Rude staff, at least 3 of them i met when i went for shopping, worse one could be the duty manager for that evening, A___i as he claimed as his name. First there was a disputed conversation with staff inside then i realise manger was worst and no wonder why staff behaved in such a way. They need to re-train on providing good customer service.

The store is big and good prices but I wouldn't recommend going there. I had my van burglured and 5k tools gone from their car park. The security told me apparently that happens at least once a week, but no measurements are taken (no signs or cameras). Basically parking belongs to a management company so B&Q don't care much about this. If you do go there, go without a vehicle. I had a shocking experience and I'll never return there.

Order a product online. This B&Q dispatched it and decided it didn't feel like delivering it because parking wasn't convenient! Also didn't bother calling me despite messages stating that the driver will call 30 minutes before delivery.

Very unpleasant service, I ordered an online product, I opened it, it was damaged, I called the support service, they checked the order number and said that the fastest way to return is to go to their nearest store, which I decided to do by going there, I dragged this heavy goods, and what do they tell me at the till ? That the box is slightly longer than the available size and they don't accept those box sizes in the store, seriously? Your consultant himself told me to go and hand it over, in the end the goods were not accepted only because the goods were long, but the box was not even a meter long, they acted not professionally, I won’t buy anything else from you guys , since it’s very not right create such conditions for people to suffer with the return of the product, I honestly haven’t heard a more silly reason, the first time I encounter this and I hope the last.

We visited this store for the first time! Not the cleanest for sure! We picked up a few items from the shelves for £5.40/- when we went to the self checkout to pay it was a higher price. The staff stood there and looked at us clueless. After wasting our time they walked back with us to the shelf that had more of the same products on sale for £5.40/- but they still tried convincing us that the wrong product was placed there and they walked away. No apology no customer service. Why should customers bear the consequences for what some lazy and unorganised staff do? Never visiting this store again! Nothing but a waste of time complete the opposite of what I heard about other B&Q stores. Seems like this is the usual case here from other reviews! B&Q Yeading you need to up your game!

Very helpful staff in the returns dept. Didn't have a receipt to replace a faulty item. However they chased up the purchase time and date of the item on their electronic system and provided a credit note. Excellent customer service.

Bought a chainsaw and it stopped working and was within the 2weeks process and was told anything between 90 days will be able to return. The manager extremely unhelpful and rude. Will not be buying any products from B&Q. They really in customer service and returns.

Couldn’t even book a vehicle through this company as their website always comes up with an error message. It’s a sham as I hear the prices are more reasonable with this company

The customer service is super bad. I have contacted twice in advanced, promised that the product will be delivered after 10th Sept but yet it still arrived today. Just so happened we changed our schedule so we were at home to receive, otherwise my 70 years old parents, with no car of their own, will not be able to pick them up. The quality of the product is also very bad. One of the leg is 3 cm shorter than others, makes it extremely wobbly. Poor service, bad product. Speechless. I will never ever purchase anything from B&Q again nor will I recommend anyone

Terrible shopping experience here. Plenty of staff standing around, none of them (asked 3) could answer a simple question as to whether they sold solid pine boards. Having gone through the tills, I was shouted at "you cannot take baskets outside", despite the fact I had paid for everything and they could see I was struggling to carry the items I purchased. Avoid this branch at all costs!

Had a magnificent, totally professional service by Heba of Yeading. Who went over a mile with a smile all the way to helping me get what I need for my Kitchen. Lovely personality. She is the best experience I have ever had in 15 years of my visiting B&W years

All flooring needs/DIY materials under one roof, reasonable prices-cheaper than online sellers. Awesome customer service, very helpful & professional staff members with good products knowledge. Returns accepted on excessive purchases with no questions asked (as long as items are in original packaging unopened). If your planning any home deco projects this is the Best Place to visit. Absolutely outstanding service received today on visiting the store. Have been in many times in the past but generally got what I needed. On this occassion I needed some questions answering on two different product ranges and the staff were both polite and very helpful and stopped what they were doing to advise, offer clear product knowledge and didn’t seem like it was bother to them to assist! Very pleasant experience and great to see staff well-trained in order to be able to deliver knowledgable customer services!

One of my favourite chain stores to shop for garden supplies & plants. Easy to get around, they don't constantly change set up so it's easy to navigate. Also, glorious whenever they get new season stock in. Good variety but you have to be quick or face disappointment. Prices are swings and roundabouts for me compared to other centres. I'm knocking a star off for lack of decent packaging for plants. Not many garden centres provide adequate packaging for tender plants so most lose a star for this in my book.

Staff all have an attitude and are completely useless when you ask them for help. The interaction I had was specifically with the store managers Rebecca and Bassi, and Sindy working at the till. Apparently there are trade point policies but from our experience this changes from morning to afternoon and between each member of staff so clearly the managers need to do a better job at training their team rather than making their incompetence the problem of the customer.

Would of been 5 stars if it weren't for one server. Another server had to come and help me as the first one was getting a little rude over returning a product which I had only brought an hour earlier (from the same lady who was rude).

Very helpful and its a perfect place to get all DIY stuffs under one roof. It also gets us to think more creative and out of box

They only thing I don't like is when you use self service this one lady 40-50ish years old is on top of you like you stealing something. I understand that there are people who do steal stuff but not everyone does that especially not me so why treat me like it. I wouldn't mind if it was once but its been a few times she has a bad customer skills and seems like she has automatic issue with you will get her name next time and update my review

Decent selection. Could do with more tile variety for bathrooms though. But has a good variety of stock as a starting point for decorating. Good place to find paint.
