with a warranty issue and very reluctant to let these loose on my machine. We have ordered parts that we have been waiting nearly 2 months for and all they say is we are unsure when it will arrive. Blaming Brexit as the reason I would give zero star but not an option

I bought some Machine they are really good but For Iron I came 3 times to get the shoe for that and they didn’t had it ,But they refunded my money
