Very Rude Lady staff. Avoid at any cost. I am going to complain to high authority about this post office and i hope they loose the license. I have visited this post office few times. The way she talk to the customer is horrible. She is very rude and arrogant Punjabi lady.I’m not the only one who is complaining. Read the other reviews you would realise how’s other people’s reaction is.... I don’t think she cares at all. She shouts on customer if you ask for suggestions or help. If you don’t like your job then please don’t do it. She treats everyone as a criminal. Like we are posting dangerous goods in our parcel. If you want some horrible experience please do visit this post office. I have recorded one video too as a proof for authority. And also have few witnesses who are happy to give the statement against her. And please don’t reply to this feedback....’Sorry visit us again will talk in good manner ‘ BLA BLA BLA. This was the first time I visited this branch. The Indian lady was very unprofessional. While I was at the counter filling the details on the post, she was on a call with the loudspeaker on and continued talking whilst I was there. As it was a Saturday, I asked her about the post collection time, she rudely replied saying "can't you read that notice over there?". The level of customer service was very poor. When at work, you are meant to behave professionally and not be on calls while customers are at the desk. Apparently she was making plans with the lady over the phone to go out as the lockdown was eased. The phone was on loudspeaker. I would not give this branch a rating at all if there was an option for it. The main post office customer services should take these issues happening at this branch seriously as there is no level of professionalism at work with the staff. We pay for the services and in return expect good customer service. If it is so difficult to be good to your customers, then you should not be sitting there.

Arrived at the post office today. The door was closed with the lady with the glasses standing there letting the customers out. I was standing outside waiting to go in for approx 10 mins. The lady saw me standing there throughout that time. I assumed only two people allowed in at a time. Finally when she opened the door to let someone out she asked me what am I here for. I said I'm waiting to send a parcel. She said "we're closed don't you know! Open at 2pm" I mentioned that I've been standing here all this time with her looking at me she could have said something! ( after all it is basic customer service). She stated "you should know". I said said "how if I don't come here". This lady is Rude and unprofessional. How are they even running this post office! I can understand if a staff member is having a bad day due to personal problems however upon reading the other reviews, it appears the negative attitude of this lady is permanent. Get help. I suggest some communication and customer service skills training for the staff. It doesn't cost anything to have some basic manners. Anyway I then went to the post office on King Street.

The lady in the post office doesn't have any manners how to deal with the customers. She is not supposed to be working on that position. I don't know weather she own that place but she needs some training how to deal with the customers. She is being rude for silly things. When I had asked her about the deliveries she just changed her behaviour into rude and raised her voice which means she was shouting on me. I really had a bad experienced in this situation. She just spoiled my whole day. One of the worst customer service I ever came across from that lady. She doesn't deserve to be on that chair. Thank you

The RUDEST staff in the world. The middle aged woman at the post office area is sooooooooo rude! She will speak to people like they are children and has absolutely no manners and no customer service whatsoever. The place deserves to be closed by their lack of rudeness and disrespect towards their customers! She will degrade you in front of other customers and make you feel small. She needs a lot of training on customer service and generally learn how to speak to people like a human being and not an animal!

Worst post office ever. Customer service was absolutely horrendous and appalling. The Indian woman at the counter was very unprofessional and for some reason didn't let me post my parcel so I had to go and visit another post office in the pouring rain. Absolute joke of a shop. Will not ever be going back here.

Avoid at all costs ! Had to go back home in tears after terrible costumer service at this branch . The man behind the counter is so rude ,told me and my 3 year old to get lost after I told him I would raise a complaint. He got annoyed as he had to come from being absent in his post and refused to serve me! I received the same service from him just the day before but he refused to do it today and got so rude ! So so rude ! Please do go anywhere else if you value your time and self !

This is the worst post office. Staff are rude and unhelpful. You get the impression that they dont want to post your parcels or letters. Like its too much for them to do. Also its dirty inside and why do they need to eat their food behind the counter while serving customers? And have private conversations on their mobile phones? I have found a more efficient post office and will not be using this one again.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Post Office please don't hire individual for the sake of having someone at the counter. Two extremely rude aunties with no knowledge of any delivery or return of items. Rude behaviour. Either close this post office or employed people with some professionalism. Utter nonsense by the two rude aunties that we don't take return because royal mail do not accept big return item. The other post office at Brabazon Road took the parcel with royal mail return label and provided great service. For God sake have some manners.

