When
Mum
and
I
first
met
Victoria
to
arrange
Dad’s
funeral
-
we
were
overcome
with
grief,
yet
Victoria
came
to
our
aid
with
her
loving
and
caring
personality.
Using
her
calm
and
collected
tone
of
voice
and
excellent
listening
skills,
she
steered
the
conversation
in
the
right
direction
to
ensure
that
all
of
Dad’s
funeral
arrangements
met
with
his
and
our
expectations.
Nothing
was
left
to
chance.
All
requests
were
met
(flowers,
music,
invites
etc),
which
exceeded
our
expectations.
Not
only
this…
the
entire
team
including
the
hearse
driver,
the
funeral
attendants
and
the
limousine
driver
were
professional,
attentive
and
respectful
on
the
day
of
the
funeral.
Victoria
even
accommodated
time
for
Mum
and
I
to
visit
the
chapel
of
rest
on
the
day
of
the
funeral.
We
were
welcomed
by
a
respectful
colleague
of
Victoria’s
who
ensured
that
a
prayer
was
playing
in
the
background
and
incense
was
burning
to
provide
a
calm
environment.
We
cannot
thank
Victoria
and
her
team
enough
for
making
this
difficult
time
go
with
ease.
It
was
a
comfort
to
us
that
Dad
was
treated
so
well
at
this
time…
as
were
we
his
family.