The Punjabi guy who works at the post office was so rude to me and offensive. Such a terrible customer service. I passed my document to him he literally threw the passport so disrespectful. This is my last time going to the post office. I think they should learn how to speak politely to customers and stop yelling.

Very terrible service at this post office lady has no manners and does not know how to deal with customers very arrogant and stubborn. The uncle is even worse and does not know how to talk normally. If you are unhappy with your life please do not make life harder for customers and try find yourself a new job that you enjoy.

I don’t want to give them even this one star because they don’t know how to respect to the customers. The lady was working there then she have to know that how to handle there customers. I have the wrost experience ever in this post office. If any person don’t know about anything they have to help them not making bad excuses.

This is the second time I went to this place as this is the one only one remaining in this area both times the service I received was unbelievably rude I guess they are the owners which is obvious from the replies to other reviews that I read . They need to understand that people give them feedback so that the service can be improved it doesn’t take too much for the lady at the counter to be a bit more pleasant One reply says their staff are so hardworking and work without break it’s such a quite place there is hardly one or two people going there and she takes so long with each customer while customers wait their turn in line I had my son with me he was asking me why were you nice to her when she is acting so arrogant and rude.😒 If a service is being provided please do it as a service not as if you are doing some charity !!

I'm using this post office about 6-7 years. Not every day but every time when I need them service always going here. Never was problems, always asking nicely, always talking with respect, care and friendly. If one or couples time people is how clients saying rude or bed communication so don't forget, everyone is human be, everyone have bed days and good days. So every time when somebody have bed days maybe think that maybe have problems or bed situation and without this they have to smile when they feeling broke. Absolutely terrible the Indian man is worst kind and needs to be trained how to speak to his customers no common courtesy. Disgraceful !

The Man working in this post office he don’t even know how to talk customers. I am not understanding how he got job here or how he got post office business . He should start study from 1st standard so that he can learn something.

Very helpful staff. Local people who actually help the local community. Well done to the lady behind the po counter. After King Street Post Office refused my ebay generated label. I came here and they were great. Big up to Mr Singh and his workers, what a welcome relief.

Amazing Staff that are always courteous and friendly! I have been going every day for over a year. The Lady that works the desk is so supportive of my business and encourages me when I have a good day with lots of parcels. UNLIKE the King Street Post Office who refused to take my parcels because they didn't want too!!! The lady who works the desk here is very accommodating with scanning and packing my orders and ensures everything has been done correctly. Thank you so much for being so helpful and it's always a pleasure using this post office!

It's so bad service. I am here at 17:45 and they have closed shutters already. No notice. I called out, tried to knock, but they ignore you. Kindly correct the timings on the website. Wasted my bus money. I could even see The lady even sprayed herself with the perfume on Sale and kept the bottle back on the shelves.

This Post Office randomly closes its doors at lunch hour everyday which is very inconvenient because no other Post Office does this. The lady who works there is very rude and arrogant towards customers and needs communication and etiquette training.

Would not recommend this post office at all, came to collect my Amazon packages and the owner tried to scan my bar code but then proceeded to blame me as it was not working. He then began shouting at me in front of other customers and threatened to send my parcels back. I calmly said stop raising your voice and to being rude but he did not listen. Highly unprofessional and treats customers with disrespect.

She’s very nice and caring, very patient with everyone there. She is efficient in the way she works and always does her work properly. Couldn’t ask for a better local post office.

We Switched to this post office a few months ago and use it a few times a week. The lady is very nice to us and provides us with excellent customer service everytime we go.

Had been to this post office couple of time and the service is good. I don’t understand why is there negative reviews for?The lady in the counter is so lovely and always smiling and welcoming..This is going to be my go to post office.

As you can already tell by the abysmal reviews, you do NOT want to send parcels here. My mother attempted to send me an apple watch as a birthday present and to no surprise, it never arrived. Meaning they were either extremely incapable and lost it, or one of them stole it. Point is, don't go here, don't send anything here, unless of course you want your items to go missing or to get stolen. 👍🏼

This post office is the worst. The big short lady is awful, her attitude stinks. Do not recommend! Stay away!
